There's always something wrong. From too few nuggets in a container, to a lack of flavor in the milkshake, to an operator who "forgets" the second rack at the McDrive, and when you politely point it out, the mostly young staff reacts antisocially.

The food was delivered quickly and well.

Functional food. Not healthy, not cozy, but easily accessible. Food just like you'd expect from McDonald's. It was quite busy, but the service was good.

I waited 25 minutes for my order. When I went to ask about it, they said it wasn't in the system. I also ordered 4 sandwiches. They gave me two sandwiches too few.

It could definitely be better. We don't go there often, but this time, and last time, the same thing happened. You order two fries sauces and only get one. Sloppy. I expect the staff to just look at the entire order and deliver it to the table accordingly.

I drove through McDrive because I had very little time to eat. I ordered two sandwiches: a cheeseburger and a McRoket. The cheeseburger was just cold and tough. Terrible!

The fries were cold, the sauces and extra seasoning were missing, and we had to wait almost half an hour for our second order of ice cream, and by the time it arrived, it was already melting. I didn't rate the atmosphere as particularly pleasant because I didn't enjoy watching a superior lecture his staff. "Do this behind the scenes."

Classic McDonald's but simply better than in Germany

The food was delicious, and the service was pretty good. The atmosphere was a bit less welcoming; I think the people who work there are lacking emotion.

I just got home and saw they forgot my burger and extra sauce. I called right away (I had the receipt handy). And they resolved it right away, so that's really good service.

Yesterday I decided to stop by the McDonald's drive-through. Unfortunately, to my surprise, I saw all the staff with long, loose hair working without a hairnet. The driver in front of me found a "hair" in her McDonald's flurry. We were in line waiting for our food, but as you can imagine, it was already getting quite unpleasant. We were then asked to wait a bit further for our food. We dutifully followed the instructions. No straws and no napkins. Absolutely not up to the expectations you expect from McDonald's. I hope you guys will do something about this!

Tables very dirty. Toilets very dirty. Floor very dirty. It seems like only holiday workers are working there.

The poppy seeds here are tastier than in Germany, Denmark and Sweden.

We regularly go to this maccie but there is usually something to do, such as: In the MCDrive - forgot the burger between the burger bun - ordered double big tasty we often get a single big tasty - sauces that are not included - cola that tastes like water with some syrup - cold burgers & fries - no apples with happy meals - a burger not in the bag but ordered - a wrong burger - no sweet and sour with the nuggets but ordered - went back after 2 x at the same time because of wrong order and then still wrong - got wrong drink or size - egg shell in the egg burger in the morning - when it's busy you can sometimes wait in line for a good hour - we wait at the order post for a few minutes (it was literally empty for us), they let 2 cars that pass the other order post just give their order, then the 3rd car that wanted to order I just drove to the first window and put the order there record, something personal maybe? 😂 Of course there are moments when everything is fine and the fries are nice and warm and the entire order is correct. So, always check your order when you are still standing next to the window because sometimes because I want to be quick I don't and then you have this problem.. Of course everyone can make mistakes but although we usually experience a "problem" in / during the order it is sometimes annoying and certainly when you are hungry and want to quickly go to the drive. But of course there are also positive points - usually friendly staff at the cash register at the drive - nice vibe - people do their best

Worthless staff, when it's busy no one goes the extra mile, just chatting all the more, had to wait half an hour for 3 mc Fluries that were only 1/3 full, about 3 cm of ice. What an unbelievably bad Mac.

Once positive experience, but already 2x drama this week. Fast food.. 20/30min waiting, while there was no line inside..."we have a huge staff shortage.." "Fast" food chain.. #howtimeshavechanged Sigh.. you have to call to make sure they are functioning.. at the drive-in they serve the same pole 6 times in a row...

Normally we get better service here (wrap fell apart when unpacking etc.) This may be due to the busy Pentecost period

For a mac flury an order should take half an hour, it has been on the counter for half an hour, the staff looks at it and turns around again and continues their way, you hear another one say, gosh, I just have to spend 10 minutes paying people at the cash register, so many employees are walking around and there is still no order

Waited half an hour for 5 hamburgers and 2 ice creams.

Lots of salt, took a very long time and the building has a major leak on the outside.

Yep, that can be said. Customer friendliness at its best. They were outside on the terrace replacing the parasols, so you couldn't sit there. My son had already gone inside to ask if we could park the car in a shady spot. Yes, that was allowed. Then a friendly staff member came and said that we could also come in with the Big Dog (yes, an Irish Wolfhound). Well, before we could sit down, water was also offered to our Lieve Loebes. So sweet too. And then people (who also worked there) came to greet our dog. Apparently they are exceptional. Yes, she got enough interest. But they are also Gentle Giants. The only sad thing I personally think is that the fries are always COLD. Only my son wouldn't let me say this because we were treated so kindly. Ok, he's right. But the fries could be a little warmer next time. Furthermore, this Mac Donalds is also customer friendly at its best. Thnxx.

Food made me sick the next day and the order was incomplete

One star is still too many. My order from McDonald's via UBER was incomplete. The manager of McDonalds Tilburg South points to UBER while McDonald's employees still make the orders themselves. It just won't get resolved. Customer focus 0 stars, there is simply not a satisfactory response to a justified complaint.

Code in the McDonald's app did not work. I showed this with another discount deal in the app where the code also didn't work. A lady at McDrive called the manager and we got the item for free. Very nicely solved. Thank you :)

It is a MacDonalds, great location and nice opening hours

Now picked up an order for the 5th time in a short time and a number of items were missing. Then you call about this and it cannot be followed up. Hence a review, because you can then go back and eat alone while everyone else has already finished everything.

A lot has changed in 6 years. From 5 stars to 1. Slow, order gates that are not manned, products not available or items missing from your order, so you still have to go back in after the McDrive. No chance.

Parking to eat in the restaurant is not possible, the line of cars are waiting in front of the MC Drive and you cannot enter the parking lot.

The food was at a good temperature, but at the drive they forgot to give the paprika powder and a cheeseburger. Too bad you only get there when you're already on the highway.

We were in a hurry, so we stopped by the drive and it turned out to be very slow, so we became nervous, then suddenly the left order gate from our car was no longer served for 10 minutes and at the right gate it just kept going. We finally get someone, no excuses. We start talking. She says 1 moment and stays away for 2 minutes.

Terribly dirty tent! It was busy, but at such times please employ more staff to keep the tables clean of dirt. The fries were cold and limp as were the burgers.

What a joke! Ordered 2 mcflurry's. You see that they are ready, but you don't get them because of the crowds, and by the time you get them they are melted and with the wrong sauce. The cup is less than a quarter full and you pay the main price of 4.10. Never again!

There was a young mom with a beard. This young man was very spontaneous, sweet and helpful, hats off to this employee. My son was allowed to make his own ice cream and received a diploma. He searched all over Mac for an ice cream making diploma for my son. Great.... supper thanks enthusiastic employee. Thank you for this nice pleasant experience.

Downright terrible. I had a Hamburger for 1.80 euros. The size is less than half of what was common a few years ago. But above all, not to eat. It is a soft snack with equally soft bread. Not recommended.

We went here for Valentine's Day dinner on February 14th. They have a special Valentine's dinner. It's decorated in a themed way. The food was nice and hot. Friendly staff. Definitely worth it.

Half of the ordering screens were out of order. There were overflowing trash bins and many dirty tables.

I've been here several times, but now I've finally finished. There's always something wrong with it. Very old fries, or regular and twisted fries mixed together. Chicken nuggets, get BBQ sauce, and twice, no sauce. Sandwich with so much lettuce and sauce that it was inedible. Also, trash and rubbish everywhere. No, this is definitely not one of those McDonald's that makes me say, wow, how nice. But hey, it is and remains a fast-food place, so you can't expect real quality. Luckily, the milkshake was good.

We stopped at the mac on the way with our 8 year old son, don't do that, waited 45 minutes and still didn't get our food and then they are a bit surprised that you get angry. Tables that came in later were already done with their food and no, I don't mean the people who had 1 fries because it makes sense that they are ready earlier. I arrived late, after 12 o'clock, and the service at the drive-through was very friendly and cheerful. The food was nice and hot.

The fries were cold, but they did fix it. The table was dirty, but it was peak hour and very busy. There's no indoor climbing frame; the little ones are right on the road outside.

Arrived 5 minutes before closing but the doors were already closed

The restaurant was well maintained and kept clean. You could tell that the manager is well in control. Only I think I could use a little more coffee in the iced coffee instead of so much ice. But other than that, the burgers were delicious.

After 3 minutes we got our food and were asked assially if we had taken pictures of her. Because we had fun in the car! Not to be done! She threatened not to give us food! I'll never come back!
