I always had a beer or two here before going to my accommodation. It has a comfortable atmosphere, so I recommend it to those who are visiting Amsterdam to have a quiet beer at a pub. (3.5 euros per medium-sized beer)

Bran was exceptional! He handled everything on his own, and the attention to detail was spectacular. We went to see the England vs. Spain match, and when Spain won, he played Spanish music. We had a great time! Thank you, Bran!

Good old fashioned pub, with a good selection of beers and some traditional dutch food. I tried the sausage, which was very good and smokey. The potato chips were nice and crispy. Simple but satisfying.

We came here as tourists. And the lady here acted like no exactly service and she seems like not so good to see me here as their guests. And we order the snacks of beef and Camron. The food was ok but the service is not good at all.

There's been a cafe on the site for years & years and the current owners have retained that atmosphere. It's a lovely cosy cafe / bar with a wonderfully eclectic mix of decor. No two of the many light fittings are exactly the same. The welcoming team are knowledgeable and happy to tell you about the city. Decent beers & spirits to choose from, too.

Quaint pub in Old Amsterdam Oxford style. Noticeably underpriced for the surrounding area. Charming and atmospheric. Spicy snack dishes entice you to enjoy drinks and socialize. Impeccably clean and modern sanitary facilities. Multilingual service that is easy to explain despite being crowded and stressful.

Great vibe for evening drinks, we also decided to try the food which is also great for sharing, amazing truffle fondue and really enjoyable time!

The place looks cozy and it was the only place that had space for our friends to hangout, but we experienced treatment that shouldn't happen, to say the least: In the menu, there is Heineken small and large, for 2,90 and 3,50 EUR respectively. We asked for two large Heineken's and the bartender asked if we wanted a pint, so we said: yes, sure, thinking he asks to confirm it's the large one. When paying, we got to know our beers costs 6 EUR. Here is the pricing that the bartender told us while payment: Small: 300ml - 2,9EUR LARGE: 400 ml - 3,5 EUR Pint: 500 ml - 6 EUR. It's an odd way to charge extra, as it doesn't even add up to have such a price difference for the largest beer. When disagreeing and saying the argument above (about the nonsense pricing scheme) the bartender threatened to force our friends to pay for us if we won't pay the full price. Not a terrible loss - charged 5 EUR more, but if they are open to misguide customers in such a way, what else do they fake? I certainly won't check again and wouldn't recommend you.

Se trata de una cerveceria muy rustica, con mucho encanto. A tope con las cervezas. Pero para comer hay poca cosa aunque muy correcto.

Stopped here for drinks. The bartender was very helpful and informative, knew loads about the history of the drinks on offer and gave us good recommendations. We visited on a Tuesday so it was fairly quite. It has a really quirky interior.

Wonderfully cozy and chill little pub, exactly the kind that I like. Not too busy on an otherwise crowded Friday evening.

Urig aufgemachte Kneipe große Auswahl an Getränken. Jedoch scheint der Kellner nicht so Lust gehabt zu haben. Er ist mehrfach an uns vorbei gegangen ohne uns anzusprechen. Da haben wir uns an der Theke selbst was geholt, weil wir dachten es wäre hier Selbstbedienung. Aber später sagen wir, dass er dich Tischbedienung machte. Und es war nicht überfüllt.

Amazing place!!!! Great beers and lovely places to sit, me and my friends came in while it was raining heavily and we sat down and immediately he gave us peanuts and a drinks menu, lovely staff highly recommend unlike the beer temple where they were so rude!!!
