Burgers 'N Ribs (Amsterdam West) in Osdorp-Oost

These people are complete scammers. The place is closed, I ordered food on Sunday and it never arrived, and it was even through Uber Eats. Uber Eats has a chatbox, so there's no way I'll get my money back. If anyone else is familiar with this and has tips for me on how to resolve this with Uber, let me know. Ugh, they should be ashamed of themselves. They can flush another 100 euros down the toilet.

I placed an order at 6:30 PM (it's now 8:49 PM) and still haven't received anything, and unfortunately, I can't reach anyone! No one answers the phone, and I've already paid a fortune. Disgraceful.

I used to order from here all the time. Turns out they’re accepting orders on Ubereats, but no longer exist. Ubereats cancelled the order and refunded the money, but please watch out ordering from here!

They are no longer open and are still receiving orders through their website.

I ordered food through their website, but upon arrival, they were closed. They haven't responded to emails for five days, and the phone is unanswered. €100 down the drain... Normally good food, always good here. Now they've suddenly closed without notice, but they're leaving the ordering module on the website open and haven't changed their opening hours. This smells like a scam!

I used to order frecuently, prices were like everywhere else, but the quality was good. Now, it is just like any fast food place.

The food is always great when we order here. Good prices and large portions. Update: ordered yesterday 06/07/2025, fries were completely limp and lukewarm, put them in the airfryer myself.. Burgers not warm either. Too bad

Terrible experience. We went to this place expecting a nice meal, but it was disappointing from the start. Not a single staff member greeted us, no one offered a menu, and no one explained how the service worked. We sat down and waited, only to eventually notice a QR code stuck on the wall — no clear sign or instruction. We placed and paid for our order through the app, choosing the option to dine in. Even so, they handed us our food in takeout packaging. The food itself was flavorless, poorly made, and absolutely not worth the price. We asked for napkins to clean our hands and face, and were told they didn’t have any. The service was cold, unhelpful, and felt like we were an inconvenience just for being there. Without a doubt, this was the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. I strongly do not recommend it.

Bad service Scooter riders on the sidewalk at full speed almost hit my child. And if you say something about it they almost curse you. Police are also aware of this.

Delicious burgers and delivered quite quickly

Ordered and received 2 chicken burgers. Buns were burnt, there was hardly any lettuce, tomato and sauce on it and the lettuce was also brown. Called and we would be called back in 5 minutes. Called again after 15 minutes and again we would be called back in 5 minutes. After 10 minutes we were called back and offered a new burger or a voucher. After some insistence we finally got our money back. Too bad, because the quality was good the previous times.

Super tasty and fresh. The best ribs I've ever eaten. Nice and tender off the bone and the sweet honey tastes heavenly. My wife is from Philly and she gives the cheese steak 10/10. Moreover, they were very friendly and helpful on the phone. Very strange that they only get four stars. This food was worth six stars 😊

I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich and when it arrived there wasn't any STEAK in it instead there were dönner pieces in it and it tasted very stale I still ate it anyways because I was hungry and the next day I woke up with the worst stomach pain of my life I felt very nauseous and I was sweating cold sweat excessively and I couldn't bring myself to eat anything and it stayed like that for a couple hours but when I tried to eat one bite of a banana I threw up everything that was in my stomach so yeah turned out I had food poisoning from the sandwich and when I Emailed them they didn't even respond I'm very displeased with this restaurant 👎👎

Really delicious burgers and incredibly friendly staff/owner! I had called in advance because of an egg allergy and this was handled very well. Unfortunately, something went wrong in the comments during home delivery, but after 1 call, the correct burger was delivered a maximum of 10 minutes later. Even though it wasn't their fault at all, they resolved it very well! Thank you very much, the food was delicious!

Ordered the bacon burger, smothered in BBQ sauce which isn't terrible. I ordered o ion rings but in hindsight should have ordered the fries as you can see only received 6 portions for $4€. Burger is what you pay for. Sides and toppings are all extra including the drinks. This Burger and onion rings cost me €20. Very expensive but so is everything else.

We decided to choose this restaurant because of the reviews. we ordered a delivery burger. Unfortunately, the burgers were not tasty and the buns were soggy. the only edible thing was corn. For the price we expected something better.

Toppertjes!! Beste hamburgers in de omgeving als je wil bestellen!!

Veel te duur voor zo'n klein hokje waar je de burgers alleen maar kan afhalen. Kwaliteit van de burgers stelt niks voor, terwijl je meer dan 10euro betaalt voor een simpele cheeseburger! Een klein bakje mayonaise of ketchup kost gewoon 0,90cent, terwijl een klein bakje simpele friet al €3,50 kost, belachelijk duur dus. Meest belachelijke is dat ze een "menu" aanbieden, definitie van menu is hier een burger+friet+koolsla. Voor de friet en koolsla mag je dus even lekker €5,- neertellen. Totaal niet logisch dus. @Burgers 'N Ribs misschien een idee om een drankje in het menu te plaatsen. Mij zie je hier in ieder geval niet meer, gaat nergens over!
