Burger Special in Centrum

I ordered 3 burgers. However, they arrived completely cold. Not even lukewarm, just really cold. I contacted them, but they couldn't do anything because it was due to the distance. Then don't deliver in this area? Delivering food that is completely cold is not okay. I had to throw everything away. I hope there will be a follow-up regarding compensation, because this is really not okay.

Delicious burgers and top-notch service! We enjoyed a truffle burger and a crispy chicken burger, and both were super tasty. As an extra surprise, we also received a free drink. The staff was friendly, cheerful, and created a nice atmosphere. Moreover, the food was approved by both the sober and the drunk testers at the table 😉. Definitely recommended, we would love to come back again!

We have ordered via Thuisbezorgd 3 times already; good burgers and fries, and always hot. We also always order around 12 or 1 AM, and they always arrive within an hour. Either we are just lucky that there is always a good delivery person or cook when we order, or the negative reviews are simply not accurate.

You wait 2 hours for your food ordered via home delivery, think you call at 12 o'clock, but they haven't processed it because they “call” first, so there you are standing there for 12 hours without food, next option 40 minutes. Never ordering here again. I used to order a lot but I am severely disappointed !!!

Great burgers this place is a hidden gem

We have been waiting for our order for 2 hours already!!!!! Paid and all. They close in fifteen minutes. I don't believe we'll get our order. Think carefully before you order anything here!!!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY.... Ordered here for the first time today and it was very disappointing. The Mexican burger they promote. There was absolutely nothing Mexican about it, unless Mexico means dry. The bun was dry. The meat was even drier and almost black. They must have run out of sambal there by now too, because there was almost a whole bottle of sambal on it (and I like spicy, but this was ridiculous). Furthermore, 1 pathetic slice of tomato and a few slices of galapeño. My wife had the truffle burger menu and concluded the same about the meat and the bun. The fries were crammed into a much too small bag and were as sticky as could be. For a menu, it was nothing special; the only good thing was the can of cola... Oh yeah, the delivery guy was fast but looked like a Taliban fighter with a face covering. It's a good thing I didn't open the door myself..... Enjoy your meal if you decide to order after all 😉

Well, what can I say? The burger was definitely special, especially red on the inside! I've rarely seen this; it was as if the cow was still alive on my bun. I didn't order my burger blue, but it certainly looked that way. The fries were black and way too crispy. You'd think if the fries were that crispy, the fries would be too, but no, of course not. The fries were soft, wet, and soggy. Did the delivery guy go swimming with my fries? I'll never order from here again.

From the moment we walked in the door it felt like a hidden gem. The ambience was captivating with a cozy intimate vibe. Our server was genuinely friendly and offered fantastic recommendations. What a mess! I had to contact them 100 times yesterday after they'd messed up my order. The wrap was cold, tasteless, with old lettuce, etc. Drinks weren't delivered. We had to wait an hour for cold food, and then another hour for our drinks. We asked for a salad as compensation, and we did get it, but unfortunately, it wasn't what we asked for. What a bunch of idiots... I'll never go back.

I ordered two burgers that were literally burnt and rock hard—completely tasteless. Both burgers had the exact same problem. When I reported this (at 11:10 PM), I was told they couldn't bring new burgers for another 45 minutes. I told them I'd be asleep by then, as I had to work the next day. A refund wasn't possible unless I returned the burnt burgers myself, as they wouldn't pick them up. That's definitely not good service. Poor quality and poor handling.

I was very disappointed with the food. It wasn't tasty and the quality was below my expectations. The service was unfriendly, and it took a long time to arrive. The owner was rude and not at all customer-friendly. Furthermore, I found the restaurant completely unclean. To make matters worse, I even saw a mouse crawling past the refrigerator. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Never again.

I made a order and stated that i don’t want pickles bbq sauce tomatos nor ketchup in my burger and i received it with all of them. My fries and wings came cold so I called and the owner was disrespectfull towards me and when I asked for a refund he said it is not his problem, he will not fix their mistake and that i will not be refunded. Crazy part is that this is the second time.

The menu itself is impressive—classic beef burgers, crispy chicken, veggie options, wraps, fish burgers, even momos and kapsalons. Prices are fair (around €12–14 for a full menu), and portions are generous. If you’re hungry, you’ll definitely be satisfied. Only minor downside: the fries could use a lighter hand with the salt, and the burger bun could be a bit firmer to handle all the fillings. But those are small things in an otherwise great experience.

Bad and not worth repeating at all!! To start with, they were already very late, the fries were inedible, very tough. According to me and my colleagues, the hamburger was not fully cooked. Finally, they cannot distinguish between cola and orange. Tip: despite the crowds, people stay sharp. This is just a waste of money, a shame...

Burgers cold and dry bread. Chicken not crispy. Sauce nowhere to be seen on wrap. Had a pickle on it when it was not stated in the description. Pay extra for onion and get a few pieces. No red meat, but that doesn't mean frying the meat. Cheddar not even melted, if it was warm as the manager claimed then it would have been melted. Manager very rude and did not want to provide a suitable solution. Despite all the other things that were far below standard, he was still stuck on the fact that it was warm and I was lying. Thuisbezorgd doesn't want to help either. No food and 40 euros gone! My advice is don't order here. If the food was good then I would be the first to recommend it, but this was horrible. And the manager's inappropriate behavior also made me less nice. I see some reactions from the owner among other reviews that clearly show the character unfortunately. Oh yes and I am not a fake customer. 🤣

This place sells very good burgers. The chicken and beef are both very nice and well sized. It does take a bit long for delivery but i can honestly say its worth the wait

Cold orders will not be delivered to burgers. Cold is cold but the owner doesn't want to solve it because one bite has been eaten! The employee also has difficulty speaking and is difficult to understand. Don't order anything anymore. Rude staff. Just let it go 🤮🤮

So, just before the birthday of our youngest, we ordered 4 burgers and fries. The positive first, the cans of drinks were nice and cold. Unfortunately the food was also almost cold (although it was delivered with a Tesla), fries tough and rubbery. The burger's bun looked like cardboard and the burger itself was bone dry. We threw it all away and then got new food from the local cafeteria

The food arrived cold, we had to call about 5 times before they finally redelivered the food, but guess what, the food was cold again. The delivery driver (who was a lovely guy) then called his boss while still at the door, just for the boss to start bad mouthing me. Very unprofessional and rude. The burger also looked as if it was just some food carelessly tossed together onto a bun. Very disappointed and displeased with this place.

At 1:15 am I received a notification that the order was on its way with the delivery person. Got the food at 1:55. Food is very bad for the price they ask. Paid €8.50 for the chicken salad. Container was 1/3 full…..(see photo). The hair salon (€11.00) barely contained any vegetables; just lettuce, 3 pieces of onion and 2 pieces of pickle…. The chicken wrap was filled with some lettuce and chicken. As a student, this is quite expensive for the quality of food. I won't order from here again...

Have ordered food regularly with satisfaction. Just enjoyed the Mexican and Dutch beef burger, fries and hot wings again. As always, we received our food on time. Everything was still warm. We were proactively called to discuss the delivery time. For us it remains a must!

The delivery time was great, but after we received the order it turned out that half of it was missing. Then I called and got a Turkish person on the phone who could not speak Dutch and tried to tell me that I had already received one, which was probably a cancer company that employs refugees. Ordered food via their own site, indicated that they did not want onion on the burger due to IBS complaints. Three times this is not taken into account and it is simply onion! If you call about this, you will not be called back and it will not be resolved! If you remove the onion you are only left with a bare burger and the sauce is also gone.

Eten besteld tijdens mijn nachtdienst. Besteld om 00.30u en het kwam aan om 01:40u. Burgers waren zeker te doen, broodje erop was wat minder, beetje droog. Ik had slechter verwacht nadat ik de reviews hier had gelezen maar voor een burger midden in de nacht kan ik zeker niet klagen!

Elke keer als ik in Velp ben bestellen we hier. Kan niet anders zeggen dat dit toch serieus de beste burgers zijn van Arnhem en omstreken. Zou willen dat deze in Tiel ook zou zitten! Op de site kun je je burger samenstellen en dat is zeker een voordeel. Netjes verpakt en warm. Gewoon goed!
