Burger King in Binnenstad

We came here 45 minutes before closing time. Half the restaurant was already closed up (blocked by chairs), only three most uninvited tables were available, the more cozy ones were blocked with chairs. Okay... We ordered. I asked to use the toilet - nope, "it's closed". What do you mean closed? Yeah, closed. There was a sign saying something about the toilet costing 1€ nope, closed. We ordered and paid for an ice as part of the menu. When picking up the order, there was no ice - here's a milkshake instead... We didn't want a milkshake. Food was disgusting. Drinks were disgusting. Attached are, among others, pictures of a Fuze Tea consisting of foam and a Veggie Whisky Master burger - real thing vs. what it's supposed to look like. Also, we ordered our food to eat in, but got it in a bag, without a single napkin. This extremely disgusting and infuriating experience cost us 22€.

We waited over half an hour for our food, which we only received after pointing out to the staff that our receipt had been hanging there for 25 minutes and that a lot of people had already passed by. The bacon on the burger wasn't cooked, the bun was flat, and the burger was absolutely awful. The tables were dirty; a table next to us sat with trash on it for over an hour. No, this place isn't exactly a Burger King advertisement! Oh yeah, did I charge Burger King for the extra half hour of parking?

We had to wait 25 minutes while customers who ordered after us and Uber Eats received their orders quickly. Only after I pointed it out did they realize they'd forgotten our order... and in English, which seems to be the main language there?

The sandwich was inedible, the toilet was closed and the air conditioning made way too much noise.

The staff don't even let you finish talking, it's ridiculous and the milkshake was not good, you can't even call it a milkshake, that's why I think 1 star is still too high, it's a shame you can't give 0 stars

One of the worst BK restaurants I've ever been to in my life. The service was terrible, the food was practically saltless, there wasn't even ice for the drinks, and the service was very poor. They gave me regular nuggets instead of the chili nuggets I ordered, and I had to argue with the lady with a note in hand, saying I did order chili nuggets, and she insisted I didn't. Pathetic

HORRIBLE DONT COME HERE. Worst burger king I’ve been to in years. And it was not one time bad experience. I made my order and it was a small one, had to wait 50 minutes standing with the place crowded with people waiting for their orders too (ordered after mine so they probably stood there for even longer). The attendants were super rude and slow almost in purpose because they had no sense or urgency working whatsoever, saw all the people waiting and complaining and still walked at snail’s pace. Restaurant is super dirty, unwelcoming, the drink machines never work properly and it’s probably a health hazard from how dirty and oily they always are, ice dispenser never works and when I took a sip of my sprite, it tasted like sparkling water, and not a nice one. No flavor just a dirty disgusting liquid and gas. After 50 minutes when I picked my food, the attendant who was calling the numbers was super rude, also gave me a side look because I didn’t go immediately when she called my number and the reason why was, first they were shouting the numbers in dutch and english and then they start shouting the numbers in french only. As i’m not fluent in french so didn’t understand at first that it was my number. All this on top of already being exhausted of waiting, hearing 20 other people complaining and starting to get loud, hungry, etc.. This burger king is like a fever dream. I never go out of my way just to complain about something i’m very understanding when it comes to others, but this was just terrible. Poor management, dirty, unpleasant, slow (to the point where it looks on purpose). And also of course didn’t even have a place to sit after all the waiting because it just got too crowded and all the tables were just other people waiting too, not ecen eating…

A whopper without onions and pickles, twister fries half with crumbs and normal fries mixed together, (looked very disgusting) If you ask for a paper cup you don't get, not even for a fee, if you ask for a plain hamburger you get a normal one, the long chicken was thrown away because too much sauce made the chicken no longer tasteable, the team from about 2 months ago were super good and fast, but today saw completely different staff. Something must be really wrong at Burger King from management to staff, either staff here are underpaid and don't care about service, or the good employees are not appreciated, and that's why so many staff come and go. With a good employer people certainly stay longer, but here it's just a drama

Bad Customer Service. The employee, with glasses and brown hair, and a plump build, was unpleasant. She called me to pick up my order, but it wasn't there. She didn't explain the situation or apologize, and ignored me. I received my burger later, after which she took my receipt and served me the burger without a tray, even though I was eating at the restaurant.

Too long, not tasty, and unpleasant... 1 hour for 2 hamburgers. Too long, no smile, ... 1 hour for 2 hamburgers...

Don't come here, staff can't read orders, food takes 1.5 hours.

The longest wait of my life. Cold food

I am currently in this Burgerking restaurant this Monday August 18, currently 50 minutes since I ordered my order and still waiting there were only 10 orders before mine, in addition to that no hygiene the waitress dips her fingers in the sauce and licks her fingers before putting her hands in the orders, no motivation, for a fast food restaurant supposed to be "fast" this is very disappointing

We enjoyed the food, hence the two stars, but the hygiene was anything but! The tables and benches were still dirty, my feet were sticking to the floor, there were grease stains on the walls, and I'm not impressed with the toilets either! The hygiene is truly abysmal. Please do something about this, and urgently!

We arrived at 7:30PM. The entire crew was having a break except one person in the kitchen and one at the counter. So, we had to wait quite long for our food. The restaurant was not clean. There was no fizz in the ice tea, the ice dispenser was out of order, the fries were cold. The WiFi wasn't available. After we got our meal, the crew members returned. Not good at all, better try McDonald's nextdoor.

The food was not filling, the quality was horrible and the people who work here are antisocial as hell.

It's a shame I can't give less than one star. I ordered three Whopper menus for over €41, and before they were delivered, it took over 100 minutes! And if that wasn't bad enough, our food was also freezing cold. I will never, ever order from here again!

Burger King Tilburg, those people must be so passionate about their business! The fries are always tough and cold. Third time in a row, I'll drive on from now on and never stop at Burger King again. Bad business, guys.

Never been to a dirtier place than this Burger King. My feet stuck to the floor, the staff was very unfriendly, it took ages to get our food, the order wasn't even correct, and the food was cold! Never again!

First it took Them 10 minutes after ordering to figuring out that the veggie nuggets was empty, then after 20 new minutes they make the veggie burger with Meat-bacon. Worst burger king experience I have ever had. Empty restaurant when ordering..

By far the crappiest BK in the Netherlands (which is an achievement because the bar is already so low at BK). I would buy the franchise if I were the head office. The post-apocalyptic environment of the Heuvelpoort makes the experience complete.

This bk is scary in terms of hygiene and food safety. The manager puts the meat in the broiler with her bare hands. The kitchen employee has neither an apron nor a hairnet. Drinks in the dining room are out of stock. The restrooms: the urinals are overflowing, the soap is not dispensed, and the hand dryer does not work.

The worst burguer king i try ever, all is wrong, long delivery time, all on the comand is wrong... They didnt even put a hamburguer on it just chilli nuggets onion rigns and fries (i didnt take any of that) and when you call them by phone they close the call. How disrespecfull, really dont eat here, whe spent 40€ for cook hamburguers and fries by our own because the fries are cold... Not even that...

Half an hour to make two hamburgers, if you want to eat quickly and leave this is not your place, they waste more time than in a restaurant. There are only two people working, it is super unpleasant to feel that in 20 minutes you don't even know how much is left to receive the menu.

Please do not order here. Order arrives halfway. The phone does not work when calling. Manager contacts us politely, but with a false promise. You can whistle for the rest of your order. After 1 hour you will receive a message that you can pick up your food because there is no delivery person. Don't fall for it and order somewhere else if you're hungry!

The doors were wide open, so you’re still freezing when you’re sat inside. Vegetarian burgers are basically smoked cardboard and the reusable cups hand in can take ridiculously long because there’s no machine for it, so you’ll have to wait at the counter. Sparkling drinks from the fountain are basically 100% foam. Can not recommend.

Had a veggie burger, but got meat. When I went back with it she at first denied that I had meat. After going back again, they admitted that it was meat, but only a sorry and a new burger, while it is not possible to give meat instead of vegetarian.

Were here on a weekday afternoon, hardly anyone. Food was all good, but lukewarm!? Why? Staff was not good at talking (or didn't feel like talking) toilets very dirty. There was also a swearing vagrant, who eventually the police came to take away. It wasn't really pleasant to sit and eat

I ordered yesterday through Thuisbezorgd, deliberately well in advance. The order arrived 40 minutes late and was almost cold. The delivery driver was waiting at Burger King the whole time, which was severely understaffed on a Friday evening.

Had ik maar eerder gekeken naar de recensies. Wat slecht!!! Ik schrijf normaal niet, maar nu moet ik het kwijt, tie hier ijskoud en ongezellig. Bijna half uur op eten wachten, wat ook slecht is. Het is rommelig, en viezig, het wordt steeds drukker en iedereen zit erg lang te wachten. De kou overheerst. Waarom bestaat deze tent nog?! Sluiten! Had ik maar naar de overkant gegaan! Bij de grote gele M. Zo zonde van mn geld!!

After many years we went to eat at Burger King (Tilburg) again, because we had no other option on Sunday night than McDonalds. Well, we should have gone there. Cold food, no drinks, absurdly small portions, way too expensive, uninterested staff and I could go on and on. You get ripped off right where you are. So this was really the very last time.

Order is not indicated on the board but shouted out which cannot be heard because of the music that is playing. As a result the food is cold and is not replaced.

Why are the hygiene standards for Burger King so low in tilburg. The drink dispenser looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks and the staff preparing food are not wearing nets. 1236 on a Sunday.

At an ordering station, I scanned a Double Whopper discount menu coupon with my app on Monday afternoon during lunch time. I did not receive a receipt from the post so I informed the friendly employee that I had not received a receipt. She asked if I remembered the number - 765 - so it was no problem. The five of us looked for a spot and even though the tent was empty except for a single other customer, finding a nice spot was difficult. The Burger King in Tilburg smells a bit like piss in a few places and there are quite a lot of fruit flies, especially near the trash can. We ended up sitting on the west side, where it still smelled a bit like piss, but the tables here were the least dirty. In this branch the floor is sticky as if it had not been cleaned properly in a discotheque, the day after a heated party. When my menu was ready - average wait time - I picked it up. It tasted good, although a double Whopper is a bit much. That has nothing to do with the branch in Tilburg, but more with my own taste - for the record. I didn't get napkins as standard, so I had to buy them from a companion who luckily had too many. I could already see the downpour when I went to hand in my deposit cup, but luckily the machine worked fine. I give this King three stars because the staff was friendly and the food tasted good. It is not five stars because the place smells like piss, there are a lot of flies flying and the tables are dirty. I tried not to let the fact that I hate Tilburg play a role, so three stars is generous.

Rude staff. Food not tasty. It stinks in there. The toilets were not clean. Your shoes stuck to the floor, the floor was so dirty. Everything was unsanitary. Is it a coincidence that I have stomach complaints? Giving 1 star is still way too much.

Wat een slecht personeel. Te lui om uit hun ogen te kijken. Onbehulpzaam ,ordinair, plus asociaal. Het stinkt er vreselijk . De vloer plakt en ziet er goor met vlekken uit. Tafeltjes zijn smerig. De toiletten waren ook echt smerig. 1 had wat toiletpapier loshanger, de rest niets. Op de trap lag een grote roggel. Mijn advies blijf er weg als je leven je lief is. Nu begrijp ik waarom de Mac er naast zoveel drukker is. Winkelpersoneel allemaal ontslaan en opnieuw beginnen en anders de boel sluiten. Nooit en dan ook nooit meer zet ik daar een stap binnen.

Ordered everything via the drive-in today. After we ordered, it took at least 15 minutes before we could pay and we received part of the order, the drinks. For the rest we could wait another 20 minutes. So finally we had our order. Reason they couldn't print things.

The dirtiest branch I have ever visited. There was no toilet paper anywhere in the toilets and there wasn't a spot on the floor that wasn't sticky. When asked, there was no toilet paper, only the statement that it would only be open for 3 hours, so there would be no more staff for the toilets. The tables were also stuck and covered with leftover food. Luckily we had wet wipes with us and there were also napkins. When ordering, four things were forgotten and left on the counter with a annoyed look. Why did you stay anyway? We had used one of those self-service counters and had already paid.

They are painfully slow... Order was already prepared, but the person passing it on took another 5-10 minutes for something else. Behind the counter they speak something other than Dutch and English. Atmosphere is really nothing here. And the burger was really sooo dry. AVOID

No one speaks Dutch, my menu was prepared half an hour later than my friend's, the food was not warm and your order plates have a logic that is completely unknown to me. Yuck for the toilets, and without toilet paper. Never again, especially not at those prices

Not the best Burger King experience out there. Do not eat here if you have a choice. The place is quite dirty, the ice machine near the soft drink dispenser was empty. The food took forever and they have less menu items than Belgium's Burger King. The staff look AND act like they are being held prisoner and they've been sentenced to work at this Burger King for life. Avoid at all costs.

Very bad food. For a small order it already takes 15 minutes at the checkout counter because none of them speak Dutch very well. And then another almost 45 minute wait while there were only 2 other orders on the plate. Never order food there again.

Really, whether you come to Tilburg or Waalwijk, what a horrible mess it is in those places, poorly cleaned, unfriendly, hopeless staff behind the counter, empty drinks machines, etc. Just give me the mac.

Really bad experience. I order one large menu double crazy cheese of beef, they give me one normal burger Crispy chiken. When it came to claiming my order, the girl unfriendlyly insisted on me and tried to convince me that I told her I wanted a chicken burger when I didn't. I have worked in this sector and I have never contradicted a client, especially when they are right and put it on the ticket :/

Really dirty restaurant. Personal staying with pocker face. In Burgers was tooo much ketchup. Usual fries was not available. I like Burger King, but this place doesn’t worth your time. And I almost forgot about fly’s that are flying in the kitchen. Ps ice machine doesn’t work.

I pretty much only come there for the fries with cheese and bacon. It often happens that there is much less cheese sauce or bacon than there should be! The service is not very nice and they often ignore customers. This place could have more tables.

Really bad coupons didn't work on the post. At the cash register they all say add you only get coke zero, no further choice, not even mayo. Very bad

Letterlijk een fiasco dit bezoek. Incomptent en lui personeel Vandaag 27 mei 2024 rond ca 19.00: 2 dames waarvan 1 continue moet worden aangespoord, meer staan praten dan werken ,en dan loopt er ook nog een manager rond. Ik bestelde een afhaalmenu 2 x whopper menu. Mijn order duurde minstens 15 minuten voordat men er aan begon kwam ook niet op het bord onder preparation. Ja, is het systeem probleem zegt manager. Uiteindelijk pak ik mijn tas, en ga naar mijn cola inschenken. Vervolgens doet de ijsmachine niets. Ja, is kapot zegt manager. Geen briefje op de ijsmachine, niks Heb mijn cola teruggebracht en mijn geld voor de cola teruggevraagd. Ik kreeg uiteindelijk , vanwege het menu, het geld voor 1 cola terug van de manager. Bonnetje daarvan kreeg ik niet, ook niet na verzoek. Ik was niet de enige klant die op dat moment klachten had Ook een gezin vroeg naar manager wegens verkeerde saus bij friet. Thuisgekomen blijkt de ketchup die ik heb gevraagd, er ook niet bij te zitten, maar frietsaus waar ik niet om vroeg. En t eten was koud,ook de burgers .zakjes dichtdoen bij afhaalmenu kennen ze ook niet En het was NIET druk!!!! Klant is koning, maar hier.. nooit meer... Voortaan weer MacDonalds..!!

It took them 20 minutes to complete and send out my order that was waiting for me already cocked and packed. It’s a shame because food is kinda good here, my burger was already cold and not tasty. Even tho it took them that long they still managed to miss items from orders.

Ordering via screen is complicated, expand to a large menu and then ask even more to order even more extras even though you have already ordered a large menu. Refill your own drinks after you have received the meal on a drinks dispenser that is incorrectly set. The result is that filling up with drinks takes another 10 minutes and then your menu is simply cold. Hasn't anyone come up with the idea to give you the drinking cups so you can fill them while you wait for your menu? Not good and not worth repeating.

Waiting 2 hours for food and a refund took another half hour... Standing twiddling 3 fingers while at least 60 people were waiting for their food but no one made any effort. On top of that, a cheeky answer from the manager... I say... Never again Would have preferred the option of giving 0 stars

Burger King do something about this disgusting restaurant.. Slowest service, obviously don't want to work 23 minutes for a burger with only 3 customer inside and still do it wrong... The restaurant is dirty very dirty and the food is disgusting, Staff is not friendly the yes whatever attitude.. How is this place still open. Never again!

Ordered and received 1 whopper. PIN machine screen was white. When we got home it turned out that 49.65 had been debited. A bit much for 1 whopper.

Very very slow wrong orders cold food and a dirty restaurant and then pay 20+ Euro for 2 burgers 1 was cold 1 was wrong and some cold soggy fries... Never again.

Fries are cold, the drink machine doesn't give Sprite, only sparkling water, and they don't include toys with the children's menus, so the kids aren't happy with me.

I’ve ordered through Uber eats and my order took more than 2 hours to be delivered. I called Burger King, and their excuse was that my order was lost in the system. But when I said my name they could immediately find the order. So probably it was the staff’s fault. I wouldn’t recommend ordering for delivery. I never had this issue with Uber eats before, so the problem is with Burger King. I don’t recommend.

Horrible! Don't eat, dirty tables, dirty floor, the cup for the coke! Sticky and dirty. Long wait, 20 minutes and we were the only ones. Staff is not friendly. Don't even look at you. And the chicken burger was like a fried sponge with a little lettuce and a little sauce on one side. Fries were cold. Never again!!
