What an amazing local spot! My husband and I were visiting from the US and we wanted to eat local. Found this place online and even at 9pm it was packed. I chose the grilled salmon and he picked the traditional stamppot andijvie. Both delicious. This family owned business has a warm atmosphere with great food. If you’re anywhere near the area, definitely stop here for dinner.

The nicest family runs this restaurant and was a highlight for our trip, the food and drinks were delicious. Highly recommend.

The gem salad was outstanding, with corn, beets, and all sorts of yummy stuff. We had the beef stamppot and it was exceptionally tender. A true Dutch experience.

Great restaurant! The Google reviews led me there and they weren't wrong. The food is excellent, and you can try many typical dishes. The staff are also very friendly and offer a small shot of liqueur at the end. Nothing negative to say. It was perfect, thank you.

Bittergarnitur was excellent. Kibbeling made of cod cheek like the tradition and Kaasstengels were my favorites. The owner was also very helpful when we asked about the food and even brought out Old Amsterdam cheese that was used to make the kaasstengels. Very happy with the meal!

Great place if you want to try Dutch cuisine! The staff was kind and attentive. Since it was a birthday party, they brought a slice of cake for the little girl, while "Happy Birthday" was played in the background, followed by Italian music. Generous and plentiful portions! We ordered sole fillets, which came with really tasty fries 👌🏼 A nice detail is that there was Hellman’s mayonnaise on the table 👌🏼 Fish good, some vegetables on the side, a glass of wine with it, a great meal Next time we’ll go back for the mashed potato dishes….☺️

The staff was friendly, smiling, and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. An authentic place to sample Dutch cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.

Loved this little cafe with sidewalk seating. The food was delicious and our server was delightful! Order a hotchpotch dish (you won’t be disappointed) but save room for the poffertjes (Dutch mini pancakes)! Heaven on earth!!

The atmosphere is relaxing and casual, with low-light ambiance (which makes the food in the pictures look a bit weird). Food is fresh, tasty, with big honest portions. You can select some local options such as mashed potatoes with sausages/beef/meatball. There are a few local beers to choose. Absolutely delicious! The place is located central but lies on a small street with no cars, which makes it cozy but still vibrant.

Delicious meal here. Carpaccio was delicious and we had both the sausage and the beef stew stamppot. Both were very tasty and filling. Service was impeccable. As a plus they also have heaters outside if it’s a little chilly.

I was originally planning to go to a different restaurant, but as I was passing by, the atmosphere looked nice, so I looked it up and found out it was a Dutch restaurant! I wanted to try it before leaving Amsterdam, and luckily, it was a great choice 🤤 They have a dish called Kibbling, which is fried fish, and everyone in my party really enjoyed it! The Bitterballen was a flavor I was trying for the first time, and that was good too 👍🏻 The Stamp Pot was especially amazing. It looked small in the photos, but it's bigger than I expected!! The mashed potatoes with vegetables and the occasional crunch of bean sprouts were truly the best 👍🏻👍🏻 I also enjoyed the ribs! Overall, the food was delicious, and I especially want to thank the server for their kind service~~~~

I went alone around 6 PM without a reservation and was seated at the counter. It was very crowded and fully booked, so I was lucky. The staff were all busy, but very friendly. The rice was delicious with just the right amount of saltiness. The portion might be a bit large for women. Thank you!
