Horrible. They don't say anything and cancel the order without any information. Don't order anything from them!

Today, my girlfriend and I went to buy traditional Moroccan cookies at Ajwa Utrecht. We picked out a few shapes and tried them in the car. We started vomiting because they tasted awful, the smell was foul and foul, and my mouth started to sting. We went back to the store to complain, but the owner spoke to us very rudely and inappropriately and told us to leave. I advise everyone not to buy anything from this store to protect their own health and that of their families. Furthermore, the way the store owner treats customers is simply inappropriate.

I've placed an order at this place for the umpteenth time, called back to say something was out of stock, and then they delivered a replacement. My family and I ended up waiting another two hours, only to receive a text message saying the order was canceled. This is the fifth time...it's driving me absolutely crazy, and they're being so mean on the phone. Absolutely don't order from this restaurant; they love to rip off their customers! This is absolutely unacceptable.

From behind the display case, the cakes looked delicious. At home, I just see a crust like it's been sitting in the fridge for days. I thought I'd try it first, but wow, this is just old. And I paid €5.50 for this. I should have asked how old the cake was; you guys don't produce quality. It's unbelievable.

Best butcher ever! We were able to arrange a meat platter at the last minute. The meat was absolutely delicious. Thanks for the effort and the delicious meat!

Worst pastries I have ever eaten. Not one of the 6 was even remotely mediocre. Severely out of date/hard. If I could give less than 1 star I definitely would.

I took Chicken Panini! Delicious sandwich, tastier than Kanaalstraat. Very fresh and crispy. Service is great! The atmosphere is also good, they also have a seat where you can enjoy your food right away. Quiet friendly business!!!

I recently went to Royal Ajwa food joint and I must say I had a fantastic dining experience. From the friendly service to the delicious food, everything was just perfect. I happily give Royal Ajwa 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone looking for flavorful dishes. The grilled sausage and crispy burger sandwiches are absolutely delicious. The grilled sausage was perfectly grilled and had a delicious taste that made my mouth water with every bite. The combination of the soft rolls and the tasty grilled sausage was simply excellent. I couldn't get enough of the flavor explosion in my mouth! The crispy burger was a real treat for my taste buds. The meat was juicy, tender and well seasoned, and the crispy coating around it gave it a delicious texture. The burger was generously topped with fresh vegetables and sauces that blended perfectly with the meat. Every bite was a delight, and I couldn't help but compliment Royal Ajwa's chef. In addition to the great food, the service at Royal Ajwa was also excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. They greeted me with a smile and were willing to accommodate all my requests. I felt truly welcome and valued as a guest, and that made my dining experience all the better. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also pleasant. It was clean, well lit and had a cozy feel. I felt comfortable and could relax and enjoy my meal. The grilled sausage sandwiches and crispy burger were delicious, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this eatery to anyone looking for tasty food and friendly service. Hopefully they will one day improve their service and quality, this is really not possible and they are in such a nice location... Such a shame, they could really be a success in the neighborhood.

Great sandwich shop. I can't agree with the bad reviews below me. I get a sandwich or a panini here several times a week and it is always excellent. Price also excellent. The pastries and bakery breads are also delicious!

What customer-friendly service. Perfect service. Extensive advice regardless of whether you buy 100 grams or 100 kg. Price/quality ratio is exceptionally good. Quality and freshness have never been better.

I don't feel like tearing down my brothers. But be honest with you, the food was much too cold, even dangerous that you could get intestinal complaints. The only thing that was nice was a can of energy.

I ordered food online but never received my order. The driver called only to tell me that nobody was at home (which was not true and nobody rang at my door bell) and he had already returned back to the store, while I could clearly hear him making laugh of the situation with his colleagues behind on the phone before he hung up on me. He insisted that I come to the store directly to get my order. Never in my life have I experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional service.
