Best Burger King I've ever been to, service was extremely fast and everything was clean, even though we were there at 3pm everything went quickly and wasn't rushed.

Food was okay but I asked takeaway and they gave me eat in so I had to do it my self they didn’t even offer to help, if I wanted to do it my self I would’ve worked here, and there was a slimy thick weird sauce on my burger it looked like ranch but it was kinda clear and way to salty and fishy, 0/10 recommend but the food was warm I guess

Waiting 20min for nuggets and fries only at 22:30 when not much people around. After using a touch screen to order your food, the sanitizer is empty. The answer is " You have to use the toilet for 1€"

I take the order, the cashier spills drinks all over me and all my food, then she says I have to pay for a new one myself. A bunch of crazy people here.

This Burger King franchise looks new, fresh and modern. Same style as typical BK sites. Not many order screens, so there were queues. I decided to not wait and went to competitions instead

It was incredibly busy and messy. The time it took for the food to arrive was okay. However, the self-ordering machines are packed incredibly close together. A bit more privacy would have been better. The tables could use a cloth more often.

I really like Burger King and wanted to try it while on holiday in the Netherlands. I was absolutely blown away. The price is unbeatable. The food tasted great too, it was hot, and despite the busy place, I only waited maybe 5 minutes.

The food was ready reasonably quickly. You could tell from the staff that none of them were enjoying their work. Not even the slightest bit of customer interaction, not even a 'bon appétit'. On top of that, this was my hamburger. 1 pickle and a crushed bun.

The manager prepares the menu with his bare hands and from time to time he even sticks his finger in his nose. Zero hygiene. I drew his attention to it and he told me that it's not true :))

Terrible experience. I ordered a Smoky Double Menu with Twister Fries and Chili Cheese Nuggets via Thuisbezorgd. In the end, I received the completely wrong order. Luckily, the delivery driver was still there, so I spoke to him and returned the order. Then I called Burger King, where I spoke to a very rude person. Couldn't say hello, used 'you', nothing; downright ridiculous. I explained my problem, and the only thing the man had to say was: 'Is Thuisbezorgd a problem? Call them.' Then he hung up immediately! Sorry, but this is downright ridiculous!!! And the worst part is that Thuisbezorgd isn't doing anything about it either, because I don't have a photo of the wrong order since I returned it to the delivery driver. I find it all too bizarre for words! You won't see me back here again.

It's bizarre how badly you get treated here! After waiting half an hour for my food, I asked an employee how long it would take. And then she gave me cold fries and cold burgers. They tasted like cardboard. When I walked back and asked for the fries sauce I had ordered, I wasn't looked at and someone shouted across the store, “70 cents!! Just join the line!” That line was super long, even though I had already ordered it. Furthermore, not a nice place to get food; a filthy place with unfriendly staff. A real shame…

I ordered a Big King XXL and found it very tasty, definitely worth it. Otherwise, everything was fine.

It had been a very long time since I'd been there, but Burger King still has the same quality: flavorful hamburgers, and yes, really good flavor. I'll have to get one again soon.

The food at Burger King, as always with fast food restaurants, is not of the highest quality, but that is proportionate to the price. Waiting for the food also sometimes takes a very long time; it just depends on how busy it is. The nicest thing is that you can order via a tarpaulin, and it might be advisable to order via the Burger King app, as they often have discount coupons. Furthermore, it is nice that this Burger King cares about the environment by introducing deposit cups: €1 for a cup you use, and you get it neatly refunded via Tikkie. I find the food at Burger King pleasant, and the service is also reasonable. Unfortunately, the fries are a bit disappointing, but the burgers are excellent, better than at the competition. If I had to choose, this is my go-to place for a tasty burger.

Normally we go to McDonald's, but today we thought let's eat at Burger King for a change. We totally regretted it. We ordered BIG fries once, but we got a measly few fries in a small white bag. The cheeseburgers were inedible, the buns were super dry, and you couldn't taste the meat at all. The service here is very bad. You see an employee just sitting there, and your colleague calls you for help, and you just keep sitting there chatting with a friend. I do not recommend eating here.

Customers of this place have to pay 1 euro to use the toilet even if they have already purchased food. I've never seen something so absurd anywhere else.

Staff were shouting when an order was ready. The service was slow. And you have to pay €1 as a paying customer to use the restroom!!!! Disgraceful!! How dare you!!!!

Europe's eco-friendly cup policy requires you to buy it for 1 euro. However, there's a machine in the store that gives you a refund with a barcode voucher (provided you have an NL or EU bank account; for tourists... I suggest taking the cup home 😂). That's what they say, but I told my friend in Belgium they don't accept bank accounts. Those who can accept them can scan the code themselves. The burger was delicious!

Burger King's burgers are indeed delicious.

I had previously purchased a meal at Burger King, and since you can only buy soda in returnable cups, I did the same: I took the cup with me after my previous meal so I could exchange my returnable cups later, which, as with my previous purchases, wasn't necessary for me. When I returned the cup to Burger King, the vending machine accepted it, but the employee there refused to refund the deposit for my glass, despite my pleas. Therefore, I don't recommend Burger King to anyone due to their rudeness. The staff shamelessly took my money without refunding it, as there's no option to buy a drink in a paper cup, and forced customers to buy soda in plastic cups, which they then, of course, stole.

I was there a few years ago and it was terrible. We tried it again on Friday night and it was delicious, clean, fast, and you can tell they're a well-coordinated team, which is why the food is served quickly.

The burger was so-so, the fries were tasteless and unsalted. The tables were dirty. The order was bagged even though we said we'd be eating in the restaurant. The cashier was unfriendly.

The food is the same as always and delicious. It's also a very busy location. It's not too busy right when the place opens. Delivery is a complete disaster; I never got the right order, something was missing, or it was something completely different. Worst of all, it took a very long time, and the solution afterward was also delayed.

There were still around 20 minutes left until the official closing time when we were asked to leave the establishment, in a completely unnecessary and humiliating manner, being escorted to the door in front of approximately 30 other customers. I consider it a serious lack of professionalism to stop serving customers before the announced closing time and, even worse, to treat them in this way. The attitude of the staff member who dealt with us was inappropriate and disrespectful. Unfortunately, I was unable to identify their name in order to report the situation directly. I do not recommend this place. The experience was extremely unpleasant.

I had to go to the bathroom quickly. I paid properly, but I'm desperate. A cleaning employee asks: "Did you pay?" I didn't hear the beep. I look at the employee indignantly and say, "Yes, of course I did." The employee says: "Well, show me your bank account and see if that's correct." I get grumpy and say to him: "No! Extremely antisocial staff. The woman behind the counter blames the customer for everything. If something is forgotten in the order, the customer gets the blame. You also have to pay to use the restroom, regardless of whether you've eaten there or not. Hygiene is also hard to come by here.

We ordered food here for the first time today. When we got home, we discovered they hadn't refilled our Crispy Chick BBQ. This was a very unfortunate oversight, as we thought that after we'd clearly ordered and paid, everything was in there, and there was no need to check right away...

Excellent burger at Burger King in Rotterdam. We happened to be wandering around and came across this Burger King. The meat was truly delicious, the fries were excellent, and the entire staff was wonderful. Drinks come in a glass, and you pay for the plastic cup and then get your euro back when you return it.

Ordered through Thuiszorgd, two hours later, the delivery driver was nowhere to be seen. We called the store and they said the food was coming. An hour later, it still wasn't delivered. A real slum.

I ordered crispy chicken, chicken nuggets and onion rings but for some reason never got to eat my onion rings.. they were not in the bag with the rest of the food which I find very upsetting… they were 3.95€ and I already noticed a lady not being able to find onion rings when I was in burger king. she was looking by nuggets section and couldn’t find them Apparently she decide not to wait for them and just not give them to me… I swear I didn’t just eat them , you can pull up the cameras of this freaking place and see a lack of my food.. I find it ridiculous

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, one of them without pickles and with bacon. I received one normal cheeseburger as it should be, and one more cheeseburger with pickles and no bacon. When I asked for the pickles to be removed and bacon added, they added frozen cold bacon and said that they cannot warm it up. Disgusting. I let them keep the burger.

Wanted to return our recycle deposit cups. But the manager didn't really feel like helping us. He said you can only return 4 per day. But when you've eaten with a large group. That doesn't make sense.

Ordered food online, there was a bacon burger instead of a long chicken. That is something completely different. Ordered special chicken. What a shame
