It often happens that I don't get the correct order, parts are missing or wrong, such as the burgers and sauces, etc.

For a quick bite, I'd rather go to a snack bar

The 3.7 rating is a joke!!!! 6/5 stars. An oasis of civilization in a nationwide network of grime. Let's be clear: 10 years in the Netherlands has taught me that McDonald's here is synonymous with filth. You expect sticky floors, toilets that are a public health hazard, and cold, smashed burgers. It's the law of the land. And then, I walked into Hoogvliet. I was braced for the usual biohazard. Instead, I found... spotless tables? Toilets that were actually clean and smelled fresh? My food was hot, and packed with care, not just thrown in the bag. The biggest joke? I used to live in Hoogvliet and I actively avoided this place, assuming it was just as disgusting as the rest. My mistake. I've been missing out on the only McDonald's in this country that seems to understand hygiene. 😅 This place isn't just good for the NL, it's exceptional. The manager deserves a medal and should be put in charge of decontaminating the rest of them. 6/5. Stunned.

Nice McDonald's on the A15 it has a big parking space and offers the usual menu's whoch one experts at a McDonald's. Staff is very friendly and the service isngreat .nthe atmossphere is just like any other McDonald's and so is the food

They messed up my order 3 times. I asked for a cheeseburger without pickle, and then I got it without cheese. I asked for a replacement, and I got it with pickle.... A move? 3 people.

I honestly don't know where to begin. I ordered the food around 6:00 PM. Then, after an hour and a half, I received a message from the delivery driver saying he was apparently in Spijkenisse. Very strange, because the food should have already arrived at the stated time. He was stuck because the bridge was closed. This has been known for some time. The delivery driver arrived at Mac Hoogvliet around 8:00 PM to pick up the order. Unfortunately, I received lukewarm nuggets and soggy fries, and a cold burger that had to be microwaved. And one menu didn't come with fries sauce. Lukewarm fries without sauce. We were able to eat at almost 8:30 PM. Ordering is definitely not recommended!

We had some trouble ordering at the kiosk at first. It didn't really work well. Then we waited half an hour for our food. It was a pretty good breakfast, but we won't be ordering again.

The tables and floor were dirty. The restrooms were dirty, smelly, and not cleaned. There was no toilet paper or soap. Even though I arrived early in the morning and two other customers ordered coffee with breakfast, I waited 35 minutes and no one brought my breakfast to my table. The manager was rude and made racist comments. I demanded a refund and left.

We were there to eat quietly, and we got the wrong item in our order. It happens, no big deal. But the waitress gave my wife a dirty look and mumbled something to his colleague, clearly hearing them say, "Stupid people." What a mess they have working there! And everyone's acting all tough with the manager. I'm speechless; it's a disgrace.

This restaurant appears to be either declining or severely understaffed. They can't take orders correctly or give incorrect orders, if they can even prepare anything at all. A tragedy.

I'm speechless about this McDonald's. I no longer recommend ordering online. Ordered well in advance, but no McDonald's at the door. Normally, I get a confirmation, but apparently they didn't want to accept the order. Unfortunately, I ordered nothing an hour before closing time. McDonald's Hoogvliet is deteriorating rapidly. I'd rather drive to Spijk or Schiedam.

Food very bad, not what it used to be, often lukewarm, not a pleasant experience!!!

The food was just barely warm, so we ate it quickly. The staff was friendly. Nice location.

They always forget part of my order. The people who work there can't handle pressure. And even when it's quiet, like last week, they forget my fries and hamburger.

The tables are full of crap, and you have to ask for coffee with the set. I don't recommend it.

Just went to a cafe. Delicious!!! And the price is good too. The coffee is robust and has just the right tang. One drawback is the lid. It's not comfortable to drink because of the position of the drinking hole. It doesn't fit snugly against the mouth.

Quick service, food nice and hot.

I've been here before, but this time the food I ordered wasn't as it should have been, and the toppings weren't complete. Lots of dirty tables and overflowing trash cans. This was on August 5, 2025.

Cold McWarp without any of the recipe's additions. The floor and countertops were dirty and smelly. The toilet was a mess with no soap or toilet paper. A culinary disaster! I do not recommend it.

We had breakfast, the croissants were old, tough, cold, and flat. The staff yawned unabashedly 12 times in 3 minutes. Disinterested and completely unmotivated. Such a shame.

It's very crowded and loud there...the staff look disinterested. All the rooms are dirty, with trash and food scraps on the floor. The children's play area was also dirty, with old wrappers and used napkins still on the seats. Cleanliness doesn't look good at all. For a small order of a Happy Metal, it took about 15 minutes to be brought to the table. The food tasted rather bland, with a hint of grease. It's also very loud, with lots of car posers playing loud music. It's also very expensive by German standards.

This location seriously needs to improve its speed and quality. Nothing works in this place.

The visit itself was fine. When I got home, I got my takeaway order and instead of a whole portion of chicken nuggets, I got a hamburger, which wasn't so nice.

I'm absolutely pissed off at what a worthless company this is. Ordered through Uber, didn't get half of it, called them, and they said, "Uber is the only one." If I object, I'll order from you. They just push me away, call again, and they won't answer. This was truly the last time. Never again. Please join me. Those who don't want to hear will have to feel.

I made a special stop to use the restroom. I placed a €21 order. I wanted to use the restroom and found no toilet due to a closure. A burst water pipe can happen, but I asked why this wasn't indicated because I would have driven on to go somewhere else. They had to shut up shop, there was no sign on the restroom door, so I waited for nothing. Thanks for fooling people.

When it is not busy, it's good. But it can get really busy and the personel cannot keep up with the demand.

The food is fine. The location isn't great, but it's okay. Order inside and it's served. Inside or outside on the patio. The service left a lot to be desired. There were too few staff (two people), and they were also arguing with each other.

Good evening, about 30 minutes ago we stopped by to buy dinner. Order number 50. 2 large fries 1 Big Mac 1 Big Tasty Double 1 Big Tasty Regular. The man gave me the order, I looked and there was another burger missing. He went and put another Big Tasty. I thanked him and ran away. Arriving home, I open it. And there is a Big Mac missing. Dinner is ruined, my husband is hungry. Unfortunately, we threw away the receipt. I only know number 50, amount 26.45 € Payment time 20.10 I paid by card. Such an unpleasant situation. Although this is not our first time here.

You get employee saliva on your burger for free at this McDonald's. Today I had my very worst experience in a restaurant. The employee who prepared the food always put his finger in his mouth or finger on his tongue before taking the packaging material, then took the bread and prepared burgers. In the 5 minutes that I stood there waiting for my order, I saw this happen 3 times. The first time I doubted myself, the second time I called his colleague and when I was busy telling him he did it again and I also pointed out to his colleague, look how he is doing again. The manager came and listened to my story and I said that I don't want those citizens and that the manager/supervisor can look back on the . He immediately went to the employee after 5 minutes and came back with the story that he had looked back over the past 20 minutes and the employee did not put his finger in his mouth but had adjusted his glasses. First of all, I honestly wonder how he was able to watch the last 20 minutes within 5 minutes, apparently too quickly, which explains why he didn't see it. oh and The cups were covered in dried stains which clearly shows that the cups are not cleaned properly.

The worst McDonald's I have been to so far in the Netherlands. Dirty tables — you immediately lose your appetite. There is always something missing and you have to ask for it yourself. Today was really the final straw. There were no customers as it was just after 11am. I waited 25 minutes and then got cold burgers, cold and too salty fries. Only the nuggets were warm. Not a single napkin, and my child was not given a straw for the bottle of juice. This was my last visit to this McDonald's.

Bad manager who doesn't even know what the word leniency means... it concerns the surrendered birthday coupon for a free product that time had expired due to fiddling with the order column... I indicate that... but unfortunately time has passed. coupon away from the phone. So bad luck for me...I could talk as a bridge man but the young man didn't want to hear about it. Update April 2025 This Mac has been improved over the last year! Different management? No need to walk back at the drive and in the restaurant because everything is missing. Review therefore adjusted. -- Getting worse here. Sloppy and unfriendly staff. Order was delivered, I immediately saw that something was missing and wanted to say this, but that woman turns around and just walks away! Sundae cups only a quarter full. You saw many people in the restaurant walking back and forth because the order was incorrect!

Forgot something for the umpteenth time... Really bizarre. Food not hot either.

There was a lady with a very big mouth towards her colleagues behind the counter. An attitude, so to speak. There was a lovely hostess next to the counter. I don't think it's possible and I know that the lady in question is used to being like this in her culture, but you work in an environment where this is not desirable. Unfortunately the products were lukewarm again. This is normal in McDonald's unfortunately...otherwise the products are always the same and just ok!

The saddest McDonald ever. Long waiting time. Waiting at window 3, food cold!! And the order is also incomplete. Not the first time but the last time I have been here. Tried again today, super bad cold food, long waiting time. Definitely not recommended, a waste of money without exaggerating. Don't.

McDonalds used to be cheap and fast. I paid almost 4euro for a Mcflurry and had to wait 15min, while all the staff ignored me. No thanks.

How do you manage to mix up orders or send missing contents every time on pick up or Uber delivery?

Weekday evening around 10pm. Almost empty but incredibly dirty. Overflowing trash bins. Paper and cups on the floor. Dirty, uncleaned tables. Your shoes stick to the floor, bench too dirty to sit on. Sufficient staff but half were working and the manager only stands around talking. Ugh, you won't see me here anymore

Like every McDonald's everywhere, it's already cold when it's brought to your table. And it tastes like warmed up newspaper. The only plus point is that they're open late so at least you have something in your stomach. *Update: Tried it again after a long time. Breakfast menu, forgot croissant but butter and jam, the egg part of the muffin was already cold before I got to the parking lot. *Update 2: Now for the third time AGAIN a completely different order. When complaining, got the wrong order again. Staff can go back to primary school if this continues. *Update 3: Ordered breakfast at 9:16. Received it at 9:38.

I don't know what happened here. I have been coming here for over 10 years and in recent years the service and food have deteriorated significantly. Everything takes a long time, even with an empty shop (morning breakfast). The food is often just cold.

Shit inside and out. There's a shake spilled under the table next to it, everyone who sits down steps on it and then spreads it around. French fries were thrown out under the next table. There's a piece of paper in the middle. Nobody cleans it and I was there for over an hour. Plus there is this little playground for kids outside. The food is the same as in any McDonald's.

When picking up, I regularly received information that the order was not complete. First unpack everything to check whether it is correct, even if you order it indoors. Nowadays we prefer to drive a little further to the MC in Charlois.

We collected 3 quarter pounders, but a little more effort could have been made to handle the money when paying. Of the quarter pounder itself, it was noticeable that the three pickles were on top of each other on the edge of the burger.

It took a very long time for a McDonald's before you got your food and we were sitting inside. And we had been here a while ago and it took a long time before the order came, so we will skip it again and hopefully it will get better one day. Hamburger paper was dirty as well as the straw, see photos. Asked the employee oh then the counter was dirty and nothing, no new or different paper. While we doubted whether he had fallen to the ground.
