If I order a Santa Fé pizza and clearly specify "WITHOUT PAPRIKA!!," I find it rather odd that it has paprika on it and no mushrooms... It's a bit of a shame.

Here is my two-part experience at this cafeteria Is this almost certainly the worst snack bar in Leeuwarden? I wanted to give this cafeteria a chance for more than 4 months after 2 very bad experiences. Email contact for a response with R from this establishment was not taken entirely seriously. My advice: Definitely do not have lunch here. The quality of the food is poor and very greasy. Even after a second visit, once you have already told them. This shouldn't be allowed. So, a solid 1 star. Go ahead and do another comparison, and I’ll be happy to let you know.

Very unfriendly, rude man. I am willing to write a review for this. My phone was dead and I expected to meet my husband and son in the square to grab a bite to eat. However, I didn't see them and after a while I politely asked the gentleman if I could make a quick call because I couldn't find my husband and son, considering that we sometimes come here for an ice cream and might even eat something here. It wasn't allowed, no further explanation, just a false grin. Okay... Thank you for your help, sir. It turned out afterwards that my son really needed to pee and my husband happened to have asked to use the toilet here as well. He had to pay 1 euro for it, to then receive that euro as a discount if we ate there. While looking for a euro, my son indicated he couldn't hold it any longer and instead of letting this good man let a 5-year-old boy go to the toilet, he insisted on getting the euro first. As a result, it took too long and my son peed his pants. Subsequently, my husband cleaned everything, so in the meantime, I asked if I could make a quick call. He didn't even consider helping me, and then I saw my husband and child walking out of his toilet. My husband was irritated because he had been cleaning everything for a long time and it could have been prevented. It is truly sad that you aren't a bit more customer-friendly. I can't expect the gentleman to say: "Oh, have you lost your husband and son? Maybe they are here in the toilet." After all, there was NO ONE else in the establishment, and you caused them to take longer yourself. It is fine that I can't expect that, but I do hope that you can expect a hospitality operator not to let a child wet their pants. We left this man high and dry and are never coming here again😅 I only just realized now that it is always empty here; if you treat people like this, no one comes back. This guy should have made a different choice; also, if you look at other reviews, we are certainly not the only ones with a bad experience. If you are already losing revenue because you behave like a jerk, then you are simply a clueless entrepreneur.

Had a delicious meal and was helped and served quickly. Clean and tidy.

Fries were very old when I felt food that had been ready for a very long time.
