Very nice cozy cafe with a cool bartender.

Cozy traditional pub with a great local vibe. The locals parties hard to Dutch pop classics like there's no tomorrow. A bit tight on space, but super friendly atmosphere. Tasty beer, fair prices - and the brunette bartender lady is absolutely stunning. Recommended

Perfect for your Amsterdam discovery

30€ for 2 pints and 2 cokes. Even for AMS that is expensive. Menue without prices should have been a warning for me…

It was more expensive than I expected. The service was good but they didn't wanna accept our payment by card.

Beware! We ordered a small tea and asked for 3 glasses of water, thinking we would get tap water like in every other establishment. We were shocked to be charged 14EUR for this. Wouldn’t recommend visiting as their goal is clearly to use and trick customers

Nice café with a canalside terrace. A single waitress for evening service, very pleasant and attentive. Pleasant setting despite the road bordering the canal. The croquettes are classic for Amsterdam and at Amsterdam prices...

This quickly became a favourite café of mine in Amsterdam. The staff here were friendly, and sung along to the retro Dutch pop music being played - this gave the place a unique and warm atmosphere. The walls are adorned with music art and memorabilia, and the beer is very good. I spent a great afternoon here with friends, beating the heat - I can't wait to return some day.

Wow, what amazing staff! We were being harassed, and one of the staff spoke to the men and kicked them out. Absolutely fantastic! Absolutely fantastic! It's also a super fun bar with a great atmosphere, and they really listen to you. Women can really feel safe here ❤️❤️❤️ Shout out to you! You handled it really well.

You can sit there comfortably on the terrace, plenty of space, cozy bar is very small but cozy. Hangs a cozy ambiance. And of course great host Bartenders, and ladies not to forget.🫡&😉.

We stopped by a few times for coffee. The staff were very friendly and always up for a chat when they had the time. A great place to stop by for a break from walking to enjoy a drink and watch the bustle of the city.

We had some beers after visiting Anne Frank's house and the atmosphere is very calm with music 🎶 and several types of draft beer. The owner very nice. The bar has no waste. Total vintage. It is worth it after assimilating what we experienced about the German occupation of the Netherlands.

I took a take away drink it was very very tasty . Thanks for the warm welcoming from the very friendly man.

A lovely bunch of people - very friendly local focused bar, with an insatiable thirst for karaoke and sing alongs I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam

A great little coffee shop located between the tulip and cheese museum. Service is fast, lovely to sit outside and look over the canal. Food is defo worth it, we had Croque Monsieur and Croque Special, both freshly made and super tasty. Coffee was nice flavour, beers and wines also available.

De Twee Zwaantjes is een oud en echt Amsterdams café. Leuke bediening en ook met een mooi terras aan de Prinsengracht, met prachtig zicht op de Westertoren

Mi lugar favorito para visitar cuando estoy en Amsterdam! Ambiente muy amable y casual y ahora también sirven comida. El personal es muy amable y amable. El camarero el día que estuve allí, creo que su nombre era Diederik, era excelente! ¡Gran narrador! La próxima vez que esté en Amsterdam estaré de vuelta en los 2 zwaantjes todos los días!

Nice brown café, always take it with you when walking around the Jordaan! Eduard is a top bar man.

Nice bar with seating right on the canal. Invites you to linger when the weather is nice. There are also small snacks.

We just hit on this place by accident. Visiting Amsterdam on a Sunday afternoon with friends, we were looking for a place to get out of the rain. We stumbled into the Twee Zwaantjes and what a wonderful surprise! Live music, great drinks and excellent service. The staff made us feel very welcome, even though we were from out of town (something you don’t always experience in cafes or restaurants these days..). Yes, we even joined in the singalongs 😁😁😁! Highly recommended!

Nice for a quick drink. The place is really small, the owner is friendly and they play old dutch music which is fun.

Food, service and ambience were incredibly nostalgic. Authentic Dutch/French cuisine perfect for anybody wanting to introduce their loved ones to Dutch food. A wholesome experience I would highly recommend.

Such a great afternoon in here. Small bar with the genius bar guy keeping track of everything whilst singing and dancing to the pub tunes. Could easily have stayed longer. Loads of choice - we stayed on the local draft and had three pints each. So welcoming and lovely. We didn't want to leave! Highly recommended 🍺 💜

I have never written a bad review because I empathise that people can have bad days, but today is a first time to warn others. 1. I went to the cafe 4 times to tell them my order. They kept forgetting it. 2. They got me the wrong beer. Then they got me two beers whereas I ordered one. Later, the old lady shouted about how I wasted a beer (miss, I never ordered it! And I received it after some 15 minutes of sitting and visiting you four times to remind you). 3. There is cheese platter on the menu. I asked for cheese platter, and nothing happened. Another twenty minutes passed. When I entered the bar [yet again] to remind [also again], the old woman and server were eating cheese sticks. They literally offered me that plate. What the hell? 4. They then told me there’s no cheese platter and I should go and get it for myself from the cheese store next door… just wow. 5. We asked for ‘tap water’. They charged it €3.2 PER GLASS. That’s €6.4 for 600ml water!!!!! It wasn’t even tagged as water on the menu, it was just tagged as extra. They said they did a favour to us by not charging for beer and cheese sticks - stuff we never even ordered. But charged us a bomb for tap water. As a tourist who was having a horrendous experience since 40 min, I was too exhausted to pick on a hot day a fight and just left. Please do yourselves a favour and do not visit this horrible place. There are better places just close by.
