Halal burger, it is was very nice burger. Smashed burger is fantastic.

The food is very good, honestly. However, the staff’s behavior is extremely bad and unprofessional. The way they treat customers is unpleasant and makes you not want to come back again. It really ruins the overall experience despite the good food.

We went there because it had a high rating and was recommended to us, but we couldn’t finish our meals and we’re not confident about the hygiene. We would have preferred if they used gloves. The man working there finished his cigarette and immediately went back to cooking. The woman working there prepared the inside of the burger right after using her phone. The fries were very greasy, and the burger wasn’t tasty either.

Very surprised to find a smash burger joint in Amsterdam of all places. I tried the Thirsty Jack burger, very tasty, great cheese. Would recommend for a quick bite while in the city.

This burger is absolutely amazing! You absolutely have to try it. I was shocked; I didn't expect it to be so delicious. I tried both the beef and chicken burgers, and they were both yummy! And it was so fast; I didn't have to wait at all.

Food was mediocre at best. Place is dirty and lacks proper upkeep. Service is not as friendly as one might expect.

The food is good but Impossible and incredibly frustrating to eat. I ordered the loaded fries and all there was to eat it with was a 2 pronged piece of wood, smaller than my pinky finger. The pathetically small utensil couldn't even pick up a chip(fry) only mashed them and broke them apart. I tried to macguiver something useful while holding 3 of the wooden sticks into a fork shape. As incredibly slow and tidas as this was, it was working. Then the wood began to break and splinter as I was eating. Having to stop to spin out wood splinters mid meal. I eventually restored to pouring the remaining chips straight into my mouth and used my hads like a caveman. The wait time was far too long for it not being busy as well. Sort yerself out nude burger, your food is good but I won't be back.

We tried the cheesecake, it was delicious. You order via QR code, and it takes very little time. You can watch them make the burgers, and the staff is very friendly.

The food was good, but I found it a bit dirty. Upstairs is very small, and the restroom wasn't exactly clean and smelly. They weren't exactly friendly either, calling upstairs when the food was ready. But you could really expect that.

The burgers taste good. BUT: the service is incredibly unfriendly (when you ask what sauces are available, they just tell you to look at the menu yourself). There are also some strange characters in the restaurant chatting with the staff. THEREFORE: there are plenty of burgers in Amsterdam. With a little research on TripAdvisor, you can easily find 10 alternatives that are better or just as good, and cheaper and with friendlier service. We won't be back.

Service Hidden down a little ally off the main shopping strip. Us pretty quiet and found a seat very quick. Menu was pretty large with a lot of choice for burgers. Food Chicken strips 4pc: crispy breading, moist and tender. If you love chicken these will hit the spot Cheese tease burger: banger if a burger! Fries with cheese sauce: surprised by this if I’m honest, the burger sauce was a real highlight super strong pickle taste with a nice tomato flavours. The patty was also super meaty, touch rare but well caramelised . Price €26.80. Look expensive on the menu but when added up was very reasonable.

The rest is dirty. They don't clean the bars or tables. The burger maker carelessly washes the glasses and wets the bar and the food of whoever's sitting there. The burger has too much sauce and is impossible to eat.

My order: Burger B and Sriracha Chicken. The Sriracha chicken is amazing! The meat is grilled nicely without any toppings, but it's a bit dry, so if you want to order, ask for extra sauces. The total bill is 45 euros.

My day started off as a complete disaster, but everything changed the moment I had a burger here, hands down the best I’ve ever had. Suddenly, life tasted better and the world looked brighter. The staff were incredibly friendly and even shared some great local tips for exploring the city.

A small place in a convenient and central location. Ordering your desired order using the QR code menu is also very easy and convenient. Service was fast. The soft drinks come in a glass, which is a plus for me. If the burger meat had been a little less cooked and juicy, it would have been a completely different experience. Overall, a delicious and good smash burger. I also liked the fries. The owner was attentive and friendly.

Fries were fresh and tasty, and the portion size was just right. The staff were friendly, and the service was quick even though it was busy. Great spot near Dam Square if you’re craving a proper smash burger. Definitely recommend!

The halal restaurant serves beef and chicken burgers, as well as boneless fried chicken pieces. It also serves two types of regular fries and a sweet potato fries. The prices are exaggerated, as the price of two beef burgers and two soft drinks was 41 euros. The taste is good, similar to McDonald's, and the staff is very helpful.

the burger was truly amazing! probably one of the best i’ve ever tried buuuut the atention was pretty bad, the guy was rude, never looked at our faces and when we ask him to clean the table, he cleaned the place where we weren’t lol. great place just bad crew i guess.

Burger was fine - stingy on the burger sauce and patties were a bit chewy. Felt like staff could not be bothered with the customers so didn’t make for a particularly welcoming environment. If you’re DESPERATE for a burger and you’re in the area then go here. Otherwise I’d say find somewhere else.

Between the tiny cramped space, the dirty cups, and the mid-tier burgers, I am shocked this place is so highly rated. I will say that the sweet potato fries and regular fries were tasty, but the burger had a lot of cartilage. With regard to the service, the staff was nice, but I don't like that you have to order from a table and then you have to go pick up the food from the downstairs bar area. Consider another place before spending 23 dollars on a meal from here.

I visited this restaurant in Amsterdam, and they have great burgers and souses. However, the fries were average—not too bad not too good. I highly recommend their garlic sauce it is the best garlic souse in Amsterdam.

Pretty little smashed burger place in Amsterdam, with a nice and cozy seating outside to really live the spirit of the city. The burgers were very tasteful and rich in flavor. My worst experience in Amsterdam has been in that place Guy was making fun my order and he was super rude couldn’t even make it to ordering because of how rude he was and im glad i didn’t just for the next consumer it was a guy with long hair and i believe he was Egyptian and by making fun, I mean, he was mocking me and making me feel uncomfortable

A fantastic place for burger lovers! Food 10/10 – fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. Every bite is pure pleasure! The only minor drawback is the small number of seats inside and outside, but in such a large city this is rather the norm – the taste makes up for everything!
