Café de Krater in Weesperbuurt/Plantage

I really like the new look of the bar and the fact that they have a more wide and varied food menu. The prices are also very student friendly and the staff is always very friendly and welcoming!! My highlights are the Guinness and the Quesadillas

Atmosphere is lovely. They do not have wine glasses, so we were served wine in (what I assume are) water glasses, but no big deal.

Great staff! The bartender Lucy is amazing!!! The hot chocolate makes my mouth water, best ones in the block. I really liked the place and will definitely be back

Milk Hot Chocolate is absolutely bussin. Creamy, sweet to the right point, light, aesthetically pleasing, sizable, and smooth. 4 euros well spent. Reminds you of the gift of taste and teaches you to appreciate the cold weather. Poem worthy and will be mentioned in my headstone.

Horrible. Ordered a toastie which was supposed to be ready in 15 mins. Reminded them twice and waited for 45 mins and still didn't get it

For a place called Café you should check what Coffee really is. Salty, overroasted and with a bittery taste like rotten oranges. Brioche meh (defrost) I paid more because i only had 5 bucks. For the two things, a bit overpriced. Not too gentle the bartenders. Nice atmosphere, great vibes and location.

Waitress (who was there alone) took a break today. Only tell them this after you have been waiting at the bar for 10 minutes. Furthermore, a very nice tent and she was very nice herself! But since she didn't say when her break would be over, I decided to sit somewhere else.

Nice coffee and nice atmosphere. They just don't have many of the things you ask for on the menu and they have run out.

Great student cafe next to the university, reasonable prices for food and beer and a tree shaded terrace outside.
