Great spot for a burger! The patties are juicy, toppings fresh, and the fries come out perfectly crispy. Service is quick and friendly from Fahed, and the prices feel fair for the quality. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

Burger restaurant, the food is very delicious. We ordered meat and chicken, they were both delicious. I was enjoying the food so much that I forgot to drink the cola. 😂 Thanks to the employee (Ola), she is kind and cheerful.

It has a "gluten-free" seal on the door, so we trusted him. Once you speak to the guy, he tells you you can eat anything on the menu; they simply replace the bread with "gluten-free." So I asked him if it was suitable for celiacs, and he said yes. Naturally, they didn't have an allergen menu, so I trusted him, and after ordering, I had stomach problems due to contamination. What's most infuriating is how they talk about it without knowing about real illnesses. IF YOU HAVE CELIA, DON'T EAT HERE.

The meat in the burgers was really juicy and tasty but the music was way too loud and the staff was not so kind / professional. The prices were also a little bit high: a Heineken 0.5l was 8€ ! Would definitely take a burger to go next time, it was really good and a nice price for it

I am disappointed with the customer service at this place. I ordered a burger combo with fries and drink and they charged for each item individually. After I paid the bill, I raised the issue with the staff and they dismissed it saying I should have specifically mentioned a combo (which I did). They wouldn't even adjust the price after and the guy dismissed it by saying "it's only a euro difference, it's okay" Food wise, pretty average at best for the price paid. Not recommended.

One of the worst burger I’ve ever had. Nothing special about it. Even the meat tastes like a beacon. We ordered burger with eggs we mentioned many times no bacon when we ordered. After we had few bites we found a bacon in it. When we told the waiter he said it’s a turkey he doesn’t mind letting us eating something we can’t eat just to not admit it it was his mistake. They replaced our burgers but unfortunately they make the beef patties on the same grill they make the bacon so the taste was really bad we didn’t eat them and left. Even the fries comparing to Amsterdam fries is not that good. 57 euros for 2 burgers combos.

Food was great, however we were moved from a 4 seater and then the 2 people next to us were sitting in a four and they were not asked. Then again it happened and the only difference was that we were foreign.

Sooo.. I was munching for a burger after work so I went in. The hostess was amazing, but the food was disgusting. The music was too loud. They season their fries with kurry (I just wanted normal fries which they dont have) and their most simplest burger is made with 4 extras (cheese, truffle mayo, fried onions and fake industrial bacon). I just asked for the basic burger and this is what I got. The "bacon" is actually squared slices of mixed pork meat. It was gross sorry.

If you’re craving a delicious burger in Amsterdam, this place will hit the spot. The burgers are HUGE, so you could probably split one with some fries and be satisfied. Definitely recommend!

The service is way too slow. 25 minutes for a burger, the place was basically empty, and the 3 people working there were just wasting time. When they decided to prepare the burger eventually, it was overcooked. Expensive for that it offers.

Surprisingly bland. The meat tastes like it isn't seasoned. Our onion rings were quite undercooked. There are many better options nearby :(

Great casual burger joint with an American vibe 😁 The girl running the counter was very friendly and fun, and the bourbon burger delicious! Even the draught Heineken was better than most bars. It's in an area that's a little busy, but not crowded and felt safe, so we enjoyed walking around after dinner and doing a little shopping.

I came here once, two years ago when visiting Amsterdam. Two years later, when planning for another trip, I only had one agenda in mind! To come back here… Same quality, same awesome chill atmosphere and same spot by the window!

The service was ok. They didn't want to take credit card , so we had to scramble to get cash. The burgers are quite pricey. 2 burgers, 2 sprites, 2 fries, 1 beer and mozzarella sticks was €75.00. But the burger was really good, kind of made it worthwhile. I would good go there again.

Burgers tasted like meatloaf or meatball mix... Most things we tried had spices that we weren't expecting. Wouldn't really recommend if you're looking for a classic American, Shake Shack style burger. Fries had curry spices on them, for example.

Friendly place, tasty & fresh burgers, and prices are reasonable for being in such a prominent area. Sides are sold separately, so price can be 15 or 30 depending on if you add a drink, a side and a sauce to go with.

Surprisingly good burgers and fries. It was served quick too. It’s not very spacious and may get a little crowded… but who cares, you just eat a burger. I really enjoyed it overall. I would definitely come here instead of the fastfood chains around. Quite good option for a Leidseplein night ✌🏻
