The Café Weber team is fantastic! Thanks in part to your wonderful preparation, our marriage proposal became a truly special experience. We met at Café Weber. When my boyfriend (now fiancé, because I said YES, of course!) called to ask if he could propose privately outside your opening hours, nothing was too much trouble. You played jazz music upon request and beautifully decorated the café with candles and fresh flowers. It was so atmospheric inside. It was truly a dream, and we are so grateful! The ambiance of the place was really nice, spacious and comfortable. The decor is well thought-out, making it a great spot to enjoy time with friends.

Benjamin is excellent he advised us on terrific food and great beer would recommend. Well done Benjamin. Girl working with him also very nice and black hair girl during day was excellent but Benjamin is best.

Nice place with a nice ulcer. Various beers on tap and a nice portion of bitterballen. Staff are friendly and helpful. A taxi will be called for you upon request. Toppers

Super expensive! A nice clean place that is well furnished. The staff was very sweet and well trained.

Dropped into Café Weber with some colleagues for a few evening drinks and had a great experience. The vibe was relaxed and the interior had that classic Amsterdam café charm—cozy but lively. The drinks menu had a solid variety of beers, spirits, and cocktails. Everything we tried was well made and served quickly despite the place being busy. Prices were on the steeper side, but that’s to be expected in central Amsterdam. Overall, a good spot to unwind with workmates. Would definitely swing by again for the atmosphere alone.

The service was nice, but the owner should strengthen the team. The girl did her best but she didn't have much time. Beer was good!

Sharing my experience at Cafe Weber tonight. My friend and I were having a casual evening, enjoying some drinks, when things took a turn for the worse. Another patron aggressively confronted us over a video call, claiming it was disturbing them. When we calmly asked the waiter if there was such a rule, things escalated quickly. That person, who claimed to be the owner of the bar , got extremely hostile, insisting that we leave immediately. Upon my request for them to leave our table, the individual claiming to be the bar owner clenched his fist and menacingly stated, "Then you will speak with my punch." Feeling increasingly uncomfortable, I reiterated that I no longer wished to stay and offered to settle the bill if they agreed to let us leave peacefully. However, this only seemed to further enrage the person, who persisted in their aggressive behavior, advancing towards us. They continued to make threats, claiming they would call the police and suggesting that their Dutch nationality would result in biased treatment in their favor, given our status as foreigners. The escalating aggression and intimidation only heightened our sense of unease and urgency to leave the premises.Even after offering to pay our bill and leave peacefully, the situation intensified. They became physically aggressive, the guy who claimed to be owner is pushing my friend aside by shoulder as she attempted to pay the bill, and continued to escalate the confrontation. Feeling threatened and unsafe, we managed to leave, but I'm deeply concerned about the level of aggression and intimidation we faced. I'd like to report this incident to ensure the safety of others and prevent similar incidents in the future.

nice place but the food was terrible

Nice atmosphere but noisy, live DJ so that's always nice. Fast service and nice service.

Service was good. But very noisy. Couldn't understand anyone. Would have liked some more options in beers. We probably went to this pub at the wrong time.

They displayed rude and unfriendly behavior towards my two Turkish friends, and kicked them out by physically assaulting my friends at the cafe. I definitely do not recommend it.

Rude staff, arrogant manager. It is not good location for tourists, women/ queers.

As a woman, while sitting with a friend of mine, we started chatting in a normal voice tone with a video caller. 5 minutes later, 2 men and 1 woman at the next table, who claimed to be the owners of the place, said that talking on the phone was prohibited in the place and that we had to leave the place. We replied that if you are uncomfortable, you can leave. As the argument continued, the person who claimed to be the owner of the place approached us, the woman came up to us, touched us and told us to get out. They called 2-3 extra people to the place, threatened us and walked towards us, and the person who said he was the owner of the place shouldered me. They forced us to pay the bill and we were kicked out of the place. He continued to walk towards us until we left the venue, swearing in Dutch. This racist and violent experience was very bad. If you are not Dutch, I would never recommend this place. Unable to argue and resorting directly to violence, the atmosphere in this place is extremely tense and never friendly

Not a very tourist friendly bar in Amsterdam.Not recommended for people who want to be treated classy, or not get kicked out by the personal.

Just few days ago witnessed something,not sure it was because of ladies nationality or something else but someone who was sitting next to them started arguing with that ladies because they were talking on the phone with someone. Maybe they were little loud but staff should’ve warned them quietly instead staff and that guy made a scene then they got turfed out. Also That guy claimed he was the owner

Malick is een kk chille barman man, give the guy a salarisverhoging. Helemaal midden in alle drukte de pooltafel voor ons proberen te fixen enzo. Echte soldier

Love this place, it ticks all the boxes for me: friendly staff, awesome decor, great spots to chill, good music, good beer, and even a pool table and free pinball. I haven't stopped coming here since I found this place by chance after a show at DeLaMar Theatre.

The room itself is good, the location as well but there is no free breakfast included like they say and house keeping should be better informed on how long the clients are staying. The Manager or the person taking care of the place was not very helpful.

Prima hotel, ligt tegenover het De la Mare Theater.

Klein hotel zonder receptie. Mooie kamer, van alle gemakken voorzien en centrale ligging. Aanrader.

Good management, gezellig room with balcony, any requests can be managed via WhatsApp, definitely will stay here again

Heerlijke cocktails en zelfs als je niet weet dat er happy hour is wordt er bij het afrekenen onverwachts 50% van de bon gehaald. Super!
