Replaced a new iPhone 15 4 times because it kept overheating and draining battery very quickly, even though it was turned off (as you can see in the pictures). No one in the store could tell me what was causing it. I went back today and finally after 2 months of hassle a guy at the counter told me that my case could be blocking the ventilation of the phone. I bought a new case and after 2 minutes my phone was working properly again. This man really deserves a raise!

Unfortunately, my experience at MediaMarkt Arnhem was not as I had hoped. The store is well stocked and has a wide range, but the service really left much to be desired. We were at it for over an hour, but no coffee was offered, which I would have expected given the time we spent there. What also struck me was that it seemed as if the employee was always trying to sell the most expensive product. Instead of listening to my needs, I was constantly pushed towards the more expensive options, which I didn't find particularly customer-oriented. Ultimately, because of this experience, I decided not to buy anything. The staff were otherwise not rude, but there was no personal involvement or real interest in my needs. The store was neat, but the atmosphere felt impersonal and cold. All in all it was not a pleasant experience. If you are looking for a customer-oriented and friendly service, I unfortunately would not recommend MediaMarkt Arnhem.

It is a pity that after the renovation of the MediaMarkt on Velperplein, the store became smaller, which led to a slightly more limited range. As a frequent visitor to this location, I previously appreciated the wide selection and variety of electronics and technology gadgets the store offered. Although the new store still offers a wide range of products, I find that some of my favorite brands and products may now be unavailable. This is disappointing for me as a customer as I was used to the extensive selection previously available. Nevertheless, the MediaMarkt Velperplein remains a reliable destination for electronics and technology needs. The staff are still friendly and helpful, and the store environment is still modern and inviting. I hope that MediaMarkt will explore opportunities to expand the range again in the future, so that customers like me can continue to benefit from a wide selection of products and brands.
