McDonald's in Rotterdam Centrum

Na een uitgebreide lunch in een restaurant en Delfshaven in de middag hadden we nog wat kleine honger en kwamen we terecht bij de McDonalds op de korte lijnbaan. Alles plakte, de vloeren bij binnenkomst tot op de tweede verdieping bleven aan je schoenen kleven, de tafels waren smerig, de toiletten waren smerig, echt niet normaal. En dan smaakt het eten ook minder. Het was een paar jaar geleden dat we in een McDonalds waren, voorlopig zien ze ons er niet meer.

Nice place, even when it's busy, the service is quick. There is no possibility to bring the food to the table. But the view and the places above are nice and clean

I think most of the employees who work here also work for the fun... most pleasant Mac Donalds I have ever seen (at least for the employees) it is beautiful, but also not practical at all. Those devices where you can order are on the right against the wall when you walk in and people are also waiting there for their orders... and the door opens and closes... it's worthless that the Mac agreed to such a crappy design... it was worthless. someone who was in charge was ill, had no choice. Once you have your order, you then have to go up quite a few stairs to find somewhere to sit, keep this in mind, downstairs where you can pick up your food there is a tiny standing table, but it is always occupied, especially in a busy city like Rotterdam where people always walking around for shopping. I liked the service when the employee asked which class I would like. It is nice to sit upstairs, sometimes you can sit by the window and have a nice view. This Mac Donald has 150 seats. Benden, the desk is very nicely decorated with various coke bottles.

Still fast food but still respectful of the staff. Everyone ordered and didn't pay attention so they just kept shouting politely. Very noisy due to crowds, but what do you expect for a quick and tasty bite? When asked to personalize, no onions were requested, it was also stated on the box, unfortunately there were onions, so they were removed manually :)

McDonalds, straws almost never available, amapiano music is playing loudly, the food is otherwise as you would expect.

Yes, like a McDonald's. To do once a year. Hygiene could be much better here.

I've never seen such a filthy McDonald in my life. Overflowing trash cans and the employee just walks past them. You really stick to the floor. I didn't even dare to use the toilet. It's really bizarre, you immediately don't want to eat anything anymore because the hygiene is so bad. Food was waiting for a very long time and that's why it was cold.

I went to get food with my friends, and then we walked back to school. Once we arrived at school we opened our food, and to our horror there was no meat on the burger! Just a sandwich with sauce and lettuce in between, I think this is really ridiculous. The icea tea was very tasty.

Rare treat for me but really enjoyed the chicken burger.

It's McDonalds, but toilets were very dirty. Tables were also littered with food scraps.

Awful Ladies are only talking with each other... playing music, I had a simple order , no one else here, so there couldn't be any confusion... they still messed up half of the order: ordered pancakes with syrup... no syrup, ordered a tea... received warm water. Only a couple of electrical outlets Here none work

Bad service. There are 8 people behind the counter, of which only one is working. The rest are mainly busy with each other. I had to wait almost half an hour for my food, although my number was called in the system after 10 minutes...

What a dirty place, and the staff don't clean it during the day, because the bathroom was a catastrophe, everything was clogged, without paper and stinking.

Last weekend I went to McDonald's at Korte Lijnbaan. Received good service! I received excellent service to my questions. Please note that Saturdays can be very busy! Still, it was pretty neat and more than fine. Toilets also excellent! Ray Kroc (himself!) would come more often! We are a young family with two young children. We had been on Saturday August 3, 2024. Unfortunately they don't have beer

Food is OK, but the 🗑 trash cans were full and not empty on time. I also need to get used of drinking from the plastic 🥤 cup

After ordering, we waited endlessly for two ice creams. 12 (!) people with a higher order number and a much larger order received this earlier, which is really crazy.

Filthy tables/floor and order was not ok either.

Received 2 chili chicken and 1 hamburger, then I received 2 hamburgers and 1 chili chicken

20 minutes waiting for cold food (despite having only one client ahead of us). And no salad which we ordered. We were suppose to get it to the table but finished eating before that happened. Seems no one even started preparing it...

Staff is quite Whammyburgerish. But it's a Mac so you expect that.

For the umpteenth time, order is not complete; rest was stale

I had breakfast at McDonald's in Rotterdam. This place doesn't open until 9 am. We went up to the second floor and had a very comfortable meal.

I live close by this Mc, and even tho I know the waiting may taking longer and sometimes the order machine does not work well I never complained about this McDonald’s. However, I wonder how is it possible getting my order wrong and giving me a completely different burger? I been wanting this Mc spicy burger for the whole day and this is the only food I want to eat, I brought the food home and boom, guess what I get, a basic normal plain Mc chicken, how is it possible messing up the new item with the regular basic item I wonder? This is unacceptable, pls if anyone ordering in this Mc and care about your food, DOUBLE CHECK THE FOOD YOU GET

The service is slow, had to wait 10 min for a burger and there were just 3 of us. The toilet is disgusting without running water, the tables upstairs are also dirty…..

The food is cold, there are no napkins and straws, it is dirty, there was a long wait.

Wear a life jacket when going to the toilet. Lots of noisy people, all with a different Netflix series on their phone. And you can eat from the ground

Service awful, Employee’s really rude.

This employee who made my sundae told me this is the portion of the regular sundae. It was not even half cup filled and with such a small container. Super unprofessional. Also she only remembered to give me the crust after I questioned about the portion of the sundae. The manager needs to train them better. I feel robbed.

This was very bad... waiting for almost half an hour for 2 chili chickens, fries and drinks, I saw everything ready, but they continued with other numbers (1 to 12), we were in the numbers ourselves. 90. It's a shame how they touch everything here with their hands, and don't at least wash/disinfect them again after every 30 burgers... it looks really dirty when you see how they prepare everything. This can not be.

We ordered at 11:35 a.m., the woman spoke to us in Dutch, we asked her in English, it made her angry, but give up, you're in a McDonald's where the place is touristy. She tells us in English that the nuggets are not ready and that we will have them after we receive the nuggets at 12:05!!! We waited 30 minutes for 9 nuggets and yet we asked where it was, we were told it was coming. I won't come back that's for sure. They are overflowing for 3 orders there are

Pay 30 euros for 1 person to be full when you go to maccie... And yes, I'm just slim.

Despite the large crowds of the Marathon, the service was fast and perfect.

I come across all the tables with dirty food. I had to wait a long time for my order even though the employees were on their phones. My fries were cold, my chicken nuggets didn't even taste like chicken nuggets and my cup of coke was covered in sticky paint on the outside. I came here for a nice day in Rotterdam then I came to the MC, my day was ruined and I felt nauseous. I'll never come here again!

Small downstairs, spacious upstairs. Good location with McCafe products, without McDrive. There is also a nice terrace in front of the door.

Doing nothing is the main goal of the employees in this McDonald's. Let the customer wait for the order if I don't have to do anything... everyone standing still is more fun than working

Totally the worst mc donalds is ever ate in …… they were cleaning while my burger was preparing ….. it took around 25 minutes to get my order . If mc donalnds have to mean something this one shoukd be closed asap

Bad experience. We wait more than 45 minutes to receive the order. It’s not a fast food. The guys very very slow and they didn’t wear uniform. It’s a Strange McDonald. I have never seen work so bad. I don’t suggest this place. I’m sorry.

Waited 15 minutes for medium bigmac menu. Not even lukewarm, just cold. Worst Mac I've been to.

Because the young lady packing literally took ALL the time to pack our small order, we had a cold meal... This is a bit of a shame and in retrospect we should not have accepted it, so perhaps not entirely correct.

Very negative experience. I ask McDonald to pay attention to the employees he hires. This morning at 11:35 I went here and I ordered the two menus, after about 5 minutes the blonde girl at the checkout told us that our order would be delayed but in the meantime she closed it in her system..(probably because the order would have given us after 30 minutes). We wait 20 minutes and the order still does not arrive, in the meantime we watch the guys work very badly, they are super slow, the black girl does not even wear the uniform.. Everyone in general is slow and does not know how to work. After 25 minutes we get angry at the checkout for the order we are still waiting for, and the blonde girl tells us that the sandwich we had ordered did not have it, absurd!!! We wait 25 minutes and they don’t even have a sandwich. After 30 minutes they give us the order, but completely wrong, wrong sandwich, missing sauce, Coca Cola with ice instead of without. I often go to McDonald’s around the world and I have never seen work so bad. The guys this morning were: black girl, black guy, blonde girl and boy I think Chinese. Two guys didn’t wear the uniform

Last time they forgot to put Fritessaus, this time they forgot to put BBQ sauce. If you guys forget so much, make it free. We are paying for it.

Closed too early, upstairs seating area closed too early because employees had to sit outside to eat... you can't do that. Very bad service from that McDonald's restaurant

Kwam hier koffiedrinken met mijn dochter. Gelenheid was schoon, evenals sanitair. Mijn dochter had iets gekozen op het scherm dat er niet meer was. Hier kwamen ze achter bij het pakken. Zij mocht toen iets anders kiezen zonder bij te betalen. Netjes!

Ik dacht effe snel te gaan eten. Helaas ging het alles behalve snel. Mijn bestelling was 3 cheeseburgers. Na het in ontvangst nemen van mijn bestwlling bleek dat bij alle 3 de helft van de ingredienten ontbraken. Ik teruggegaan. De medewerker bood 3 nieuwe burgers aan. Toen begon het wachten. Helaas heeft dit 40 minuten geduurd. Ik ga volgende keer voor een snelle hap wel ergens anders heen.

Drama . Fast is hier ook fast en gaat ten kosten van kwaliteit. Mc Donald vind ik overal vrij prijzig worden trouwens, maar dit laatste kan ook aan mij liggen.

Gezellige maar sfeerloze MacDonalds. En het personeel praat geen Nederlands. Tot mijn verbazing was het eten wel warm

Werd snel geholpen, de voedsel is heerlijk, maar soms is het wel heel erg druk binnen en buiten op de bankjes zitten is niet zo fijn wanneer het regent of koud is.

Le restaurant était sale, nous avons attendu longtemps avant d'avoir notre commande ( les gens qui étaient arrivés après nous étaient servis avant) Et en prime , nous avons eu droit à un client qui faisait des bruits de flatulences avec sa bouche pendant tout notre repas 😮‍💨 Pas d'accès handicapé

Mooie zaak maar de ene persoon aan de bediening was zo traag dat uiteindelijk de frietjes bijna helemaal koud waren, hij vergat ook de helft van onze drank, vergat een salade mee te geven terwijl alles mooi op de bon stond... en het interesseerde hem ook niet... Qua eten: kipfilets, burger en wrap waren in orde maar de frietjes door het lange wachten plat en koud en de salade was tegen de vervaldatum aan, zag er niet meer lekker uit... hier komen we niet meer terug

Wat een rot plek. Een deur naar het toilet ten midden van 4 tafels waardoor de geur lekker door het restaurant heen blaast. En de plekken waar je ver weg van de geur zou zitten, die zijn afgezet want daar zit de manager te bellen.

McDonals blijft McDonalds. Ik wil daar niks aan af doen. Want we eten er wel eens. Het gaat me meer om deze specifieke locatie. De vloer is smerig, de zitplekken zijn smerig en de toiletten doen je kokhalzen. Bah!

Het eten was er super snel. Maar ik denk dat je daar voor geluk moet hebben. Ik ben er een paar keer geweest en moest wel wat langer wachten door de drukte. Het is een gezellige Macdonalds. Alle tafels zijn zeer groot en niet te dicht bij elkaar

Gewoon Mac dus prima eten. Ze gillen de nummers door de ruimte, maar niet te verstaan. Waarom gebruiken ze niet het standaard systeem, vraag ik mij af?

Lekker eten. Ons bonnetje was niet afgedrukt maar we hebben ons eten toch gekregen.

Ben in veel MC Donalds geweest en ik vind de sfeer in dit keten het minst. Erg lawaaierige en veel tafels zijn vies. (Dit is de 2de dat ik in dit fast food komt.) Maar vergeleken met andere MC Donalds tref ik hier altijd veel vieze tafels. Eten is gewoon zoals alle andere MC donalds.

Really nice McDonald's to eat at. It's got an upstairs area as well as a decently fast service time. And it's located in a very convenient spot.

De service vind ik bij McDonalds steeds slechter worden. Het duurt erg lang voordat je je bestelling krijgt en als ze dan een fout maken ontkennen ze het ook. Wij hadden bijvoorbeeld 2x een smoothie mango ananas besteld, maar kregen een smoothie aardbei banaan. Dit viel meteen op vanwege de rode kleur, dus toen wij er wat van zeiden, zeiden ze Nee dit is de mango ananas. Na veel discussie kwam de manager erbij en pas toen werd toegegeven dat ze een fout hadden gemaakt. Erg jammer.

Normaler McDonald's, es gibt mehr Gerichte als in Deutschland aber im ganzen wares ganz in Ordnung.

Na to že išlo o srbský mekáč, mali tam širšiu ponuku ako na Slovensku, som príjemne prekvapený.

Prima en snelle service en goed eten, alleen het was behoorlijk druk.

Gisteren een bezoekje bij de McDonald’s verliep uitstekend! Super aardige medewerkers, vooral de manager ( Luvendro ). Voor de rest super goede service, en eten binnen minder dan 5 minuten ontvangen! Wij komen er zeker nog terug!
