Well I don't know what happened to this tent?? You can now suddenly order from such a column, the reason was (because they are busy) I had to indicate a table number.... No numbers to be seen anywhere. I went back to the lady who was standing there and I was given one of those alarm clock thing number 2. This lasted and it lasted. After waiting for a long time the lady decided to come to our table with the burgers. Says oooh that thing doesn't work...nice and handy!!! Food was COLD!! But they have deteriorated considerably. This was not a burger sandwich at all. Not only was it COLD, but it looked like they had first held the bun under the tap and then topped it with dry cold tasteless meat that was barely visible through a BUNCH of soggy lettuce and sauce. I say dirty! There was a time when you could really speak of a citizen. A real waste of your money! I have the feeling that someone else took over the name of the place, but you can't call these burgers and certainly not charge that much for them!

I went in to pick up my takeaway, and the experience was disappointing. When I arrived, the staff completely stopped assisting me to attend to another customer without even confirming if my order was ready. It felt unprofessional and left me standing there wondering what was happening. A simple acknowledgment or update would have made a big difference. Customer service needs improvement.

Visited the business last Monday and found the manager alone, which I thought was quite sad, but he was doing very well. My food was served quickly and the service was not only excellent, but the food also tasted delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I had a good chat with the manager and played nasheed, which is rare in burger joints, but I thought it was very nice to see the place like this. Definitely recommended and thanks othman!

Nice employee. Loaded fries are more sauce than fries, fries are soft. Large portion is not super large. Regular fries are tasty. Location; enough seats Floor very filthy. Be careful not to slip. There is a sign, beware of slippery floors. Maybe better do something about this before something really happens!!! The sidewalk is also slippery on the way out. So wait for accidents. Music suddenly came on loudly, and it scared our family away. The groceries were on the floor towards the toilet. Not super hygienic. Certainly not worth repeating.

What a disappointment. We came here with high expectations after hearing that this would be one of the best burger joints in Amsterdam. We came specifically for the halloumi burger and ordered two. When the food arrived, we were given… sandwiches. That's right, cheap supermarket sandwiches with some vegetables and jalapeños. No halloumi, no burger, NOTHING AT ALL. When we asked about the missing cheese (the main ingredient of our order), we were told in a nonchalant manner that the cheese had run out, without even offering an apology or an alternative. So you knew we were only getting half a meal, said nothing and hoped we wouldn't notice? This is just bad customer service. To make matters worse, the burger itself was bland, poorly put together and didn't look good. It simply wasn't worth the money or the effort to come here. We asked for a refund, and although I got my money back, the lack of apology or any concern about the situation left a bad taste. If you don't have a key ingredient, at least inform your customers before serving them a sad sandwich with some veggies. In short: avoid this place if you expect anything resembling quality or customer service.

Just great little Burger Restaurant with love.. the cheese sauce is incredible good - as so the loaded fries and the burger was - stsff is friendly and nice - would recomend this cause its out of the main tourist zone

We found this place on instagram and thought it would be good, but we were mistaken!!!! The burgers lacked any quality, and the price was silly for what we got. We ate about 10% of our meal and left!!!

3 burgers and a loaded fries takes almost 45 minutes while there are 4 other customers and 1 delivery person comes by. When you get home it turns out that they have forgotten the cheese on all the burgers. If you go back to get it, they are irritated as if I did it. Bread not toasted so sauce had completely disappeared into the bread and the burger patties are 1/3 of the circumference of the bun, which made it feel more like a sandwich ball... I would use part of that 45 minute waiting time to go to another tent to cycle. The beef chief, for example, takes an extra 5 minutes to cycle, but then you'll be eating sooner...

The meat burger was very good and the potatoes were very large and delicious, but I did not like the milkshake. We ordered it with banana, but it didn't even taste like banana. It was good except the milkshake

I came by this afternoon after a long time. I forgot which sauce was my favorite. Nice staff offered me to taste the sauces so I knew what the right choice was!! Top person/service

I will be as respectful and as understanding as I possibly can in this review. We got to the resturaunt at 5:45, and placed our orders shortly thereafter. We were told that it’d take 15 minutes before they could start making burgers. There was only one girl working when we got there, but shortly thereafter there were 2 other employees who clocked in. We waited about half an hour for our food, excluding the 15 minute waittime. Our food varied highly in warmth, and one of our burgers wasn’t ready when the others got theirs (We were 5 people, understandable, but still a bit disapointing.) One burger was cold, two were a bit on the colder side, and one was juuuust right. I felt like Goldilocks. They also forgot our cola. The atmoshphere was pretty dead, although we came at an hour that isn’t reported to be busy at all, it was fine for just being family there. The inside is decorated just alright, with their ingredients also doubling as decoration. Our table wasn’t too clean.. The food was alright, nothing to write home about, and I probably wouldn’t come here again unless I was already in the area.

Unsociable, get your own soft drinks, no glass, tables dirty, old potatoes unpeeled like fries, full of black spots and soft pieces, burgers reasonable, wait half an hour for food while there were only 5 people, home delivery takes precedence, never come here again , staff doesn't speak Dutch, terribly irritating

Experience on 8-06-2024 Time 16:20 Things haven't been going well for this store lately. The food is good, but for 8-10 euros for a hamburger I expect more than just good food. 1 star for the atmosphere because the interior looks cozy and the tables are not built on top of each other. There are too many children among the staff, the music style simply does not fit the price that consumers pay. Hip hop and young R&B and they prefer to be on their phone. I can briefly describe the service, 1 star is too many. It has happened to me now for the 2nd of the 4 times I have been there that they have no change. Instead of paying the difference of 25 cents themselves, they pass on the additional costs of 75 cents to the customer, and they simply do not pay back. When I said 'never mind, just give me all the money back' I got it back and the cashier was already on her phone before I had put my money back in my wallet. It's not that they're unfriendly, it's that some of them just really don't care! I'm done here because opposite is the Steakhouse Noord, which is much better and much cheaper.

Upon entering the very attentive owner welcomed me and helped me manoeuvre my wheelchair into the restaurant, before kindly stating he has to go somewhere and the staff would attend to me. I was greeted by a nice chap called Othmone who explained the menu in some detail before recommending some options, the order process was very simple and within minutes my order was delivered cooked fresh by Maissa a very young elegant lady. I cannot complain about the food and hygiene at this place, the food was pipping hot and fresh to the core. With great detail taken in the presentation, was asked before I was half way through about how my food was. I would like to thank both Othmone and Maissa for their exceptional hospitality and service, until next time Insha’Allah and happy Eid Mubarak in advance Salaam Walikum guys.

Ordered online via Thuisbezorgd. The shake cup was broken, so the entire shake was in the bag. The delivery person could not find our address, so the burgers were cold. Then we called Burger 'n Shake to ask what they could do for us, after which the entire debt was settled on Thuisbezorgd. Bit disappointing.. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them online.

The burger is a bit small, the loaded fries are very large. Everything was tasty but could have been more in proportion. The burger is tasty but not really special. The Shake was also fine. Overall a great tent but could be a little more special for 5 stars.
