Burgerlicious in De Punt

Visiting Amsterdam & found this place delivered to our hotel. Not worth the hassle & delivered an hour late…yes, an hour. Called the restaurant to question where our order was & the person on the phone told me we weren’t the only people ordering from them. 😳 Not ok.

I don't usually leave reviews when I go somewhere, but what happened at this place was shameful, and not because of the food, which was passable, but because of the waiters. We ordered three hamburgers with the bacon add-on (since each extra is extra), and he only brought it to one of them. I politely explained that I had asked for bacon on all three, and he rudely replied that we hadn't said that and that I should look at the receipt instead of clearing up the misunderstanding by adding bacon to the other burgers and charging me accordingly. When he responded like that, I told him it was fine, but as we were leaving, they didn't even acknowledge our goodbyes. One of them was sitting on the steps with the doors open and didn't even move, and the rest were on their phones. A terrible impression.
