Had a delicious dinner, very tasty oysters as a starter and Dover sole with fried Dutch shrimps as a main course, highly recommended. For dessert Limoncello tiramisu, a beautiful dish with lots of flavor. To finish, a spoonful of limoncello, exactly as you would expect. Will definitely come back, highly recommended!

Had a 5 course dinner. Smaller snacks of meat and fish. I missed vegetables, and the "carbohydrates" (e.g. a potato product or rice (it is pure meat or fish)) Dishes were tasty and carefully presented. Good explanation. Friendly service. However, a point of improvement are the Scampis with garlic. Garlic was burnt brown, which obviously did not improve the taste. The solution is garlic, add it later or cook it more slowly. Soup was also really too salty. So those two things deserve attention. Price is solid.

We sat outside...with the lovely terrace again. After fifteen minutes we went inside and asked if we could order a drink. We had made a reservation at 2 p.m. The lady of the house was very busy chatting...and said it was only 1:55 PM...(your Ou, right) saying that you can order drinks all day long...?!! After this some misunderstandings... still eating and wanting to take the plates with me.... Sorry...didn't see them... The food was delicious...nice plates...and beautifully presented. But not a second time for us.

Very enthusiastic service...surprise menu contained just too many dishes that were served too salty...and desserts that came straight from the refrigerator... Overall nice experience...but room for improvement in the kitchen... The friends who took me to this shop were happy to continue the stew tradition... that gives the benefit of the doubt...

Today we had a delicious lunch at Chefz in Oosterhout. Cozy, friendly, service, but above all delicious dishes. Due to diet, I haven't been able to enjoy a dessert anywhere in the last 10 years. Well at Chefz and therefore a very well deserved 5 stars.

Had lunch on the terrace today. Trio soup and bouncer. Was very tasty. Menu choice somewhat limited. Some salads or omelette or club sandwich should not be missing from the lunch menu. Very friendly service. Worth repeating, maybe a nice Caesar salad. 😀

Just a response to Jantje Verhaag, if you write something like that for a personal reason, it is really very sad. I've been coming here for years and really can't think of a bad thing. So guys keep it up. And Jantje Verhaag is looking for another hobby. But all of Oosterhout knows that you can have a delicious and relaxed lunch and dinner here

Enjoyed the 5-course lunch here last weekend. The dishes were really tasty and we were pleasantly surprised. The bread that was served next to it was neatly replenished as desired, which was a very pleasant experience. The service was also perfect and very friendly. Worth repeating!

Definitely worth a visit again!

This week we sat on the terrace at Chefz. Excellent meal, friendly service. They seemed understaffed because everything took a long time, and I also didn't think the menu was really summery. Plus the layout of the plate was often done with winter vegetables. The cheeses were very good, but the explanation card was completely wrong.

On holiday and then of course try out the local restaurants. Chefz already stood out on Google and that was rightly so! Had a wonderful evening with my husband and 2-year-old son. Great flavor combinations, super nice waiter who knew exactly when and when not to have a chat. Relaxed atmosphere. Finally, what I think is most important: responding to a 2-year-old child. Simple dishes conjured up for him. Really congratulations.

Had a delicious meal here tonight on Valentine's Day. We ate from the menu, but there was also a Valentine's menu for 2. As an extra, a nice Polaroid photo was taken of us and at the end I, as a woman, received a white rose. Awesome.
