Burgerlicious in De Punt

I had an issue with my order via Thuisbezorgd and they were super helpful and accommodating. The food is great too! Dankjewel Burger Mafia :)

Really cozy place, nice service and good food. Quality/quantity-price really worth it.

I don't usually leave reviews when I go somewhere, but what happened at this place was shameful, and not because of the food, which was passable, but because of the waiters. We ordered three hamburgers with the bacon add-on (since each extra is extra), and he only brought it to one of them. I politely explained that I had asked for bacon on all three, and he rudely replied that we hadn't said that and that I should look at the receipt instead of clearing up the misunderstanding by adding bacon to the other burgers and charging me accordingly. When he responded like that, I told him it was fine, but as we were leaving, they didn't even acknowledge our goodbyes. One of them was sitting on the steps with the doors open and didn't even move, and the rest were on their phones. A terrible impression.

I thought I were hungry, but my stomach was full, I ate too good and too much. Food was delicious, the hosts/employees were friendly and the location was on one of the main walking streets or as in Danish “gågader”. If I should say it in Danish: Maden var vældig god, men hold igen med pomfritterne, de mætter.

Amazing food and amazing service! Highly recommend!!!
