The place fits the food you can get there unfortunately I waited quite a long time for my food that I ordered The burger and shake was delicious, but I was a little disappointed on the philly cheese steak

Fat Phills: where bad service, disgusting food, and absurd prices collide into one huge disappointment. The waitstaff acts like you're bothering them, the food tastes like it was made yesterday, and the bill feels like a bad joke. If this is "food," then I'm a three-Michelin-star chef. Stay away unless you're happy to pay to have your evening ruined.

The place is so dirty! Me and my partner decided to order and eat inside. It was tough looking for a clean table, because each table had an old order or food garbage. Also the counter was full of old orders and people were just piling it up. There was no trash can to throw anything away. The two employees who worked there couldn’t care less about cleanliness and hygiene. Also, the meals were very pricy! Don’t think we will be back. Bad first impression.

I ordered through Uber Eats, but the order was never delivered. Eventually, a very attentive employee from a completely different hotel somewhere in Tilburg called me, and I drove there myself to pick it up. Contact was completely impossible, and my ongoing WhatsApp message went unanswered. The staff in Groningen was also terrible. It's a shame that this chain with good burgers has such unmotivated employees. It costs them money.

After an hour and a half, I still haven't received my order. Their phone numbers don't work, so I can't even ask about it.

If I couldn't give any stars, I would. I saw a nice 40% discount online, so I placed an order around 4:30 PM. After an hour, it was canceled; I can't get in touch with anyone at the store anymore.

The taste was really good, but the wait was very long. There was no one there except us, but we still waited half an hour for two burgers and two fries. It was also very expensive. You pay for each item individually, so it all adds up.

The double cheese burger ok, but i expected more, the highlight for me was the Philly cheesesteak fries. But a cheeseburger(with added onion rings) , loaded fries and a milkshake was €35! So it was nice but not worth that price.

Waiting for 45 minutes for food that doesn't taste like anything (not even busy inside). Boring burgers and a crappy pickup system. Everything gets mixed up and they don't even know who ordered what. By the way, it's not normally expensive either!

Food Quality is good, cooking is on par. Service is worthless, they don't do anything. My burger came after 15 mins, fries 30 mins. And I was only the third customer in the store, waiting. They always prioritize deliveries, I guess. Although, there were only 2 deliveries. For 30eu pp, I'd expect more.

The food was edible but that's not why I'm giving 1 star, we spent over an hour in total! ONE HOUR! Waited for one bowl of fries! I will never go to this place again. Ate there, food arrived 45 minutes late, while it was not busy. Employee with red hair was unfriendly. 13 euros for a truffle burger and then you get a normal bun that you can get in the supermarket, this is not the case at other fat phills branches. The food arrived in takeaway boxes on the table instead of on a tray. I advise against it here.

Delicious food, the portions are generous. The Philly cheesesteak was tasty, well filled with meat, cheese and jalapeño peppers. The loaded fries were fresh and generously topped with cheese, topped with crispy chicken and peppers and the hot wings were just fine. The two of us couldn't finish it. The advantage is that everything is halal. The lady serving was very nice.

Nice concept with tasty food. Picked up for the second time despite the long wait the first time. Unfortunately very poor execution. Philly cheesesteak Fries picked up. Ruim 100 euro voor 4 burgers en slappe friet. Op de plaatjes zien de burgers er goed uit, in werkelijkheid zijn ze mweh. Krijg er "Falling" met Michael Douglas gevoel bij. Ordered a double cheeseburger menu with jalapenos & bacon. This was tasty and filling. The fries in the menu also tasted good. The atmosphere was decent, more modern/stylish with wonderful urban classics from the speakers. Definitely a tasty recommendation for a fast food chain.

For a fast food chain with 3 people inside, we had to wait 25 minutes for our food. Only to receive half-raw, weak fries, while advertising crispy, crunchy fries. Luckily we had another burger, this one was even worse... the burger was cold, not smashed and the fat was dripping off. The taste of the burgers was downright disgusting. Too bad, after waiting 25 minutes we went to Macdonalds without having eaten. For €38 lighter you can expect a bit more from Fat Phills!

2 adults and 2 small children. Spent more than €90 in total and it wasn't even tasty. Only the burger was tasty. For the rest it wasn't worth it at all. I also really recognize most of the bad reviews they have written. There really MUST be an adult chef around for things to run better. (TIP)

Deze plek geprobeerd. De zaterdagdeal is chicken wings 2=1. Frietjes erbij genomen. De zaak is nagenoeg leeg en ik snap waarom. Een zielig portie wings kost 8 euro en een bakje brem zoute frietjes. 5,70. Veel te duur afgezet tegen de kwaliteit. Ik vrees dat Fat Phills geen lang bestaan zal hebben in Tilburg.

This afternoon we had dinner at Fat Phill with a good friend. It was very quiet; there were two other customers. After ordering, the food arrived quite quickly, but unfortunately not what we ordered. Unfortunately, the Big Belly burger had no bacon, which was the main reason we chose the burger. The employees were also not very hospitable. One was constantly on her phone in sight of the customers (out of sight it doesn't matter of course) and the other employee was not talkative (could be a character/personality thing so I certainly don't blame her). Furthermore, the interior looked modern and cool. Fits well with the concept.

The food was incredibly delicious. The burger I had was very tasty for my taste and everything was just right. From the roll to the meat to the salad and the sauces. Nothing is exaggerated, nothing is too much but by no means skimped on either. To my regret, you don't have much contact with the staff because you order and pay for everything on a tray. For me, this type of order is a bit soulless, but there are certainly enough people who like this model. Ambience is also very pleasant, minimalist but pleasant.

Me and my 13 year old son were there, usually if something is hype on TikTok I don't go there. But for my son I did it. But to my surprise, the food was really tasty and the price-quality ratio was great. And the milkshake was even more beautiful in real life than in the photo. Every bite was a feast of flavors. And the beautiful sweetheart who helped us and prepared the food could light up a dark room with her smile. Thank you for the good service and delicious food.

The food arrived after a reasonably fast delivery. This is where things already went wrong. The drinking was forgotten. Once we started eating and saw the fries we were surprised. 20 fries. Chapeau and that for 8.50. I will never order from here again

Due to the curiosity of my colleague, we ended up at Fat Phill's. I find the atmosphere relaxing, the food was well prepared and the service was great! The crispy chicken burger was really deliciously spicy! The milkshake is served in a large cup, make no mistake about this! I couldn't even finish the pistachio milkshake, even though the milkshake tasted delicious.

What a wonderfull experience! The food isn't the cheapest but the price to quality ratio is absolutely worth it!! Definitely a recommendation when visiting Tilburg and I will for sure come back next time.

This review is for the Hot Tamale Burger menu. Upon entering you are welcomed by a beautiful, clean, attractive restaurant with an open kitchen. Ordering was very easy on a screen near the entrance. I chose the menu mentioned above with a can of Coca Cola fries and extra mayo. The wait isn't long and you get more than enough to fill you up, fries were very nicely seasoned and fried just right. The burger itself was quite a big thing to eat and was very tasty and had plenty of fillings. Short story long, top price-quality ratio, absolutely worth eating here!
