McDonald's Tilburg Zuid in De Katsbogten

Meer dan een halfuur wachten op 2 milkshakes die dan ook nog eens warm waren ipv koud... Dit dan wanneer het niet zo druk was. Tempo en vriendelijkheid liggen beide ook vrij laag naar mijn mening.

Excellent food and fast service

zeer goed om gezellig te eten en te drinken, niet eens op het middenplein. Geen broodjes met... beleg? maar wel burgers en ve tsin

Too bad we couldn't exchange our matio products here either.

Cold food, dirty tables and diarrhea!

Well... McDonalds. A bit of a long wait, even though it really isn't busy. Then you say your food is fresh and hot... But no, luckily you are used to lukewarm fries and burgers at M.

Great mac. You don't come here for the atmosphere. You come here for a quick bite to eat. Never had cold fries here before 👍🏻

Arrived 5 minutes before closing but the doors were already closed

The restaurant was well maintained and kept clean. You could tell that the manager is well in control. Only I think I could use a little more coffee in the iced coffee instead of so much ice. But other than that, the burgers were delicious.

It's still misery...McDonalds, you're making the kids happy, but my God, it's a lot of suffering. Food is never, I repeat never, like in the picture, actually they are all dirty inside, a mess.

It took more than half an hour before we got through the Mc Drive. Much of the food was cold.

What was on the hamburger was very meager. Paid for a take away cup and didn't order it and didn't get it either. No soap in both ladies' and men's toilets.

During dinner time this location is a bit too small for the crowds

If I could give the service a 0 I would. We were taking pictures of ourselves in the car. We had to wait at the waiting spot. After 3 minutes we got our food and were asked assially if we had taken pictures of her. Because we had fun in the car! Not to be done! She threatened not to give us food! I'll never come back!

Large and welcoming space, it's a shame that half of the automatic checkouts for placing orders were working, which caused a little congestion when placing the order.

It was late and very busy, but the person who took the order was very calm and very friendly. Hats off!.

Altijd het zelfde bij deze Mc Donalds. Zelfs voor een hamburger word je langs de kant gezet en sta je 10 minuten te wachten. Dit is elke keer als ik hier heen ga (wekelijks).

Very nice McDonald's with a nice atmosphere. When we went there they were just hanging up Halloween decorations, which made it look pretty and gave it a nice atmosphere. Everyone was nice and we had a good time, even though their English wasn't that good.

One of the best McDonald's I've been to. Finally a burger that was just warm instead of lukewarm.

Great McDonalds. Quite remote on an industrial estate, but we were here on a Friday evening and it was extremely busy and we also had difficulty finding a parking spot. The service was also a bit slow, but that may have been due to the crowds. The burgers were fine.

Unfortunately quite sloppy and not well taken care of. The service seems overloaded and not well organized.

Two ordering posts that were both in use when I arrived. When it was our turn, there was no response, while next to me one order after another was taken. Drove back and went to the other post and ordered. Three cars in front of me and still a 25 minute wait. Drinks not included with order, but still received, just the wrong taste.

Big Mcdonald with outdoor tables in the shadow + playground for kids. Doors open automatically what makes lives easier for everyone ;) Food like everywhere in this restaurants, waitresses quite young and friendly. EDIT: Today unfortunately I had multiple small mistakes with my order. One sauce missing, second fritesaus instead of majo. In the box of chicken nuggets and cheese snacks should be 10 of each, but there was less of cheese snack (which I prefer) and more chicken. Also I ordered GREEN ice tea and received PEACH ice tea (which I despise). Burgers, fries and ice cream were correctly made and served so I'm glad at least for that.

Great tent. Experienced food being delivered for the first time. Went fine. Meanwhile, the boss with a tie kept the floor clean

The citizens seem colder with each visit. The tomato seems to be the hottest part of the burger these days. The cheese never melted again 😭 And unfortunately I'm not the only one who thinks this way.

The food was tasty but the tables are not tidy. It would have been nice if they had been cleaned. Sunday evening around 9pm

Last time I was there there was a disagreement between some young people. This quickly escalated into a fight between the two. The staff didn't care, so the customers took action. Very unpleasant experience

I usually order via the MC drive, and the orders always go wrong. Or they put the wrong products in them. Or they forget the products, such as fries sauce or a hamburger, etc.

Never saw a bicycle at a drive through before, although not the first Dutch McDonald's I've been to, it is the first Dutch drive through I've been to. With all the bikes in NL I wasnt too surprised.

I think the chicken tenders are small for what you pay. The meal was delicious and the food was ready quickly and at a good temperature

Compared to the Mac in Vlaardingen, this one in Tilburg is really a breath of fresh air. Staff is friendly and busy with work instead of other things. At least the fries are warm, the atmosphere is great. This mac has given back some hope and confidence in McDonald's. Keep it up!

Busy on Thursday evening and the order was again incorrect.

Three screens for ordering were not working, causing a long queue. Burger and fries came quickly, had to wait a very long time for coffee. No napkins when delivered to the table, no sugar/sweetener stirrer so you had to go to the counter again to get it... The lady who came to deliver the order was not so friendly and service-oriented....

Called in for breakfast „ onjbit „ - pretty much all the MacDonalds that are located just off the main highways in NL are of a good standard - this one was no exception - The team were friendly and quick - the washrooms were very clean and there are newspapers to read - food is good quality and all packaging was properly recyclable - Conclusion Tilburg Zuid is very good - sadly most of the roadside Maccy Ds in the UK are not up to the same standards - but I guess the quality of the Franchisees is better than those of the UK

Probably due to a shortage of staff, the waiting time is very long. Lots of trash in the parking lot.

Lots of respect for all the staff who kept a cool head during the heat and crowds last Monday. Still served with a smile and tasty. Give these people a big bonus!

Friendly and cheerful staff, fast good service

Worthless, after waiting almost an hour for our food I went to an employee. When I indicated that I wanted my money back if my order had not yet been processed, the manager arrived, no excuses or anything, but he immediately started to give me my money and I did not receive any answer or response. Other customers had also been waiting for more than half an hour and still had no food. In the end it still cost me money because I had discount coupons that have now been lost. I left there with my family with the feeling that they were happy to have one less customer. My conclusion: Never go here because they prefer not to have customers.

There are only Feyenoorders sitting there and the food takes a very long time. It was nice

For the 2nd time an experience with really rude staff for which you don't even get an apology. My receipt did not come from the order column. This is indicated at the counter. This lady simply said casually; "Yeah, okay!" In an angry tone and didn't help me any further. 5 minutes later I was asked if I had ordered yet and what I had ordered. No apologies, no replacement of the receipt. Even customers behind me thought it was downright antisocial how I was treated. Would do something about the staff, they can no longer cope with the slightest hustle and bustle and take out the stress or the fact that they are almost finished with their service on the paying customer.

Ice cream half filled cups prepared immediately and other order just wait in the car. Melted junk half portions of ice cream.

What kind of vague Mac Donald is this... drove two laps and it was still not clear where you had to go for the drive... eventually you drove in where you weren't allowed... you ended up at the parking spaces... otherwise it's an abracadabra... you have to There is no other option than to drive in somewhere near the petrol pump on the side. It's just not all that. I don't expect a star restaurant, but the tables should be clean. No staff around to wipe the table. Then just tidy it up a bit with a napkin. The tables could be a little more spacious, so that a family of 5 can comfortably accommodate their food. The food was exactly what we expected, but it could have been a bit warmer. Conclusion, it's fun for once, but we notice, now that the children are getting a bit older, that the bar is also a bit higher

Waiting time at lunchtime, during the week, disaster! An hour wait for an order. Staff friendly, but clearly overwhelmed in processing.

1 hour wait and still not our order, don't come here, plus we get insulted when we ask why it takes so long (only around twenty people in the restaurant)

Waited 35 minutes for one burger and 6 mcnuggets.... The nuggets were cold and as tough as the sole of a shoe

You wait more than 1 hour for your food in the afternoon, which then arrives cold and is served by shouting and incompetent staff... so don't do that

Great McDonald's, but the toilets are not clean

At 00.50 you are already being looked away, which in retrospect is understandable and I should have done better. The fries were cold and the hamburger sandwich with a request without a pickle was not responded to. Next time, go straight home.

Yesterday we both got a cheeseburger and McFlurry. The next day both started the race.

Had to wait a long time for order, forgot to bring it. So go pick it up yourself. Everything cold... a friendly kitchen employee remade everything and brought it to us. Were given extra drinks for the inconvenience.

Very busy on Sunday evening, had to wait more than 25 minutes for an order. They had just turned off the screen with order progress information.

This mac can be found just off the A58 highway. It can therefore be quite busy during peak times, but fortunately this did not apply during my visit. Tried the app table service so found a seat immediately upon arrival. Ideal and no more lugging around the column. This also worked perfectly and within a short time I was devouring my double quarter pounder. Food *** of course it remains fast food. Atmosphere also *** as 9 out of 10 look the same.

Good tasty promotion €5.75 and staff was very nice! ! But this time the Manager was not so nice even rude and could not listen untrained employee at the cash register went completely wrong.

Most of the time they only fill the mac flurry to or below half... The people are always nice at the Mac Drive ... but several times I have not received something with my order ... or they have not taken the order properly ... also unclear how and where you can get your QR codes need to scan from the app. One employee says at the post and the other says at the cash register.

Just a good McDonald's with the same poorly cleaned toilet as at the other McDonald's restaurants.

There is far too little parking space and the restaurant was cleaned, but not properly looked at, there was still dirt everywhere in places where someone had just swept! Don't overlook a fries of at least 10 cm!

Waiting 25 minutes for food and cold fries doesn't make things much better.
