What a sad intention Cappuccino 4 euros! Lukewarm cup of bad coffee The staff doesn't know what kind of pastries they sell, when we ask, what do you have, she says it's great, just walk to the display case and I'll let you know. Expensive, bad service, miserable quality

Ordered milkshake and it was just water. Exchanged twice and then paid for it, but it is simply not drinkable. At the cash register you will be told in response "this is what the milkshakes are like here". My advice is to avoid this case. bad service, too expensive, bad food and drinks and not customer friendly at all.

Good sandwich, well topped, and excellent cappuccino. Smoothies are also recommended!

Very bad tent. The capuchino was lukewarm, the apple pie tasted like it was months old. There was little point in complaining as the manager laughed in our faces and told us that we simply did not appreciate their "quality." Quite expensively priced for what you get with next to nothing service. This store was just like the city of Hilversum... old, dilapidated and faded glory

We were here with 3 people, Good food... Only at checkout did I have to pay more than was stated on the card... For some of them €0.50 more was charged! That's not so nice... If not, then definitely 4 stars for service

Pricy and low quality of food. They use very cheap ingredients and materials to charge extreme price. Even the cream on top of the ice coffee is not real cream at all! Everyone is able to make the pancake with ham & cheese much better than the chief does, and they charge for 12 euro for 1 portion of pancake…..

Food at this restaurant is ok, but only for takeaway. Service inside the restaurant itself is horrible, seems very understaffed. Current staff will not be winning any Customer Friendly Service awards anytime soon...

The experience was HUMILIATING and DISCRIMINATORY. The short version: during checkout, the cashier smiled cheerfully at my sister (20) but when my sister walked away, the cashier glanced disdainfully at another employee at the counter. When I confronted the cashier about this, she initially denied everything, but later she gave in and changed her story (my sister wears a headscarf. I clearly asked if they knew each other, perhaps from school or the like, which caused the employee to give such a dirty look looked at my sister but they clearly didn't know each other). The manager's response was even worse; instead of showing understanding, he defended the cashier and ignored my request to get my money back. I was even rudely asked to "give the fries back" which was ridiculous. I would be ashamed, I would be ashamed if I were that employee, I would be ashamed if I were her parent, and I would be ashamed if I had an employee like that. Too sick for words. She also didn't dare to talk to me because she knew she was wrong. Definitely a humiliating and discriminatory experience. ABSOLUTE DISADVANTAGE FOR THE MUSLIM AMONG US. Reporting to the police has certainly been done 👍🏻.

Just had a nice meal, great service. Staff very friendly and presentable. Food as promised 😍😋 beautiful view.

Maaltijd Tonijnsalade besteld voor de hoofdprijs van maar liefst 16 (!) euro. Zie foto, en oordeel zelf. Voor dat bedrag verwacht ik een echte maaltijd zoals aangegeven op de kaart. Ik had serieus plaatsvervangende schaamte voor de serveerster die dit moest serveren.

Gezellig koffiepleintje, heel erg vriendelijke dame en personeel, heerlijke broodjes zeer royaal belegd leuk uitzicht prijzen zijn goed!

Wij komen hier vaak een kopje koffie doen terwijl onze zoon op de speeltoestellen zit. Prima koffie en vriendelijke serveersters die heel lief zijn voor mijn zoontje. Moet wel zeggen dat het qua eten best duur is dus heb daar verder geen ervaring in

walked past this cafe for 5 years and finally decided to come here. This cafe is a discovery! Pleasantly surprised by the menu. Found my favorite cheese sticks here. Tasty! The staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is friendly not only for people, but for pets too. Super!

Italiaansebol van de Chef!! Heerlijk!

Broodje gezond besteld, helaas was de sla oud, tomaat niet vers en brood erg hard. Verder wel een gezellig restaurant.

Als we even gaan shoppen met de kleine meid gaan we altijd hier wat drinken omdat ze hier kan spelen ( speeltoestellen tegen betaling ) Latte machiato is lekker maar inderdaad wat aan de dure kant. Personeel is niet heel slim en klantvriendelijk Maar doen verder wat ze moeten doen ( met moeite ) Eigenaar? Komt inderdaad wat stug over maar heb ik zelf nooit mee te maken gehad. Verder niet echt nare dingen meegemaakt maar als ik het hier zo lees durf ik haast niet meer te drinken daar haha Iemand andere tips? 😉

Is een mooie zaak. De koffie was redelijk, maar wel erg duur. We hebben niet ver, daar vandaan voor veel minder geld, ook goede koffie mogen drinken

11 euro for 1 pancake is a bit ridiculous. Tiny cups of coffee. Very expensive for the quality and not the best service either.

Het is een nette zaak met een strak en toch uitnodigend interieur met grijs en paarse kleuren. Uiteraard werd de 1,5 meter in acht genomen. De cappuccino was heerlijk net als het appelgebak.

Even wat gedronken na bezoek aan het shopping center. Op zich niet heel bijzonder. goede locatie wel.

Mooi aangeklede broodjes en goeie koffie.

Prima om even uit te blazen tijdens het shoppen. Wat wel jammer is dat wij een kaartje hadden voor een gratis kopje koffie en de eigenaar dit zonder pardon aan de kant schoof. Was van een paar jaar geleden, wisten wij niet en deden ze niet meer aan. Gek genoeg stond er geen eind datum op en enige coulance was niet mogelijk. Natuurlijk namen wij een kopje koffie tegen betaling maar iets eten? Nee, dat hebben we maar elders gedaan. Gemiste kans!

Zo gezellig. En niet onbelangrijk: lekker eten en vriendelijke bediening

Je kunt hier prima eten tegen een schappelijke prijs. Je zit hier precies in het hart van Hilvertshof. Personeel is vriendelijk en die 'oude' man die hier werkt is misschien wat stug, maar in mijn ogen niet onvriendelijk.

Eet- en drinkgelegenheid in het winkelcentrum Hilvertshof. Redelijke keus uit standaard gerechten voor lunch en avondeten. Kan rumoerig zijn omdat er een speelplaatsje voor kinderen is. De lunch is niet hoogstaand en prijs kwaliteit lijkt doordoor iets scheef.

The food is absolute quality. Can look a bit on the expensive side, but for the value (taste, freshness & portion) you get this is an absolute steal. Great burger and also the rice dishes (with sate) is excellent. Freshly prepped by the chef! Price of drinks can be cheaper though. Excellent service, very friendly and attentive

Super lekker eten! De smoothies zijn ook heerlijk, super gezellig!

Leuke plek met gezellig uitzicht over het winkelcentrum. Super aardig personeel. Vriendelijk. De zoon van de eigenaar is heel geduldig met kinderen. Klanten kunnen een muntje bij de bar halen om gratis naar het toilet te kunnen. Er staat hier dat het een euro kost voor niet-klanten, dat kan ik wel begrijpen, om de toiletten meer een beetje voor de klanten te houden, want er zijn prima openbare toiletten in de kelder van het winkelcentrum zelf. Die kun je zelfs met contactloze pin betalen als je geen kleingeld hebt.

De Beste plek in Hilversum om te lunchen, Prima service en vriedelijk personeel !
