What terrible food! The burger was cold, and the cheese on it was too. Inedible.

Food nice and hot, Delicious burgers! Only at this Burger King do you have to pay to use the restroom. €1. Regardless of whether you ordered food or not, it's a shame.

There were still around 20 minutes left until the official closing time when we were asked to leave the establishment, in a completely unnecessary and humiliating manner, being escorted to the door in front of approximately 30 other customers. I consider it a serious lack of professionalism to stop serving customers before the announced closing time and, even worse, to treat them in this way. The attitude of the staff member who dealt with us was inappropriate and disrespectful. Unfortunately, I was unable to identify their name in order to report the situation directly. I do not recommend this place. The experience was extremely unpleasant.

I had to go to the bathroom quickly. I paid properly, but I'm desperate. A cleaning employee asks: "Did you pay?" I didn't hear the beep. I look at the employee indignantly and say, "Yes, of course I did." The employee says: "Well, show me your bank account and see if that's correct." I get grumpy and say to him: "No! Can I go now, or do you want to mop?" I'm desperate. It's ridiculous. I'll never set foot in here again.

Awful! They forgot a burger in the order. The chicken burgers taste different and weird; I got nuggets full of mold.

Clean and good food, but charging for toilets is absurd; I've never seen anything like it. I'm a customer; I can wash my hands for free.

Extremely antisocial staff. The woman behind the counter blames the customer for everything. If something is forgotten in the order, the customer gets the blame. You also have to pay to use the restroom, regardless of whether you've eaten there or not. Hygiene is also hard to come by here.

We ordered food here for the first time today. When we got home, we discovered they hadn't refilled our Crispy Chick BBQ. This was a very unfortunate oversight, as we thought that after we'd clearly ordered and paid, everything was in there, and there was no need to check right away...

I got a cheeseburger…no cheese.

My whopper was just a huge amount of mayo and ketchup in a bun. I just wanted a simple burger and burger king couldn't do that well. Also, having to pay for ketchup is crazy.

The hot chocolate was very watery. The burger still tasted like pickles, even though I ordered without them. No stirrer. No promotional items.

The lady dropped the milkshakes twice and gave us a dirty cup. After speaking to the cashier, she wasn't willing to help and was extremely snooty. Not worth your time or money!

Excellent burger at Burger King in Rotterdam. We happened to be wandering around and came across this Burger King. The meat was truly delicious, the fries were excellent, and the entire staff was wonderful. Drinks come in a glass, and you pay for the plastic cup and then get your euro back when you return it.

Ordered through Thuiszorgd, two hours later, the delivery driver was nowhere to be seen. We called the store and they said the food was coming. An hour later, it still wasn't delivered. A real slum.

No restrooms for customers and no play area for children!!!!!

We arrived in a rush, and the service was quick (a 6-minute wait) for an order of four. Served piping hot, the fries were good, but the toilets cost €1, which is a steal.

Worst burger King after the one in Schiedam. Always low on staff, way to little terminals for ordering and always at least 15 people waiting for orders. Totally bad place and the owner should be ashamed of this 'effort'. I wouldn't keep someone like that in my company

I ordered crispy chicken, chicken nuggets and onion rings but for some reason never got to eat my onion rings.. they were not in the bag with the rest of the food which I find very upsetting… they were 3.95€ and I already noticed a lady not being able to find onion rings when I was in burger king. she was looking by nuggets section and couldn’t find them Apparently she decide not to wait for them and just not give them to me… I swear I didn’t just eat them , you can pull up the cameras of this freaking place and see a lack of my food.. I find it ridiculous

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, one of them without pickles and with bacon. I received one normal cheeseburger as it should be, and one more cheeseburger with pickles and no bacon. When I asked for the pickles to be removed and bacon added, they added frozen cold bacon and said that they cannot warm it up. Disgusting. I let them keep the burger.

Nice location and we were helped quickly. Toilets were very dirty both in the men's and women's toilets while you pay one euro per person for this.

After more than an hour of waiting, the order was cancelled. This is the umpteenth time we have such an experience with this burger king. We don't even get a message or call from them about this. Don't order here.

Staff good, food good, less homeless people in the store...

Wanted to return our recycle deposit cups. But the manager didn't really feel like helping us. He said you can only return 4 per day. But when you've eaten with a large group. That doesn't make sense.

Ordered food online, there was a bacon burger instead of a long chicken. That is something completely different. Ordered special chicken. What a shame

Friday afternoon, not very busy. Still a long wait for order and a lot of waste. All tables are full of rubbish, trash bins are overflowing and you have to pay €1.50 to wash your hands.

Sometimes you want onion rings and they are here, the main thing is that the burgers do not shrink next year.

You have to pay extra for the toilet even though you are a customer. What rubbish. And then the toilets look really bad. I expect a rip-off toilet with bottom heating and cleaning jet for €1. No smelly and unclean cabin Bä. Plus it takes 10 years to get your order.

A typical BK store. Unfortunately, the staff was demotivated and probably overwhelmed by the number of guests. My burger didn't look nearly as tasty as it was advertised. I had the impression that it was already prepared in the warming cupboard.

It's a pure catastrophe, first we were overcharged for an entire menu or charged twice. Afterwards, no one cared about the credit, not even the two managers who were there. The ladies at the checkout shout around in the restaurant and have no respect at all for the superiors, we were also shouted at by the lady. Afterwards we were obviously not given any ketchup or mayo, even when we asked. For me as a former Burger King OPS manager, it is an absolute embarrassment. I will definitely report to the top boss or the franchisee.

The explanation for no gloves didn't make sense after all. A client ask why ? 😒 Hygiëne? And B they wash their hands every 2 hours? The chicks just touch her face bro....

Here to comment something about the hygiene: i don’t know if it’s normal but the staff do not use gloves during preparation in the kitchen which is a little unhygienic.

Food less tasty than at other BKs. Vegetarian burger very tough, as if they let the burger dry out and spoil before grilling it. Coincidentally, I also had a stomach flu the day after I ate here. Toilet costs money, but was really disgusting. The door didn't even close normally, there was a huge gap between the door and the toilet compartment. Every cent you spend on anything here is actually one too many. Staff speaks virtually no Dutch and also poor English. It seems as if there is human trafficking behind it or as if they have put a lot of illegal immigrants to work. Someone should raise this with Burger King corporate.

I don't like the chicken burgers that much. The lettuce or sauce tastes so strange at BurgerKing. Cheap with the winter deals. Burger King often has good deals so you get your money's worth.

We were waiting 20 minutes for the food, they work slowly and without enthusiasm, talking to each other and laughing with more than 12 orders on the screen. The potatoes were completely cold, they touch all the food with their hands, apart from touching absolutely everything without washing them first and not to mention the woman who distributes the food, edge and without repeating the numbers more than twice without saying them in English. Horrible, I do not recommend coming, it is worth going to another place to eat, quality price.

The food smelled rotten, the upstairs smells like garbage, completely dirty bathroom, dirty tables, they touch the food with their hands, speak badly to customers, 15/20 minutes of waiting for my supposed “fast food”, the coffee It tasted burnt, I've had a bad stomach for two days since I went, IT MUST BE CLOSED BY NOW.

I thought it was dirty upstairs and there was a bad sewage smell. the previous customer's meals were still on the tables and had not been thrown in the bins. she cleaned the tables with a napkin and what was on the table was swept onto the floor and only then cleaned up with a dustpan. the tables were not cleaned properly with clean soapy water and a cloth. A really dirty, dirty mess. the staff is a bit disinterested.

Quality, hygiene and service are hard to find. Burger King has declined sharply in recent years. Staff are just not too lazy to show up for work. The floor is sticky, tables are dirty, trash cans stink and the burgers are inedible. Meat looks so extremely processed, it looks like warts are growing on it. Never again!

This Burger King is located in an easily accessible location, nice and central. Easily accessible by public transport, on foot or by car. These are also the most positive points. The food is okay, just what to expect from a BK. The restaurant is often dirty, tables are cleaned but not very often. The floors are often dirty too. The staff is generally friendly but changes very often. So it is always a surprise with the service you receive.

That something like this can still exist in the center of Rotterdam, above where the tables are it doesn't look cozy, soggy hamburger, and the most scandalous toilet with gate 80 cents?! A business that offers food and drinks should offer a free toilet and hand washing option! You will only be there with a few children...

The toilets are such a terrible mess and filthy 🤢🤮 Toilet seats are loose, there is urine and toilet paper everywhere on the floor, but you have to pay for it? It's scandalous, where do you get the brutality from.

Enjoy a nice bite to eat with children. Nice atmosphere. Right in the center. Easy to reach by public transport. There is plenty to see in the city, right in the heart of Rotterdam.
