Terrible, the boys are young and rude and the beer tastes like soap because they wash the cups in dirty soap water. Go to the place next door

This place is awful. I ordered a Beyond Meat vegan burger and it was a cheap, disgusting vegan burger. When I politely asked to change it, they argued and shouted at me, saying that I was wrong. Also the beer tastes like soap. They don't wash the glasses properly. Super rude, not worth your time or money.

10/10 it’s a smash 💥 Great welcoming service, fresh and fast burgers prepared in front of you, which you can upgrade to a menu with a Heineken. Good music too - it’s a vibe.

The burgers 🍔 were quite good—tasty and messy in a good way. I would’ve liked the beef patty to be a bit juicier, but overall still solid. The fries were amazing, especially the sweet potato ones. That said, the place feels cramped and the service can come off as rude. At one point, staff were telling people to leave because there were “no seats,” even though there were clearly empty tables upstairs. They also got my order wrong, but at least they fixed it quickly. Another downside—the smell of cooking oil and fumes was really strong inside, which could be annoying for some people. The toilet 🚽 was absolutely disgusting—wet, muddy floor, really off-putting. The burgers are definitely on the pricey side. Even though they’re big, I personally wouldn’t pay 20–25 euros for a burger again. One cool part was the ordering system—you can just scan a QR code at the table and pay directly from your phone. But it’s all self-service.

Cheese Tease and sweet potato fries are delicious. For me best in town with the above duo. We visited two times. Both were perfect. The man who makes the burgers is acting crazy but his attitudes make you laugh. The cheeseburger and sweet potato fries are delicious. We visited twice in 4 days and the taste is still on the palate. In my opinion, best smash burgers in Amsterdam, sweet potato fries are perfect, the best in my life, also loaded fries are delicious. When it comes to burgers we have a variety of options and so far every one I have tried has been delicious and rich in flavour, I really appreciate the delicious vegetarian alternative, this is the only smash burger place I can take my girlfriend to for something more than fries.

The beyond meat burger is really good! The fries were good but not special (which they don't have to be). Its quite a small restaurant and the stairs to sit upstairs are quite narrow and steep. All in all, the burgers are great, they have a nice vegan option, and a bit pricy (but so is everything else in Amsterdam).

It's a self-order type burger joint (with a QR) unless you pay cash. The burgers are DELICIOUS!!! Excellent smash burger accompanied by potatoes or sweet potatoes. Great place!!!

You went into the store and wanted to order at the table, halfway through you were told to order directly at the counter. After looking at the menu, you were spoken to again and told that you could also order at the table. This means you have to go up the stairs which are much too small. An order above didn't quite work out, which is why we wanted to ask if the order worked. You were rudely told, without waiting, what you actually wanted that you could order at the table. After you had time to mention what you actually wanted, you could stop straight away to pick up your food (however, ordering online said that it would be brought to the table) After bringing your food upstairs, you wanted to pick up your drink. Where you are disrespectfully told that you supposedly got your drink (which wasn't the case) After a lot of back and forth you finally got your drink... Overall impression of the staff: Rude, lazy, disrespectful to customers. The food was delicious but you also pay a little more. Overall rating due to this staff 2 stars, although I would rather only give 1 star. I'd rather not eat here again with this staff!

The meat was dry. Almost no sauce on the burger. The owner was loud and pissed off for no reason. (Not against me but in general). Not the best atmosphere

Was only OK. For the price of the burger it was nothing that you wouldn't get from McDonald's, and while not a general food issue, we asked for a burger for one of our kids to contain the pattie, sauce and lettuce, to which the server commented 'you english are all the same', which being Irish, was a bit rude in my opinion as she was generalising a nationality based on a language. For the price of the food, it wasn't worth it, and the toilets were awful. But, some would say that's what you get in Amsterdam in the tourist areas, although I would have to disagree as we did go to a McDonald's close by later on that day and there was a lady maintaining the bathroom's on a continuous basis which were very clean.

The burger looks very appetizing. The vegan burger is simply fried, without any effort or distress. The fat just drips out with no taste. The normal smash burger has no taste at all, is carelessly thrown on the grill, crushed and placed half raw on the burger, which means that the mouth feeling completely suffers and none of us finished the burger. Overall a disappointing experience!! Addition: 2 burgers for 25 euros is also a disgrace.

I advise the chicken burgers, always when I do a trip in Amsterdam I need to pass here. The place gives a really nice atmosphere and we really appreciate the honesty of the employees. I think is worth it to come and to enjoy your food 👍🏼

Smashburger is nice. Domstes pickles and lettuce are also added into it. It was delicious. The price was 11 Euros for basic and 12 Euros for cheese.

Visited this on the 16 January, went at 12:05, told me to come back in 15 mins even though they are supposed to open at 12:00. Went back to order, there was 2 staff( which both were very rude) One of them eating in the kitchen, while doing orders at the same time. The other staff literally sneezing in the kitchen without even washing hands. No sign of hygiene. Place is dirty also with cobwebs on the stools. Burger is average, the meat was not fresh and chewy. There is alot of better options, avoid.

I had one of the best burgers I've ever tasted—though I'll admit the “munchies” might have played a part! The patty was juicy, the toppings were fresh, and the whole experience was outstanding. If you're in Amsterdam and craving a great burger, this place is definitely worth a visit!
