The food wasn’t good and gave people i was with Stomach aches!!

The price is too expensive. The burger doesn't taste too much.

I went there for new year eve and I’m very disappointed for the price! 2 burgers with fries and coca for 42€ and the cheapest quality ever!!! All the investment is for the marketing not the quality of the food, here is what I’ve experienced: 1. They serve Coca-Cola but it’s not real Coca-Cola. 2. Please serve some Heinz ketchup for this price! You just serve the cheapest ketchup it’s disgusting. 3. The quality of the meat is first price not angus or of it is, it’s the cheapest ever. Same for the bun, and the fries… 4. Add some soap in the bathroom, I’ve seen an employee went there I wonder how he cleaned his hands? It’s time to take some new resolutions for 2025. Please don’t try to find a correct reply to this review but how you can improve for 2025. Thanks.

It's well located, with good expectations. The food was bad. We ordered a smash burger and a regular hamburger, nothing more; the meat tasted like nothing. The chicken wings were good, but the place wasn't worth it. Bad service, bad location.

Smash burger good, simple and fast

The people who works on night shift, they don't have any respect for customers! Food is not bad! At 3AM you can't find something especial but at least I wish they had better customer service. They were angry and aggressive to me on taking food order.

Underwhelming experience, a burger that tastes like mediocrity and cardboard, you honestly can do better at home with frozen patties and €1.25 buns from AH. No creativity or personality to their burgers whatsoever. They say it's halal smashed burger, but it's haram to be this bad, no bun intended.

The smashed burger was super dry and had no beefy taste all. Not recommended.

Had a burger with fries here after going out at about 3:30. Food was the best we could find for that moment. The tent itself is a bit without atmosphere, but that may also have been due to the time of day.

The place is really small but can be a little cozy. The burgers were disappointing, overcooked and dry. The server was friendly and accommodating.

Bad fries, bad service and the radio was to loud

Radio was very loud couldn’t even my friend we where almost in the restaurant. I asked for normal burger with jalapenos AND WHAT I GOT? A bed of jaleponos with a burger and barely any sauce. The fries where way too salty i felt like i was goin to get kidney stones. I didn’t even want too photograph this horrible meal because i was so disappointed. Btw this is my fist review how did i do?🥺

No disrespect to the staff—they were friendly. However, I feel compelled to warn fellow burger enthusiasts: this was, unfortunately, the worst burger my friend and I have ever tried. The bun was stale and incredibly dry, making it nearly inedible. The loaded fries were equally disappointing—the truffle sauce and cheese were poorly blended, resulting in a flavor that tasted off, almost as if the ingredients were expired. The smashed patty was the biggest letdown, completely bland and lacking any seasoning, as if I’d lost my sense of taste altogether. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates their recipe for the sake of their customers. There’s definitely room for improvement.

I have never tasted anything better in my life than the flavor of this burger. A stylish restaurant and the staff are very friendly. A restaurant worth trying.

Very dry burger with very few nuance, I had the mexican burger, it tastes like dry beef with pesto and a 100 jalapeños to make it ‘spicy’. Don’t waste your time and 15 euro for a sad burger. Get mcdonalds instead

Very good burgers, everything is delivered fresh every morning.. bread was baked and crunchy I got the single smash burger cooked to perfection !!! Sauce for fries was like an aïoli .. very clean and staff very friendly !!

I went there for the first time with 4 of my friends, we ordered 4 same dishes and 2 of them had lots of salts and when we asked about why 2 of these 4 same dishes have much salt that we can not even eat, they answered very rude and not only didn't get the food back and return the money or prepare new ones for us, they just told we can't do anything! We put those burgers to trash and left!

Warm place and friendly atmosphere. But slight disappointment, because we received our dishes before even having our drinks. It’s a shame because I always prefer to have my drink, and then have my meal. Especially since the cocktail was not necessarily good. We were not asked for the steak to be cooked, which is a shame for a bill of €70, which was generally mixed in my experience in this restaurant.

Gross! I paid 13 euros for one """" Smash Burger""" In addition to not being Smash but simply shriveled, it was full of coarse salt grains crunching in the mouth. Very bad quality meat, maybe it was fresh last year, but I have my doubts about that. Very bad.

Service people can’t speak either Dutch or English so really hard to communicate with them. Toilets didn’t have any soap. Overcooked burgers (from freezer) which were very average. Pretty poor service.

I used to enjoy Burgerfabriek which is why we went after our movie at the theater. Unfortunately, the burger was below average and the man serving me thought it was appropriate to tell me that the person I was with should be drinking water (not tea) because they were overweight. Every person deserves respect.

I ate here last week in the morning and i can tell you, this is honestly the worst place i ate in my life, the meat is overcooked and was really not good( i puked when i arrived at my hotelroom). I hope the owner sees this and does something about it.

Typical touristic place where you pay 15 euros for a s**** burger and s**** fries whitout a drink. Meat was way overcooked and the bread probably comes from the local supermarket. The staff didn't even mind us when we entered the place. The toilet is so bloody dirty it cuts your appetite, even though the restaurant is empty and the three staff members are chatting without doing anything instead of doing something about it. They didn't even think of bringing us the food to our table that was 1 meter from the kitchen, instead calling us rudely so we could do it ourself.

Good burger, tasty and complete. Smooth operation. Great opportunity for a snack in between. Atmosphere is less, but still sufficient for a snack.

Personally didn't think the burger was anything special but they are large and filling. The fries were also average. The workers were not rude but were not very welcoming. Music was cool.

Always great food. It is of course a bit small and busy during King's Day. Text on the menu board is quite small. We couldn't get any closer because of the crowds and even with my good eyes we just guessed a bit.

Very good. We ate the burger and ordered a salad (lettuce and tomato) it was very good on the smashburger. We were very well attended to and 1 portion of potatoes was enough for 3 people. I recommend.

Elie is the best, good service. Best burgers in Amsterdam in my opinion. Fresh bread and fresh meat. The food came in 5 minutes aswell. Definitely worth the visit if you are in Amsterdam

There's not much that makes this burger restaurant different than the rest. The buns were fresh and tasty. They don't ask you how you want your burger to be cooked, rare, medium.. , this is a bir minus.

Bad service and impolite server, I asked for ustensiles and they answered me, it is a burger you do not need a fork and knife, then they gave me dirty ustensiles.

The place should be rated as incredible! The restaurant was incredible, some of the waiters were incredible, the bathroom was very clean, and the music was very good!!! Unfortunately my ex leg was bad because they let a couple leave a table and when we asked to stay they said that only with more than 3 people (which is questionable as there was a couple there). Other than that, everything is really good! I hope the manager gets fired and the caring girl gets promoted. Take advantage of the Wifi, which only works inside the restaurant.

When I come to this city, THIS IS THE LOCATION. Don’t go all wild and get their burger, get my style “texmex1978” style. Cheese and meat, ketchup. That way you taste the quality of the meat, trust me. And get this WE OUT HERE AGAIN. They weigh the meat, on the walls discuss where the meat originated, and it’s cooked to order. Heineken and Pepsi ready to go. Clean bathroom. Good speaking English if needed.

We came here after several highs 🍁🍃 and had a thought 💭: „Oh look! Fries! 🍟" Although we didn't cross the border 🛃 just to place this specific order 🍽️ everything we experienced before on this vacation ✈️ was just a massive amount of intoxication. We didn't have much burger education 🍔📚 before visiting this delicious location 😋 which is why it was a huge temptation. After breakfast (🍪🍃) this was our brunch and it did NOT disappoint - sweet sour salty, with a little bit of crunch. Having waited nearly 3 hrs (15 min) we received the fries with superpowers 🦸‍♂️

Every time me and my partner have been to Amsterdam we have come here because everyone here is so friendly and definitely up for a laugh with there customers, a very nice burger and very reasonable in price. Definitely recommend to anyone that comes to Amsterdam. The Dutch burger and the Italian burger is our personal favourite xx

Burgers are tasty and quite large, we also ordered fries with the burgers and almost couldn’t finish everything. Central location, 20 minutes walking from the station. Personnel is friendly and helpful. Good value for the price.

Essen muss an der theke bestellt werden, wird dann aber an den tisch gebracht. Die Burger sind top im Geschmack und sehr saftig. Von dem Menü wird man am Ende auch satt.
