Geweldig gegeten hier. Al het personeel is bekwaam, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijke waterkerssoep en zeeduivel precies goed. Twee koks die heel goed bezig zijn.

Nos detuvimos aquí por casualidad mientras pasábamos y buscábamos un lugar para almorzar. La comida era muy sabrosa y el servicio bueno. Nos dimos cuenta de un montón de gente holandesa comiendo allí, que parecía una buena señal! Pruebe el Uitsmijter - desayuno holandés tradicional. Yo tenía el mío sin jamón así que no tan tradicional como la versión de carne, pero aún así me preparó bien para una larga tarde deambulando por Amsterdam : )

Very nice environment, attentive crew make the feeling very warm. I like crew with smile rather than cold hard ordering machine. Food wise quite a big portion.. I can only finish half of it.... (I am small eater ya) but my friend did finish every bit of it. Love the bean a lot! The rest is fine.

My friend and I had breakfast there in the late morning. We were both kindly received and given a nice table. The case is beautiful. Good and fast service and delicious food. Compliments to the Cook! The eggs Benedict were especially delicious. And that for an excellent price. I only thought the fruit we ordered was a bit on the expensive side for the quantity. but that's just bullshit from me. I would like to come here again.

Ik was altijd heel tevreden over dit café, tot gisteren. We hadden alleen koffie besteld en na een half uur navraag gedaan waar het bleef. Vervolgens kwam er iemand anders onze bestelling opnemen omdat het niet in het systeem stond. Om ons heen kregen mensen die later waren gekomen zelfs eten dat ze na ons hadden besteld. Na een kwartier kregen onze buren koffie terwijl zij veel later binnenkwamen dan ons. Toen ik er wat van zei, zei de medewerker dat het er nu aan zou komen… Toen waren we er wel klaar mee. Heel erg chaotisch allemaal. We zijn zonder koffie vertrokken…

I usually never write reviews but I was so impressed by their lunch that I had to - It is definitely one of the best lunch spots in Amsterdam. I highly recommend, 10/10

Cute little spot to grab some cocktails and sit outside.

The rating of 4.4 doesn't do them justice. One of the best breakfast/lunch spots I've ever been to. The food was DELICIOUS, the staff is friendly and attentive, the place is really cozy. I can recommend this place wothout a doubt!!

Food was terrific! American breakfast had typical crspy American bacon, sausage, soft & tender sourdough bread. Hot chocolate was so yummy.

Super nice restaurant for a relaxing meal. We stopped for lunch and had the open sandwiches. They were well prepared, a good portion and served quite quickly. They offer gluten free bread that was really nice! The crust was crisp and the bread itself was light and soft. It made an excellent sandwich. I will definitely be back

Had my first trial day here as a 16 year old. At the end of my shift they didn't hear from me anymore. They also stopped responding to my messages. So they used me as a cheap helper. How can you be like that as a person? Don't come here!!

I had a quick lunch meeting in this place. The staff is friendly and they bring the food pretty fast. I had ‘ uitsmijter ‘ (triple fried egg on bread) and it was as expected and good. The atmosphere is amazing for lunch and work. Great place in the middle of Amsterdam!

Travellers' Choice? Really? I must be missing something. As I live around the corner, I thought it was high time to try the joint out. At 9:30 on a Sunday morning I was one of about 3 customers. Zero atmosphere at that hour, with all the charm of a hospital cafeteria. The huevos rancheros were luke warm and hardly spicy, as I'd been told they were. The cappuccino was, well, Dutch: small, tasteless and likewise luke warm.

A great location right in the centre of Amsterdam. Was surprised to find that at midday it wasn't so difficult to get a seat, but recommend booking ahead, as by 13.00 it was super busy with visitors. Super friendly and efficient staff, who even laughed at my stupid jokes, which is always encouraging :-D The food for the three of us was great, with fast service and tasty servings. No loud music blaring out through the space either which was reassuring. Recommended.

I ate at this restaurant for the first time tonight. Been on my list for a while. It went very well. Compliments to the chefs. The food was delicious. Breadboard as a starter, mussels and guinea fowl fillet as main courses. And for dessert the delicious mango passion fruit cheesecake! The service was good (from telephone reservation to the end), nice, attentive, fun and cheerful! Thank you for the nice evening. I hope for the owners that it can become busier. Until next time. It’s very nice restaurant, the waitress are quite attentive and friendly. The quality of food is amazing. I like there are some vegetarians options, but I wish there were more! Risotto is very delicious, deserts are great. Prices are higher than average. Please provide more vegetarian options!

We passed by when a salad was being served and that convinced us to come back to eat there in the evening! We were not disappointed, friendly welcome, very good dishes, very reasonable prices, very good address!

Ik was met een vriendin aan de wandel. We hebben een latte en een chai latte gedronken. De bediening was zeer attent.

Nice place on Vijzelstraat a 5 minute walk from the Mint Tower. What makes this place stand out is the great vibe and the music from the the 70s through the 80s. Aasra provides pleasant service. The place is run by a Venezuelan woman whose husband owns it.

I visited this restaurant and had a delightful experience. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We arrived at 4 o'clock, and even though they hadn't started serving their dinner menu yet, we decided to try their fish and chips and fried mussels. Both dishes came with crispy fries, two types of mayo, and a small salad. The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place for a tasty meal with a warm atmosphere and kind service.

Очень милое место, вкусно, персонал дружелюбный и внимательный. Поставила 4 звезды, так как в женском туалете 2 раковины и обе не работают. Чтобы помыть руки надо идти в мужской туалет или туалет для инвалидов.

Belle ambiance chaleureuse et lumineuse. On voit les cuisiniers s affairer en.mangeant.. Carte simple mais efficace avec des soupes, salades, croquettes , sandwiches. Ce que nous avons pris été très bon. Le service est agréable, souriant et performant. A recommander

A very nice lunch at Cafe restaurant de Bezel. The restaurant is located in the beautiful Amsterdam Archives Building. Service was top notch and we really enjoyed our lunch. The menu had several items that sounded wonderful. My wife enjoyed a delicious bowl of tomato soup and I had the hamburger.

Zojuist heerlijk geluncht met mijn dochter. De pancakes van de foto’s hebben ze helaas niet meer, maar de kok kon wel wentelteefjes maken. Mijn dochter helemaal blij! Hele vriendelijke bediening, lekker eten en een leuke plek om te zitten met zicht op het stadsarchief.

Wanted to review because we had the best service ever here. I accidentally ordered a dish that had raw beef on it and when I asked them to cook the meat a little as o struggled with the taste the manager came over and recommended I get something else without any fuss whatsoever claiming that non-Dutch people have no way of knowing what they’ve ordered. She was so accomodating and ontop of that food was incredible!! Great prices too, much lower than typical cafes.
