Double FF Bilgaard in Bilgaard & Havankpark e.o.

If I order a Santa Fé pizza and clearly specify "WITHOUT PAPRIKA!!," I find it rather odd that it has paprika on it and no mushrooms... It's a bit of a shame.

This place is absolutely disgusting. How awful! Just placed an order for XXL fricandeau fries and two fricandelillas. The mayonnaise was incomplete, inedible, and especially unreachable.

This place has become so expensive! And they even use the cheapest supplier. €4.60 for a small shawarma roll. The other food isn't very tasty either. Absolutely absurd prices. There are much better and cheaper snack bars.

Ordered at 6:15, called after 1 hour and 10 minutes to ask where it was. They were only just starting to prepare it then. The delivery driver was leaving in 5 minutes. It didn't arrive until half an hour later. The raspatat was cold, and they'd forgotten the regular fries. Another half hour later, the fries finally arrived, not even a drink as an apology or anything...

After ordering regularly from DFF Noord for a very long time, I was forced to order from DF Zuid again. Reason: nothing has been going well since about four or five months ago. No sauce, wrongly packaged, no XXL frikandel (you can see it on one of those things on the counter, right?). And last time, no fries! They arrived 40 minutes late! Despite all the apologies and redelivery, not a good sign. Such a shame.

After almost an hour I finally received my order. It turned out that my burger was raw on the inside so I called and was promised a new burger only after waiting almost an hour again, this time I called to see if my order was ready & it was on its way. Less than 10 seconds later the new burger was delivered & it turned out AGAIN that it was raw. I really don't like these kinds of things. Not recommended!

Cold, without atmosphere, not customer-oriented. After waiting 5 minutes without any other customers, an employee was finally able to help me instead of pouring their own coffee and not saying anything to a customer while you are face to face, being able to place an order. This order of 4 ice creams did not go well. After explaining 3 more times what the intention was, it finally worked. Goodbye couldn't be missed either, so here's to never seeing you again. The ice cream was tasty

Then you order two croquette sandwiches (and some other stuff) and then you get this... The sandwiches were nowhere to be found and it looks like someone took a bite out of one of the croquettes. How?!

Waiting 30 minutes for sauce and bread and having my entire order wrong is crazy

Cold food! And at the current prices of snack bars these days, I don't want to receive cold food over and over again.

We were able to eat twice from the well-filled tubs of Kapsalon and the buckets of fries could eat almost all the children on the street. Top quality and great value for money. We remain regular customers!

It seems that this snack bar is now mainly focused on takeaway service and home delivery. Tense atmosphere and the cold room go hand in hand with little attention for the incoming customers. The ordered dish was delivered fairly quickly and correctly. Fries tasted great.

I ordered food, but was given a container of 'food'. The fries were soggy. Everything was lukewarm. I think the raw onions were supposed to provide the 'crispness'. The melted cheese had to be the connecting factor...🤮...after a few bites I knew enough: throw it in the garbage (wherever it seemed to have come from)! And oh yeah, I didn't get the promised 'free coke' either.

Things have often gone wrong lately. I had to wait more than 2.5 hours for my order. Because it was of course busy on January 1, I decided to wait patiently, but after 2 hours I called anyway. The employee on the phone was very rude and uninterested. Finally got my food, the burger was raw inside.

To take something to eat here is asking for to get sick !!!!🤮🤮🤮

I got delivery from this place. The fries were cold and soggy, there was an uncooked one. For a place which is all about the self service and the sole focus is food, is this acceptable? Other stuff I tried were mediocre at best.

Ate in the snack bar itself. Ordered food arrived late and cold. Wasn't exactly what we ordered either. Received 'sorry' as a service, no addition with what was missing, so we paid too much for what we got. Atmosphere... it was cold in the snack bar, not exactly cozy and nice to eat. I won't be going here from now on.

In de snackbar zelf gegeten. Bestelde eten kwam te laat en koud aan. Was ook niet exact wat wij besteld hadden. Als service ‘sorry’ gekregen, geen aanvulling met datgene wat ontbrak dus teveel betaald voor datgene wat wij kregen. Sfeer … het was koud in de snackbar, niet bepaald gezellig en lekker om te eten. Ik ga hier voortaan niet meer heen.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd. After an hour and a half of still not receiving anything, I called. Then I was told they forgot my order. Finally able to eat after 2.25 hours.

Extensive choice. Apparently they are going to do some renovations. Hope this will help the atmosphere.

I find it strange that a week ago I was able to rob my house in Stiens. Now I want to steal again and they no longer deliver to Stiens. Strange now that Stiens is officially part of Leeuwarden, but companies do not recognize this. Furthermore, the food at Double F Noord was and has always been good. But they have now lost a customer who ordered regularly.

We regularly order from this Double FF in Leeuwarden and the food always arrives earlier than expected! The food is still warm upon delivery and is always delicious! Nothing to complain about this establishment!

Na bijna 2 uren nog steeds niks gezien. Telefoon is afgesloten en de status staat al tijden op “bevestigd dat het snel bezorgd wordt”. Asociale onbereikbare toko die niet te bereiken is en je uren laat wachten op een patatje. Neemt de klant dus alles behalve serieus.

A nice snack place with huge portions. A nice place to visit during your stay in the campsite nearby or after a long walk in the forest

Very nice restaurant to see, friendly staff and the food is delicious! But the furniture does need to be replaced, it is outdated and broken. The floor was also quite dirty so it could have been cleaned a bit better. There is a children's corner but it was full of boxes of supplies. You can also park in front of the door (free) and there is a toilet.

Great burger, place can do with some upgrade

not very neat in the matter. Food not very great. Staff not friendly. comments about food are not handled properly. The (young) delivery drivers often drive fast and irresponsibly through the neighborhood.

was received by an older lady (probably the owner) who was eating chewing gum antisocially with her mouth open. This continued during the ordering process and only stopped when we had finished the food and walked outside. Rarely have I experienced such rude behavior as this Mrs. I will continue with that in the future

The delivery still has to drive through the streets a little HARDER. 30km zone probably never heard of it. That driving behavior is irresponsible.

Had a delicious hot meat sandwich. Both the bread and the meat were very tasty. 👌🏻

Eten besteld voor 12:00 lunch met een gast. Wordt het eten 20minuten van te voren bezorgd terwijl de gast er niet is. Erg jammer. Dit was expliciet genoemd in de opmerking.... Toen ik de bezorgster daar op aansprak kreeg ik een grote mond...

Een fantastische snackbar met een erg sympathieke en proactieve eigenaar. Altijd een goede bezorging en top kwaliteit eten. De helden in nood!

Prima eten en een enorme diversiteit aan keuze. Vanaf patat tot pannenkoeken. Vriendelijke jonge mensen.

Super veel keuze. Pasta, pizza, pannekoeken, taco's, maar ook gewoon patat en 100 verschillende soorten snacks. Mooie zaak met veel keus. En het is snel klaar!

Hier krijg je altijd goed gefrituurde patat en vooral de kruidenmayo doet het hier heel erg goed bij!!!

Ja, de patat was lekker! Maar de tafels en de vitrine waar de producten in liggen waren erg vies. Ook op de grond lag veel viezigheid. En één van het personeel vloekte achter de toonbank,terwijl er kinderen in de zaak aanwezig waren. Ik haal volgende keer wel ergens anders.

Mooi, schoon restaurant met ontzettend veel keuze lekker eten.

Wel eens vaker besteld, maar de laatste paar keren waren helaas teleurstellend. 2 x bijna 2 uren moeten wachten op de bestelling. En de laatste was 1 van de snackjes niet meer goed. Sneu om te zeggen maar ga er niet nog eens bestellen.

Ik dacht vandaag even zin te hebben in een broodje mexicano..maar eerst even de reviews lezen. Ga toch maar ergens anders bestellen want laatst x was echt een ramp bij deze zaak(maand of 2 geleden). Alles was koud..niet op smaak..patat slappe kleffe meuk. Ik bestel gewoon weer bij Tom's cafetaria! Dikke doei

Ik zou graag een positievere review plaatsen, want ik vind de mensen die er werken erg aardig. Helaas vind ik de normale patat hier echt niet lekker. Erg flauw van smaak. Ik kan er helaas niet meer van maken. Misschien was het vet oud of de patat zelf... Maar goed ze hebben ook eigengemaakte verse patat. Misschien moet ik die de volgende keer maar bestellen

I was a tourist here. I ate in it, I swear it is amazing. I tried chicken supreme and it is big big and sooooo yummy.

Viel mij een beetje tegen, net niet het juiste besteld wss

Alleen al door de ruime keuze verdiend deze zaak vijf sterren. Dan is het ook allemaal keurig bereidt en nooit te weinig.

Kwaliteit is goed, maar aan de tijd van thuisbezorging wordt niet gehouden. Anderhalf uur moeten wachten op een simpele bestelling. Geen excuses, zelfs geen uitleg na bellen. Niet weer bestellen.

Zojuist patat met snackjes besteld bij double f bilgaard. Bij het krijgen van de bevestiging kregen we een bericht dat de verwachtte bezorgtijd 20 over 6 zou zijn. Helaas werd het eten pas na 7 uur bezorgd. Niet fijn met een gezin met jonge kinderen die om 19.00 uur naar bed gaan normaal gesproken. Als we dit van te voren hadden geweten, hadden we het eten niet besteld. Eten was prima.

Afhaal van een burger met omelet, een patat pindasaus, sate en een kroket. Alles prima bereid, niet vet en de burger zeer smaakvol. De sate is mals en niet vet, de saus ietwat doorsnee. Hier kun je prima terecht voor een goede snack.

This restaurant was fine to eat, we had our food quick and it tasted well. We had fries and coffee. I liked that we could sit outside.
