I have been coming here for 20 years and have always had very good food. Even on a busy evening among Ajax supporters, the food is delicious and the service perfect.

Had lunch. Friendly and good service. Food was not a tour de force but fine. A good bottle of wine. Large restaurant and enough space between tables. Acoustics good. Feels a bit like a 'business place'.

Dauphine is my go-to place for meetings and staff/team borrels (easy to reach) and my bday lunch with friends. Love the decor and space in general, staff is SUPER friendly and professional. The menu offers a variety of delicious and classic dishes.

And again I had a lovely lunch at Dauphine, together with a friend. The new interior is super cozy and comfortable and the service is top notch as always!

Perfect restaurant - accessible with public transport (Amstel Station 4 minute walk). We had 2x group dinners in 1 week. They have a nice (limited for larger groups) menu but plenty choice. Food was delicious, service friendly and professional. We will be back!

Great place and nice design. What strikes me is that the employees are not proactive at all. Come on! Take care of the guests, walk by, offer something, up-sell if only a coffee is ordered. Keep an eye on when the cups are empty. Well, it's not that difficult. Everyone was very friendly and if I ask something it will certainly be fine. You are missing turnover!

Very cozy place to dine, nice atmosphere and close to the station so ideal to visit. When it is busy, the service is a bit slower and we found the size of Toscanini's Truffle Ravioli a bit disappointing for the price, but it was certainly not the taste, which was excellent.

Food was good and the menu is also extensive. The service is not really optimal. It was extremely busy and the many people having drinks at the bar made it difficult to get to the restaurant. There was no host/hostess for the first 10 minutes so we just stood there waiting a bit. The staff works super hard, but there are too few of them. We arrived at 5:55 PM and were served our first drink at 6:30 PM. That is not acceptable. Unfortunately, the chaos and low occupancy overshadowed the delicious food and decoration. Shame.

I leave a review for Club Dauphine in the back of the restaurant. First of all I am a fan and have gone many many times. What is becoming borderline unbearable are the price increases in the span of one year. Last night, table of 4, we spent 120 euro per person (!). Excluding drinks after dinner. That used to be some 105 per person previous years. Which was high but worth it given the entertainment. We drunk 8 glasses of wine and 2 glasses of beer. Not too crazy for 4 persons, and similar as other years. Actually went back to my bill today and noted as an example 15 euro for the bread. I would think that should all be in the dinner Dauphine. But in any case 15 euro for 4 minuscule pieces of bread with way too little butter (always a struggle to divide over 4 people) starts feeling bad. You start hitting the “this is annoying” level. Makes me want to say I don’t want the bread. Wanted to leave that with you as constructive criticism. I have noted we started going less because of the price, which is considered too high by many of our friends. Now, you don’t seem to suffer yet as the place was packed last night. And it was a good evening , started not so thrilling in the two first sets of music but the last set Rocked! But as any marketeer will tell you , there is a price point where people turn away. And it’ll be hard to come back from that. In my perspective you are slightly above that point. We’ll see how it goes from here , I sure wish you success because I LOVE the concept of the club.

Great location for a quick coffee or lunch (previously done). The lunch menu is absolutely fine! This location is not very convenient for a longer work appointment. Employees are loud, push chairs around a lot (filtration underneath is a tip), but especially shouting at each other or naming them out loud when people are upset about something is not very tactful if you have guests in the same room... You really get involved in your work meetings. I lost track because of this, too present. Why not do that 'at the pass' or in your back office. Stay sharp people, even after working there for x number of years.

Really delicious food, large quantities, nice wines, great service, but I would rather not place a coat rack in front of my nose anymore, so our view was suddenly gone (we eventually solved it ourselves). 😜 We will definitely come back again. The benches to the right of the entrance, near the window, are the most quiet.

With a party of three, we decided to reserve a table at Dauphine. I learned this was a car dealership, which is why it got the name of the Renault Dauphine. High ceilings, a large hall without separation. You have to wait to be seated. The service was amazing, friendly and super attentive! Leaving no wish or question unanswered. The food was good, but for the price left space for improvement. I had the Bouillabaisse, missing its freshness and character. The Caesar salad was ok. Still, our overall experience was great - thanks for having us

Dauphine is a food factory. Not very pleasant. Functional if, like us, you need to eat something before going to an event in the Ziggodome or Arena. Service was too much.

I come here once or twice a week and it is always great.

Ate at Dauphine yesterday. While we ordered wine and food at the same time, the food came first, the wine only halfway through the food. The quality of the ribeye meat was particularly poor, lots of tendons and little veining. The salad was sub-par - the vinaigrette was not a nice classic vinaigrette but tasted very much of shallot and red wine vinegar (as if you had thrown oyster dressing into the salad). The croutons were probably bought from the wholesaler, but in any case they were not tasty.

One of my favorite restaurants when it comes to a wonderful evening out. The food is delicious, the new decor is attractive and the service is knowledgeable and polite. If you want something different than just dining, you can also go to club Dauphine and enjoy an evening of music while enjoying a set menu and delicious matching wines!

We have been coming to Dauphine for years. We found it not improved after the renovation. If you look very closely you will see that quite a lot has been renovated, but it does not change much to the experience. Everything went wrong with the ordering system. The service did its best, but also encountered some problems. I know it's not America here, but if things go wrong, offer both a compensation drink. Now it was embarrassing that someone at the table asked for it and actually got it afterwards. The food was mediocre. In fact, everything that came to the table was too cold in terms of temperature. The Pastel de Nata was a good one! But we would also have liked it to be lukewarm. It was so cold in the restaurant itself that my husband ate with his coat on all evening. That can't be the intention, can it? We expect that the teething problems will soon be resolved, so that we can enjoy Dauphine as usual.

I recently had a delicious meal at Dauphine and Club Dauphine. Very good cuisine and always friendly staff. And now completely nicely given a new look. My go-to spot for business lunches for years, but the club evenings are no longer missing from my agenda these days.

Cozy atmospheric restaurant! Come here regularly and the service is always extremely friendly. I think the food here is top notch and they also have an extensive (and affordable) wine list. Another plus: you can park under the building!

Dauphine has been fantastically renovated, while retaining the good: food, drinks and service as always good in a beautiful new ambiance.

Would definitely recommend going to Dauphine! The atmosphere is truly amazing (during their Club-nights all the more!). In combination with good food, drinks and hospitality, this is 100% a place you must visit. Easy to go there by train or car (parking below the restaurant).

It's been a long time since I had such a cold and dirty sirloin steak. Fortunately, Dauphine let me experience how much influence the quality of the meat and the love of the chef has on the food. Never again Dauphine for me even though it is right next to FDMG. Would rather have a croquette from Febo

We zaten midden in de ruimte voor een lunch en ik kon mijn zakenpartner niet verstaan Ik vroeg of we een tafeltje aan de kant mochten die waren bijna allemaal vrij maar dat mocht niet dat moest al ingedekt voor de avond diner ( het was 13.15u) ik gaf duidelijk aan dat we elkaar niet konden verstaan en kreeg een snauw terug dat ik lastig was

Llegó de Londres. Viaje especial de 70 años. El personal era fabuloso. Lugar limpio. Lo que redujo la puntuación fue que un filete era prácticamente raro a pesar de que se pidió que fuera medio. Una hamburguesa estaba cruda por dentro y enviada de vuelta para ser rehecha ... pero todavía estaba cruda 2a vez. El personal muy disculpado e hizo una buena recuperación de servicio al cliente con vela de cumpleaños en un helado. 2 bebidas no cobradas y hamburguesa eliminada de la factura. Realmente parecían tristes, nuestra noche no había sido perfecta.

Wir waren für Abendessen bzw. am Abend für einen kleinen gemütlichen Umtrunk zu Gast im Dauphine. Das Dauphine ist sehr stylisch und modern eingerichtet, hat sehr nettes Personal und man kann dort sehr lecker Essen - es ist einen Besuch wert.Abendessen in Hotelnähe. Sehr gutes Essen, Wein auch okay. Bedienung ausgesprochen freundlich und mit guter Laune unterwegs. Auch ein Vorteil: es ist in der Nähe des Amstel-Bahnhofs. Resumee: besuchenswert!

Amazing ambience and service. The quality of the food was good but the flavours didn't blow me away. I ordered the ribeye and spent half my time trying to chew it even though it was supposed to be medium rare. I didn't end up finishing it. The leg of lamb for 2 was a much better option.
