Today, the men's restrooms were not properly cleaned. I request that you increase the frequency of cleaning the restrooms, especially under the urinals. 😷😷😷 May 10th at 10:45 AM. And now, on August 4th, I ordered a McMuffin. Disgraceful, the bread looks corroded.

I give this store on Vierhavensstraat a solid 5 stars!!! I placed an order...when I got home, I discovered something was missing...I called them...and was able to pick it up the next day. It's amazing! 👏👏👏👏👏 The staff is also very sweet and patient. Keep up the good work!!!!!

Employees must wear gloves while preparing or handling food, such as salads, especially when handling the food with their hands and also touching other surfaces or objects in between. This prevents contamination and ensures food safety.

They don't call for you to wait

Come for breakfast, make order at 10.30, i was one person who come at this time, a t 10.45 they say we don’t have croissant, make refund for them, but still waiting my other order, at 11.05 it still wasn’t ready.

I ordered a Quarter Pounder without any customization for my girlfriend, but got one without onions. I also ordered a Quarter Pounder Spicy without onions and pickles, but got the regular sauce (ketchup) instead of the spicy sauce. After reporting this, I got a new burger — but again with onions and pickles, despite the receipt clearly stating that it should be without. Instead of making a new burger, they just took the onions and pickles off, added extra sauce and gave the burger back. No apologies, no new burger, just a sloppy solution. I now have a sore throat from the onions that I can't stand. This could have easily been prevented if they had just handled the order carefully. Very disappointing

As a consolation, just after seeing a pigeon die, I got a nice veggie McChicken, took a bite, it was just chicken, and then didn't answer the phone to ask for a new one😀 I sincerely hope you get the typhoid fever, have a nice evening xx

Spacious with sufficient seating. A terrace outside. In the parking garage you can park for free for the first three hours. Furthermore, everything you can expect from a Mac in terms of food and atmosphere. Most times I have to wait longer here than at other Macs. Always seems to be short staffed.

I went there for the first time because it is on my way home. Well, let's say I won't be going back. I ordered on location for take away. First of all, I waited quite a while for my order to be ready. During this wait time, I was observing the staff working and it looked very disorganised whereas it did not seem to be very busy but okay i dont know everything that is going on behind the counter. When I finally received my order, I counted the burgers and 1 was missing so I politely pointed it out. I did not receive any apology, he just walked away and brought me the missing burger a few minutes later, again without an apology. But okay mistakes can happen, we are only humans. Only that, I went home and when I unpacked my order, I discovered that 2 of my large fries were half full (see pictures attached when i haven't touched anything yet) and the burgers looked like there were thrown into the box. For the price that McDonald's asks nowadays, it is unacceptable!

What a terrible experience at this McDonald's. I just went through McDrive and have never received such bad service. Not a single employee who greets you politely or speaks normally. It started when I placed the order (before I arrived at window 1). Everything is done in a disinterested, brutal tone, and if you ask a simple question or want to order something extra (which I just wanted to pay for), you are snubbed and the window is casually closed in your face. Exactly the same story at the second window, disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. Instead of customer friendliness, you get a big mouth and rude answers here. When I finally went in to speak to the manager, the entire kitchen was shouting like a dog: “Daniel!” and indeed he arrived that way. Daniel watched from a distance instead of intervening at window 2. The whole atmosphere there is truly horrible. No one seems to be working, everyone is just hanging around, laughing or staring. A lot of chaos in the kitchen, no one in the right place, and no leadership or professionalism whatsoever. This is really an example of what should absolutely not be done in the catering industry. I will never come back here and advise everyone to avoid this establishment.

Everything was cold, I saw staff eating while cooking, and my order number was missing from the screen before it was even ready. We waited 45 minutes for our order while everyone in the kitchen was busy chatting and eating from every container. I'll never come back. My burger also had no sauce.

Apparently, it's a really nice place, with lots of girls laughing, but not much work being done. The manager wanders around looking a bit confused. The place is practically empty, but I still waited 20 minutes for lukewarm food. The Coke had been ready for 10 minutes, so it wasn't as fizzy. McDonald's really needs to step up its game, because it's been a lot worse here for a while now. It's a shame. If you're driving, go to the Spaanse Polder. Always busy, but the service is much better.

Could use a little more attention when cleaning tables, everything sticks and it's greasy, they clean tables with the same cloth that they use to clean chairs and trays....

It's quite dirty there. Hair in your burger is apparently very normal. I also reported a video of it of course. Apparently they don't need to wear a hairnet. Because otherwise their hair won't look nice. Quite scandalous actually. Best tip: drive to McDonald's Spanish polder. That's a lot neater McDonalds and 1 as it should be.

Unfortunately I forgot the sauces, had to wait a long time. Prices have increased by 100%. Where I used to pay 14 euros, it is now more like 30 euros. Before you get home, half of the fries are cold. End of patronage.

What a filthy mess it is in there. Walking in I immediately saw that the floor was so rancid that it was just sticking. Order placed via the machine, no receipt was issued (so remember the number). We waited for a while and finally got the food, unfortunately everything was cold :(, not a problem at first glance, but everything was put in a bag even though I had clearly indicated that I would eat it there. After asking why this is so, they had no trays.... I didn't have any problems with that in itself, so I just went looking for a place to sit, this was also almost impossible as everything was too rancid... it seemed as if everything had been left behind for 7 days.... To be honest, we had never experienced anything like this at McDonalds... and this seemed like a McDonalds Franchise that did not live up to the values...

I just came from here. The person who took the order was great and fast! Mcdrive order Mcchicken with specific request for little sauce. I come home and there is a lot of sauce on my burger...what a lousy staff. Do you think you're having fun by pulling off these kinds of jokes?! Express a lot of sauce when people ask for little. Last time I come here. If they do things like this, I don't mind when things other than sauce are put on the burgers 🤮

Bathroom with changing table was out of toilet paper, hand sanitizer and paper towels. The women's bathroom had a hand dryer but the toilet itself was... a mess. The men's toilet was apparently no better, with the stalls themselves out and the extra roll laying on the floor. We were going to grab a bite in between shopping in the area, but we lost our appetite. I shudder to think what's happening in the kitchen; they clearly don't take sanitation very seriously.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I know. We go there a few times a month as it is the closest one and every time I have to check my order as they always forget at least one item. Always wait 20+ plus even if my order is the only one. Souless faces no smile bothered by anything you say or ask. But just now was my last visit and absolutely unbelievable. The girl taking the orders and also packing/touching my food had VERY long gel nails, few of them already missing And I saw her multiple times putting them in her mouth. As someone who also works in hospitality and having to meet some basic food safety standarts absolutely disgusting.

Barked at me like I was an army cadet. That hasn't happened in years. Although that was also a McDonalds, but in Utrecht. Apparently they attract staff who do not know how to normally interact with each other. Once but never again. There is too much competition for that.

I ordered food and waited 40 minutes for it. When the food arrived it was not only soaked and the drink was leaking out the bag. But half of my order was missing too. When I tried to call the restaurant 3 times I got no answer. Downright ridiculous!

Yesterday I had the honor of using the toilet of this McDonalds. This was an experience not to be forgotten. The moment I walked into the toilet I felt a sense of relief. On Thursday at 12 noon. Not a person in the (much too) large space. 4 employees were on their mobile and 1 looked bored to see if any customers were coming. This formula is really outdated. People don't pay for this anymore (way too much).

I've been able to work here for years, but the new manager isn't doing anything, literally or figuratively. Also using a big mouth and accusing her employees if you have received a wrong order. I clearly saw the lady packing my order. Bad

A good place for good food and a great place to relax nearby.

The sandwiches were fresh, which was noticeable around a busy time, unfortunately I lost 15 minutes before I could order while there were only 4 cars in front of me in the drive. Nevertheless, super cool crew.

One of the dirtiest McDonalds in Rotterdam. The staff isn't really looking forward to it because it takes at least 15 minutes before you get your food, busy or not. The only plus is that female manager with a big butt. That makes the wait a bit more pleasant.

Unfortunately, fries cold. Chicken nuggets tough and products forgotten. This isn't the first time. Several complaints submitted, but no improvement. The solution is a voucher that you cannot buy the same meal with🤬.

Our order took 20 minutes to arrive. The burgers were cold, the cheese on my cheeseburger was HARD and my friend's McChicken was still pink on the inside. The apple slices tasted like they were doused in cleaner, the fries were somehow soggy yet stale, and some were even DARK BROWN. A complete waste of money. We only ate about half of our food due to most of it being partly raw or undercooked. Also, there were cigarettes and ashes on the toilet seat. You're better off going to literally any other McDonald's in the area.

Very rude people, do not think along, are very sneaky, do not look at you when they speak to you. What poor service, we arrive 2 hours before closing and they want you out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately I had dinner at this restaurant tonight and the experience was almost bad. I worked there and let me spill some secrets. Check your burgers, the burgers are not cooked properly (sometimes it's still red) and they don't wash their hands or wear gloves if they're making the burgers. Most managers are incredibly rude and have a big attitude for no reason. Employees actually hate working there but have no choice. They never manage well. They take your money because this one time, an employee accidentally rang up two orders of 20 nuggets, totalling 36 euro's and they didn't give one of the 20 nuggets to the customer (and they purposely didn't give her a receipt so she couldn't check) and all of the crew members ate the nuggets in the crew room after she left. It's really dirty because the in store cups aren't properly cleaned so check your cups! You have to wait a very long time because they mostly likely forget to make your order. You always get a small amount of fries because otherwise, their stock will run out. Plus the employees make fun of disabled people. And employees eat during work. I quit as soon as I found a new job. Not a pleasant experience. Other wise, it's pretty okay. Edit: this one time a woman had an allergic reaction and the ambulance had to come. After the ambulance was gone, the manager laughed at her and said she was being dramatic. Also toilets are never clean, this one time all of the toilets were clogged. There is always police there or teenage kids who mess up the place.

If there is one reason I'm going to finally stop eating mcdonald's it's the fact that this horrible store is the closest to me. When We could get our food it was way too cold, so we asked to get new food. But they forgot the coffee and the chicken nuggets weren't veggie. The food wasn't bad though. Great McD, enough seating space, but in terms of speed compared to McD in the Spanish Polder there is a huge difference. You also often run out of receipts for your tracking number, and the drive-through sometimes forgets to add items to your order. OVERALL, I THINK THESE PLACE SHOULD BE SUED FOR ANTI-CUSTOMER POLICY AND CLOSED BECAUSE OF ANTI-SANITARY ISSUES .
