This is the best burger spot I’ve been to in Amsterdam! It’s an Uber Eats Favorite for 2025, and Sam and Abdul were incredibly helpful with our order. They were very accommodating, and the food was absolutely delicious. We were a group of six, and usually at least one person isn’t completely satisfied, but this time everyone left happy and full. Highly recommend! 🍔⭐️

Simon and April are the best. They gave us free fries and their food is insane. There’s no better burgers in Amsterdam than this. Amazing service!!!

One of the best smash burgers ive had!! We went in just after midday on a monday so was fairly quiet but started to get busy. Very friendly staff, casual but nice atmosphere, great for a little stop off, would visit again for one of those amazing burgers!!!

Fast food - reasonable burger. Really tasty fries. The fries sauce is also delicious. Shared tables.. Reasonable restrooms on site.

Bad expensive burger. What you see as a price on the board has nothing to do with the price that you'll pay when you order 😉. Be careful with what they ask you to pay .

We tried smash and irish burgers. All good! Dutch loaded fries is also good. If you looking for burgers, here is best option in town.

Burger was ok but not super flavourful and definitely the entire meal was overpriced. It doesn’t match up to the overall rating and certainly not at the price point. Fries were not good, taste was passable but only that. Aside from the fries the burger did taste fresh but didn’t wow at all. I’m really not sure about the other reviews here.

I tried their Wagyu burger, and I've only got compliments; it was fantastic. I really like the thicker fries, like they make in Holland. I'd say I paid around 30 euros for the Wagyu sandwich and the fries and drink menu. They gave me their number and I waited for it to ring, which was pretty quick, but the place was packed and it was Sunday, so that was fine. Well done.

Fantastic smash burger and fries !

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, however the burger costs €12 and to have it with a meal deal you have to add almost €8, which is a bit much.

This is most probably the best burger you can find in the city center. Fries are good too and in this specific location you can get a beer as well. Not much more to ask honestly! Quality is consistent, menu has a good variety and prices are fair. Very friendly staff too! All in the city center of Amsterdam. 5 stars!

Everything on top, excellent burger and the workers are attentive and very kind. Helped me charge my phone and afterwards checked if it was mine before giving it back, since it was another colleague (hats off honestly🤝).

A must-see when I come to Amsterdam!

I was welcomed with the burger and directly they opened the door where I am sitting while I already started with the first bite and my fingers are full of sauce. I had to eat the burger cold, the table behind me also tried to go check why the door was open and it was locked to the wall with a small pin which is ok, but they didn't dare to close. The table next to me also were like what is that, it is 4 degrees outside. They should set a ventilator instead, and when I said what's up when done the person just said oh you could have moved to a place further, but hey I was already full of sauce no forks or knifes offered anyway!. Not the first time the people there make something last time I ordered the spicy chicken which is supposed to have colslaw in it, and I order it for that as I like the taste with hot sauce. The person didn't say a word, I started eating and came back to him, he said oh het is op. Well you could have told me, it is a very dry sandwish, can you offer some lettuce or something, he had to digest and process the very basic info. Other branches are much better.

Went to this Burger Bar location for lunch today. The food was fine, but it wasn't very clean. The table is sticky everywhere, the salt and pepper shakers are too dirty to touch, and the buzzers you receive are greasy and dirty. Hygiene could be improved, especially when serving food. There are plenty of staff around to keep things tidy during the workday. Advice for the staff: also ensure a clean environment for customers. The food is excellent.

Just been to burger bar 21 warmoestraat. Ama and Ebrah are the best employees I saw in Amsterdam this week. These guys are professional, polite, so kind and hard Working. They pay attention to detail are and are very pleasant.

I had the smash from hell with fries. Burger is okay and freshly made. Although it could have a bit more flavour. The fries are freshly cut but they are too greasy/soggy and not fully crispy. It could be better but I see the potential. I like the weighing scale, nice detail. Staff is nice. Music might be a bit loud for some, but that depends on taste. Edit: the neighbors also left their fries and a half hamburger. People come in with hunger, if they leave this much it says more than a thousand words.

Okay, so it's just not any sorta burger. Whatever they do, the recipe, ingredients.. fantastic. Their burgers taste so good and I like the range of apple ciders available. They make the burgers after ordering and you can see the arrangements and preparations happen because the kitchen is visible. The staff are polite. I'd visit again

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance before heading to the flower market, and what a pleasant surprise! The €10.50 set menu (burger, fries, and a drink) is simply fantastic. It was absolutely delicious and excellent value for money. Special mention to the person preparing the burgers: he radiated such good vibes; it was a pleasure to watch him work and to eat there. We even asked him his name, but he wouldn't tell us 😄 We highly recommend this restaurant!

Grat food, service and location

Bad burger and expensive. You'll actually eat 180g of meat (less because it loses weight during cooking), but they weigh everything. The meat has no flavor.

This burger bar impresses with its delicious burgers and fresh fries. The staff is friendly and the service is pleasantly quick, so even during peak hours there's hardly any waiting time. Prices for a meal are in the mid- to high-range, but given the quality, this is definitely justified. Overall, a highly recommended place for a great burger.

Tried to have dinner here. It was a Thursday night close to 6 pm or so. One person cooking another cleaning tables. I stood at the counter to order for about 10 minutes or so. No one said anything to me. So I left and took my money elsewhere where to spend.

Reading through all the comments, you'll find everything from the worst to the best experiences, but if you just want a good burger and don't want a disappointment, this is definitely the place to go. The burgers are freshly cooked, so they're not frozen.

My cousin and I came to the BURGERBAR this evening. It was amazing, the staff were all very friendly and lovely to interact with. Thyago made our burgers and both my cousin and I agreed they were the best burgers we have had in some time. Thank you for your hospitality and the absolute perfect burgers.

Disappointing. The quality of burgers, the size of portions and the speed of service dropped considerably in the last couple of months.

Dont go there is is close to 23:00 because they will say is close, even in the website say till 24:00, not coming more in the night here 😅😅
