Chefz in Wijk 00 Oosterhout-Centrum

We had a delicious meal here yesterday with four people. Shared dining. Tasty dishes and good house wines. Nice terrace. Friendly service. Spicy chicken, prawns, and pork belly are highly recommended.

Great lunch on a nice terrace and friendly service.

We had buried Mom that morning and wanted to have dinner with our children. We were received kindly and offered condolences after sharing this. At Chefz, we had a relaxed and extensive dinner and enjoyed delicious and beautiful dishes. A true conclusion to my Mother's life!!! We will definitely be back to try some more tasty items on the menu. It was delicious 👌. It is nice that you also have the option to dine all day.

My first visit to this establishment turned out to be a successful, delicious, and therefore extremely positive experience. The menu and drinks selection are excellent and curated with passion. Hospitality and expertise are highly valued. Fair pricing. Atmospheric decor and ambiance. Highly recommended.

What a nice little restaurant on the square in Oosterhout. Varied menu, friendly staff, and a delicious meal.

We had the surprise menu, 5 courses, absolutely delicious, highly recommended.

Extensive menu, delicious lunch, friendly and prompt service. We'll definitely be back for dinner soon!

Sharing diner Fun concept Super tasty food Friendly staff Nice atmosphere Highly recommended! Tip: book in advance 😉

Had a delicious meal, a 4-course surprise menu.

Price-quality ratio is out of whack. Otherwise, it's nice and cozy.

Very cozy atmosphere and very good food.

Nice restaurant, cozy decor, delicious cuisine with beautiful dishes, highly recommended and delicious wine

The food was truly delicious, the staff were very friendly, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommended.

Had such a delicious lunch.... (rainy afternoon)... so we had a lovely lunch at By Chefz.... such friendly staff... immediately made a reservation for Christmas 😁..... knowing that you get good quality food and such good, friendly service...... Hebalzinindekerst😆😅😋😋

Pleasantly surprised. Delicious food with good side dishes.

We had a truly delicious meal tonight. Everything was perfect, the atmosphere was great, and the restaurant felt good. It was packed, but we still managed to stay calm 🥳✅🤩, hats off!

Delicious food. Nicely presented. Very friendly staff. Would love to come back again.

Delicious food, nice service, we will definitely go back.

Great food, lovingly prepared dishes and you can taste it. Very friendly staff

Beautiful setting Friendly staff Delicious food

Great food. Recommended. Personal service. Good wine. Top food.

Had a delicious dinner, very tasty oysters as a starter and Dover sole with fried Dutch shrimps as a main course, highly recommended. For dessert Limoncello tiramisu, a beautiful dish with lots of flavor. To finish, a spoonful of limoncello, exactly as you would expect. Will definitely come back, highly recommended!

A delicious lunch with perfect service. The lady gave us excellent suggestions. This restaurant is highly recommended.

Had a 5 course dinner. Smaller snacks of meat and fish. I missed vegetables, and the "carbohydrates" (e.g. a potato product or rice (it is pure meat or fish)) Dishes were tasty and carefully presented. Good explanation. Friendly service. However, a point of improvement are the Scampis with garlic. Garlic was burnt brown, which obviously did not improve the taste. The solution is garlic, add it later or cook it more slowly. Soup was also really too salty. So those two things deserve attention. Price is solid.

Beautiful place, tasty food, we had a 5 course lunch to share. Surprising small dishes highly recommended!

Top tent, delicious food and super customer friendly!

We sat outside...with the lovely terrace again. After fifteen minutes we went inside and asked if we could order a drink. We had made a reservation at 2 p.m. The lady of the house was very busy chatting...and said it was only 1:55 PM...(your Ou, right) saying that you can order drinks all day long...?!! After this some misunderstandings... still eating and wanting to take the plates with me.... Sorry...didn't see them... The food was delicious...nice plates...and beautifully presented. But not a second time for us.

Very enthusiastic service...surprise menu contained just too many dishes that were served too salty...and desserts that came straight from the refrigerator... Overall nice experience...but room for improvement in the kitchen... The friends who took me to this shop were happy to continue the stew tradition... that gives the benefit of the doubt...

Nice cozy restaurant with friendly service and a wide choice of dishes, the course menus are highly recommended. Discussing in advance can be useful because it can be busy

Very friendly staff and the food is also very tasty!

Delicious dishes with matching wines. Really great

Delicious food!! More than enough food, great service and a very pleasant and quiet atmosphere even though the restaurant was full

We ate and drank delicious food with 10 men. The small dishes all tasted excellent and the service was also great

Today we had a delicious lunch at Chefz in Oosterhout. Cozy, friendly, service, but above all delicious dishes. Due to diet, I haven't been able to enjoy a dessert anywhere in the last 10 years. Well at Chefz and therefore a very well deserved 5 stars.

Recently had lunch here and had chepas dinner two weeks before. Enjoyed both very much! I come here regularly and the food is always delicious, the atmosphere is good and the staff is very friendly. Definitely recommended!

Enjoyed a 5-course surprise lunch. Tasty food, good service. Top

Great service, delicious food and a beautiful view over the market and the church. Margriet is a real star, fast, attentive and always kind🍀 Had dinner at Chefz again yesterday. The small delicious snacks were surprising ❣️❣️❣️

Delicious surprise menu. Service very friendly and good.. Seats were very comfortable. Atmosphere was quiet and cozy.

Always pleasant, always delicious beyond expectations. Once you've been there you'll want to go back! 🤪❤️👍🥂🍺 This chez pas tasting luxury 5 course pampering 🤪🎉👍 It can also be cheaper Have eaten many times, always TOP! Delicious wines, cozy and nice hosts and service! Always worth repeating!! 🎉🥂🎉🤩👌

Cozy little restaurant in the center of Oosterhout. The surprise menu is highly recommended!

Had dinner at Chefz tonight, and we enjoyed it so much. Attractively decorated and not too large. The food was delicious and very friendly service. If you are in Oosterhout, this restaurant/dining room is definitely recommended

Was super delicious Top host and service👍

Had lunch on the terrace today. Trio soup and bouncer. Was very tasty. Menu choice somewhat limited. Some salads or omelette or club sandwich should not be missing from the lunch menu. Very friendly service. Worth repeating, maybe a nice Caesar salad. 😀

Just a response to Jantje Verhaag, if you write something like that for a personal reason, it is really very sad. I've been coming here for years and really can't think of a bad thing. So guys keep it up. And Jantje Verhaag is looking for another hobby. But all of Oosterhout knows that you can have a delicious and relaxed lunch and dinner here

Management was not really interested

22-7 delicious meal with good service

Yes, what can I say, probably overbought reviews, not to eat, really bad, Daro also wanted to give 0 stars, but those house mice are nice. Put a cat there and you have live Tom and Jerry

Nice place, good food, we had a 5 course lunch to share. Nice fresh Chardonnay. Surprising lunch, highly recommended!

Delicious food, top tent. Nice service. Hidden gem in Oosterhout

Enjoyed the 5-course lunch here last weekend. The dishes were really tasty and we were pleasantly surprised. The bread that was served next to it was neatly replenished as desired, which was a very pleasant experience. The service was also perfect and very friendly. Worth repeating!

Wonderful to eat here! Friendly staff and tasty dishes.

Nice restaurant in the center of Oosterhout! Nice and smooth service and, most importantly, delicious food. We sat upstairs by the window and that was fine. Highly recommended

Nice cozy restaurant with delicious food.

Great restaurant with a nice menu and nice staff. We would love to come there!

Going out with the neighbors and having a nice meal.

Tasty toasties. You are immediately full for 2 weeks.

Great place for a delicious lunch, among other things.

Delicious lunch, extensive menu and delicious wines that you can order by the glass. Excellent and pleasant service. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner.

Good food, good atmosphere. To be repeated.

Cozy location for a nice lunch!

Had a delicious meal with colleagues.

Delicious food here. Beautifully presented too. Add fresh vegetables. Good service. Recommended.

Nice location, market in Oosterhout. Attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable staff. But above all, delicious dishes on the menu

We had a lovely time on the terrace, drinks were well chilled, super friendly, attentive service👌

And well deserved 4 stars. Friendly welcome and a nice spot on the terrace. Ordered the charcuterie beforehand and certainly didn't regret it. Unfortunately no photo, but large portion with a nice selection of hams! As a main course: meat and fish while enjoying a delicious matching wine. Great taste, nice portions with tasty fries. Definitely worth a visit again!

The food is always delicious and the atmosphere and conviviality are top notch. We are fans

Service was great. I had a great meal! Nice terrace and nice staff. Especially the girl with glasses

Me and a friend were having a drink today. Staff didn't pay attention to us. Food was inedible and way too expensive. At checkout we were not asked if it was to your liking, etc

Delicious meal, starter of roast beef picanha. Main course I Brabant asparagus, our ma asparagus with pork belly terayaki

Excellent restaurant with extensive menu. You can have a delicious lunch or dinner here. Excellent service

Lovely, a terrace in the sun with a beer and a board.

Culinary delights, soups are delicious, very atmospheric and cozy, pure indulgence!

The stars say enough. It was just really good!

This week we sat on the terrace at Chefz. Excellent meal, friendly service. They seemed understaffed because everything took a long time, and I also didn't think the menu was really summery. Plus the layout of the plate was often done with winter vegetables. The cheeses were very good, but the explanation card was completely wrong.

Delicious lunch at the Oosterhout market. The new owner is a lot nicer!

In a word, fantastic, highly recommended

The food was good, the service was friendly and the atmosphere was cozy, I just had to wait too long between dishes, they took a long time to prepare food, but that was the only thing I didn't like, having to wait so long

On holiday and then of course try out the local restaurants. Chefz already stood out on Google and that was rightly so! Had a wonderful evening with my husband and 2-year-old son. Great flavor combinations, super nice waiter who knew exactly when and when not to have a chat. Relaxed atmosphere. Finally, what I think is most important: responding to a 2-year-old child. Simple dishes conjured up for him. Really congratulations.

Spontaneously went in twice last week for a drink and a small bite. Warm and friendly service and delicious small bites. Recommended!!!

Delicious 5-course lunch menu. Excellent price-quality level. We will definitely come back.

Starter was ok but not great. Dessert ok. Main course was shrimp in garlic oil. There was no taste at all, ordered this dish with 3 people. Shame !!

Had a delicious meal here tonight on Valentine's Day. We ate from the menu, but there was also a Valentine's menu for 2. As an extra, a nice Polaroid photo was taken of us and at the end I, as a woman, received a white rose. Awesome.

Delicious food, good atmosphere and very friendly staff. Highly recommended! It was the first time we ate there, but certainly not the last!

Delicious food in a nice atmosphere with friendly owners. I like coming there!

Delicious food. 5 course chef's choice. It was really great. With a delicious wine arrangement. Good and cheerful service.

Not earned all stars yet, but that's because we haven't finished more dishes yet. But what we had for dinner tonight was super good.

The meal was good and the food was neatly served. We sat outside in the cold and this was perfect with a lamp that makes everything warm. Staff polite and correct. Great tent. A bit too compact inside for me

We are still on our way, but we already know that the weather will be lovely and cozy! It always is there!! Recommended.

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Good service, excellent food, and the perfect atmosphere (lighting and music) for a calm dinner. The presentation of the dishes I had was superb.

Delicious food! Very good service, the food looked and tasted delicious. The service was also very good and pleasant! Definitely recommended 😁

Delicious food and top service!

Weird how delicious it was. Abnormal…. These people can ask whatever they want in terms of price, which is a taste sensation...

very tasty food, the staff is very friendly

Great service, nice atmosphere and food was fantastic! Compliments to the kitchen! The tournedo was perfectly cooked, the flavors of the garnish were surprising and delicious and the presentation was beautiful! Cheers!

There was also live music on the market. Service was friendly and attentive, consumption and snacks were on the table in no time, despite it being quite busy, highly recommended

Great service. Good food and plenty of drink choices.

A quiet place to eat or drink. Terrace is small and not full of sun. The food was good, but better under the previous owner.

Delicious food and good service

Always a pleasant stay at Chefz. Primera food, great service. Recommended.

The food was okay, but for the price you pay I would expect it to be a little better. And had to wait 2 hours for 2 dishes.
