McDonald's in Udenhout

Ga je straks avonds door de mac drive moet je 10minuten tot 15 minuten wachten op je ijsje. Terwijl je met 3 auto s in de drive staat. Super slecht!

Wij gingen door de mcdrive en bestelde een Mc flurry maar kregen maar de helft van wat je normaal krijgt, zijn terug gegaan maar kregen niks erbij omdat dat is hoe het hoort zei hij. Zou niet aanraden hier naartoe te gaan!

2x Mc flurry besteld om mee te nemen. Duurde erg lang en bestelnummer verdween van het scherm. Gevraagd naar de reden en kreeg te horen dat dat zo hoorde. Nog even gewacht en weer gevraagd waar onze bestelling bleef...en toen werden ze wakker. Stond al lang klaar. Half gesmolten dus eerst maar thuis in de diepvries gezet. Vreselijk arrogant personeel ook. Je betaald de hoofdprijs voor 0,0 service. Klaar mee.

Bad service, napkins are stuffed between the fries in the bag. Hair in the MC flurry. If you say something about it they treat you as if you are whining. I'm not very pleased with this branch, at least not with the MC Drive

Hats off to the staff here. Even during primetime on a Saturday with all the crying, shitty children in the restaurant, they were still super friendly and polite. I don't copy them!

Visited a new location for me. Citizens are different than in the Netherlands. The food was delicious with fast service.

Was very quiet. Was the only one waiting for my food. Ladies were more concerned with each other than with my order. The burgers were already ready, but then we had to wait another 17 minutes for 1 regular coffee.

This is a great McDonald's. Food is good and service too.

Several times something is missing in the order. Recently I wanted to taste the chicken & waffle and ordered some extras. Missed the chicken & waffle. This is really more often than not I spend money because something is missing in my order….

We got our food very quickly. We put the fries on the tray to cover with the sauces. What a shame, the fries were cold and in our opinion we couldn't take them back to the counter because we had put the sauces on them. Then we eat the Big Mac and it turns out to be much too cold. I actually took this back to the counter for a new Big Mac. I also told her about the fries, but she didn't even respond to that. After I finished my Big Mac I decided not to eat McDonald's anymore for a while. Pffffff and those prices are not normal anymore.

Took the drive. It took a long time before we received our order. But food was tasty and hot.

A McDonald's restaurant like there are so many in the Netherlands. You can order via the counter but also via a touch screen. When we visited it was of course busy with many young people. The food is good and neatly served at the table. Don't expect a high-end menu, but it's fine for a quick bite or snack. I think you can eat better and tastier food for the same money at a local cafeteria. I think it's in the "Name" that people eat here. Of course, everyone has freedom of choice here...

It's that all macs are fucking bad. Somehow I always have cold food with you. My drink is lukewarm and 3/4 full (if there were no ice cubes in it, it would be noticeable of course) How do you continue to manage it, there are 10+ people there baking etc and still cold food.... Macflurry without sauce and is ready in 3 scoops. I also fill my ice cream frape halfway with a dollop of whipped cream and 2 dashes of sauce. Guys, you are really destroying your mac, soon only people will come who have never eaten there and Berkel/Owijk and Udenhout will never be found there.

I went to dinner with a few buddies of mine. We sat down in a place with some kind of work of art on which fries were placed (I think for when you are hungry while waiting) but very strange. After waiting half an hour for the food, it finally came, but the staff had a bit of a waffle from here to Tokyo, he started making fun of one of my buddies because he was wearing pants with a leopard print. While we were eating an older woman came to ask for the number of a buddy of mine and said she would eat the whole thing like a Big Mac (I have no idea if it was the staff). After that I thought I would quietly relieve myself. In the toilet, after about 2 minutes, a total crazy person came to the toilet and banged on the door very loudly and shouted out to staff to stay seated for 30 minutes.

Went through the drive-through and was served kindly by the staff. Everything went smoothly and the food was well presented (which is not the case with every fast food chain) and delicious!

The food was good, it's just a pity that the fries weren't really warm, but otherwise it was okay

I'm going to apply here for a part-time job in 2025 when I turn 15😉

Groups of youth in the parking lot who try to intimidate others and the McDonalds do nothing about it, which is a pity. Not even reported about this. And who later race away across the terrain.

After a concert visit in 013, we stopped by the mac. Unfortunately just too late for the restaurant due to the McDrive. Took a very long time between ordering and picking up. The fries were stone cold, the nuggets cold and the burger was kind of lukewarm. Also no napkins in the bag so I could drive home with greasy hands.

Service slow They prefer to talk among themselves than to work Hygiene very poor No gloves They put the ingredients for the burgers with their bare fingers, then take a rag and wipe the countertop and make food again without washing their hands. Drama

It was super busy, almost no table left and yet the wait time was unexpectedly not long Pleased

For a McDonalds, this is a great place for children to eat. I don't come there often. But when we have our grandchildren with us, we alternate between a pancake house and McDonald's.

Ik heb nog nooit zo vrolijk personeel gezien, bestelling was helemaal goed maar miste mijn servetten. Personeel met zakken op hun hoofd (inclusief manager) heeft mijn dag helemaal gemaakt.

Grabbed breakfast. You can choose whether you take a disposable cup or a stationary cup. We opted for disposable. And then you still get a stately cup 😑 with a 20 cent plastic surcharge paid

Na de bestelling van een visburger twee grote friet en een ijs Werden wij verzocht om even te wachten op de parkeervakken rechts. Dit vw de visburger, wel gaf de jonge man alvast het ijsje mee??? Op mijn verzoek om deze even in de koeling te zetten tot we de rest mee konden nemen , gaf hij als antwoord dat wij hem toch alvast konden opeten. Beste kerel wij staan in een macdrive , Ik wil alles mee naar huis nemen anders had ik hier wel gaan zitten om te eten,Beste manager praat eens met je personeel !!! Dit soort praktijken en de antwoorden daarop kunnen gewoon niet. Verder betalen wij tegenwoordig een prijs die gelijk staat met een twee sterren restaurant.terwijl het voedsel van macdonalds nog geen halve waard is. Al met al de conclusie wij komen hier nooit meer terug.

After standing in the drive for almost 30 minutes, the order finally arrived... It's a bit of a shame that it wasn't my order, and besides that it was still ice cold. All in all, not the best mac to get some "fast" food.

Mediocre MC Drive, often inexplicable congestion and delays that cause fast food to be out of order. Many errors with ordering via the app.

Very quiet, but tables were dirty. Lots of trays everywhere and lots of recycling cups. And only 8 people were eating in the restaurant (including us), which is a bit of a shame

Burgers and fries were cooked well. Service was also top notch. Atmosphere could be better.

The only reason for 5 stars in mood was because of the family. Waited 11 minutes for dessert, which was ice cream, which we ourselves were up asking for (had ordered for the table) where it went. Ordered food there on Sunday evening, the emergency telephone didn't work properly, couldn't scan a QR code, then they said you can go to the first window, then I wanted to do that, I couldn't wall, then I had to order again, so if I did that, it wasn't possible with the advantage menu. to order a big tasty, the woman at the first window only spoke English Once I arrived at the second window, my order had been ready for a long time and was now just cold Then I asked if they could renew the order, they said fine, but after 4 minutes I received the same bag with food back. Bad branch from all over the Netherlands and beyond, made 2 attempts because I drive by every day. Never experienced anything this bad. My advice for head office PLEASE CLOSE THAT TENT

Checking your order is necessary if you do not want to drive twice for your order.

This McDonalds is fine, provided your order is complete. I called McDonald's and was sent a credit bomb at home because it was the second time the order was incorrect. Besides that, it is always warm and delicious

This is how a McDonalds should be, everything always freshly baked, crispy and still very warm. Good taste, clean fryer and everything cooked correctly.

The meat in the hamburger is dry, the sauce is little and the juice has no lid, which causes it to spill when used by my child.

Love coming here. Staff is very customer friendly. Especially that kid who just brought the food, 100% customer service with a smile. Macdonalds, please thank your staff for their efforts!

It's been a while since we've had a Mac. The cups are now reusable, great. Order via the kiosk and it will be delivered, also fine. Sauce not in a container but in a bag, which is very difficult to open. There should be a small notch in there to make it easier. Waste bins are too small at all McDonald's, including here. Food and drinks tasted like Mac should taste. Great experience in Udenhout.

A nice stopover at a spacious McDonalds both outside and outside, plenty of parking spaces.

Had to park car in the mc-drive to wait for food, even though I was the only one there. Casheer didn't inform me a menu would've been cheaper, and selected the items seperately. Which made me pay significantly more for my meal.

You know, you shouldn't expect too much from McDonald's, but you should be able to assume that I will get the food I order. Now, except twice, every time I have been to McDonald's Udenhout I have received something wrong. This ranges from getting a completely different burger and the wrong flavor of milkshake, to just not getting things (even though you paid for them). It can be solved quickly by driving back, and if this were to happen once or twice, it could happen... but I come here quite often and it has only happened twice that it has NOT happened.

One of the better McDonalds. Just finished the new Mac cheeseburger delight. Due to an error in the app I was unable to order it. But the staff kindly helped me. New favorite. Unfortunately not yet on the regular menu.

Brought our own ketchup to save money because €0.80 is crazy didn't know we had to bring towels to dry our hands as well, "feel the power" where was the power, women's dryer did not work. I loved the vegan nuggets and the strawberry and banana smoothie, had no Mccroissants tho, they never do. ☹️ I was given cheesecake instead and it was great, very vanilla tasting, had an okay time I suppose. (Not coming back though)

The tastiest cappuccino I've had at Mac

Yesterday after a baseball game I wanted to treat my son to ice cream. When opening the doors there was immediately a very pungent smell of urine. Your feet immediately stick to the ground and it's dirty everywhere. How do you get such a strong urine smell in your building? We wanted to sit inside, but the smell of urine turned out to be everywhere. Doesn't seem like not cleaning once. Fortunately the sun was shining and we sat outside, not that it was much cleaner there anyway. Hopefully they will soon receive an inspection visit because this cannot be safe for health.

Like any McDonald's. Tasty and quick for the long drive.

Placed an order for Mc Drive to eat at work. During our break we discover that there are no MC nuggets and quarter pounders in it. How difficult is it to place a small order correctly. This also happened to us last summer. It was about fries. Now a report has been made via the information from MC Donalds. Hopefully you will learn from this MC Donalds Udenhout.

Order placed and wait. We got our trays and thanked politely, didn't even get a response, just an angry face. Fishbugs would come later. When she returned we indicated that there were no straws. She went to get them and they were literally thrown on the table. If you don't feel like working there and speaking to customers in a friendly manner, then go do something else! Nobody needs someone like that.

It's better to drive to another McDonald's, fine if you're hungry and get expensive food, but then it has to be tasty and it definitely wasn't!! Waste of my money!!

Coke didn't taste like coke, more like water mixed with coke, please use gloves while preparing food, employee touched own genitals doesn't even deserve 1 star

We treated ourselves to a little dinner, even though the rating of this McDonnald wasn't the best, we went in. Well, it was ok, as a quick takeaway is, and we got the order fairly quickly. Other than not ordering ice in the drinks, we couldn't complain.
