Delicious food! There is a set menu that is offered with shared dining. The waiter asks in advance whether dietary requirements should be taken into account (in addition to the fact that everything is vegetarian). Very friendly service.

A lovely gem-of-a-place tucked around the corner that truly tickles ones tastebuds. Lovely choice of vegetarian and vegan that is absolutely amazing. We went for their festive menu a few days ago and their natural wine selection is truly top notch. Our waiter was thoroughly knowledgeable about every pairing wine.

Very accommodating dealing with our group, both during the reservation process and the night itself. The concept of a set menu was fun and tasty. Paired wine recommended.

I thought the service was good and that it was a tasting menu, but I didn't like the food that much. Several things had very strong flavors, such as smoke flavor or lemon leaf. There were things that were fried or tempura, which I didn't like either. The pizzettes were too dense and cheesy, very strong. I also thought it was a shame that a 6-course menu did not include dessert, which I think should be included in a menu. I left a lot behind, which I normally never do. My table companions actually liked it.

My friends and I had the most wonderful evening at Chez Nina! The food, wine, ambience and service were exceptional! Our waiter and sommelier was so attentive, knowledgeable and personal and really made our night! Out of a group of four, one vegan and one veggie even almost turned our carnivorous friends as the plant based menu was an absolute dream! Would highly recommend !

We ate here yesterday with 2 friends. We wanted to be surprised by the vegetarian cuisine. Ordered the full menu 3 times (excluding desserts). If you realize that there was 144 euros worth of food on the table, I think it is a bit meager, especially for pizza with fig gorgonzola, hummus and mushroom schnitzel. I liked the beet falafel (unfortunately 1 p.p.) the best. I really like fried polenta (preferably with parmesan foam) But unfortunately these pieces were cold, tough and hard and fried in advance. Just like bitterballen, these should be served fresh from the fryer/oil. Another dip, a kind of baba gamoush, had too overpowering the artificial smoke flavor that is so popular nowadays. Pleasant evening. nice wines, but the food was a bit disappointing and I expected more innovative from a restaurant specialized in vegetarian cuisine.

Stunning little place, perfect for celebrating with friends and loved ones. We had the autumn feast menu - 4 courses but pretty sure we got extra!! Bread was so tasty and the greens in tahini were perfect. 3 natural wines to accompany the amazing food were great. Never had such a dark rose before but loved it. Such friendly staff too!

Gran elección, aunque estábamos bastante llenos y no teníamos espacio para un postre. Se veían deliciosos. Excelente maridaje con un vino que normalmente no habríamos elegido. We just visited this amazing place, and I can’t recommend it enough! They have a fantastic selection of gluten-free and vegan options, and everything we tried was incredibly delicious. The staff is absolutely lovely and greets you with a warm smile. A special shout-out to Niamh☘️, who made our experience even better with her friendly and attentive service. We’ll definitely be coming back! (The peanut bucatini and lemon tart are highly recommended😋😋😍)

We were three people and ordered the 4-course menu. The appetizer was nothing incredible and two of the dishes were delicious but we couldn't even finish the other two. Good service, friendly and attentive. I don't think I'll go back, there are better vegetarians.

Yesterday we ate at Chez Nina for the second time. The first time was a year ago, I already loved the food then, but I have the feeling that it has only gotten better. We took the 7-dish menu with wine pairing, the dishes were all delicious and the wine matched well with the food we received. It was nice that we were allowed to taste first and that they thought along if a wine was not quite to our taste. The dishes came to the table at a good pace, but not too hastily, we enjoyed a delicious meal for 2.5 hours. The service was also very good and the staff is very friendly. The only downside was that at the end we had no room for the lemon meringue tart, which was so recommended by the staff.

Incredible meal! Not only was the food divine, Luu was hands down the best server I’ve had ever. Knowledgeable and we felt like we were in great hands the way Luu guided us ordering. Will definitely be back again.

Very delicious, we had the second tasting menu and it was delicious. The only thing I wasn’t a big big fan of the pizza but all other dishes were very delicious. As a “dessert” we decided for the Paloma cocktail and it was very good. Service is also very friendly.

We had a super fun evening at Chez Nina. Delicious vegetarian dishes with lots of flavor and a good selection of wines. The atmosphere is cozy, fantastic terrace and the staff very nice. Josephine made sure that we lacked nothing and that we felt completely at home. I can recommend everyone to come and eat here once (or more often)!

Very slow service. We had made an order, and half an hour later the waitress came to us and asked if we got any of the dishes. The answer is “No”, the first half of an hour we had been just waiting. After the first hour of our 2 hours reservation they served only 2 dishes from the 6 dishes menu set. The dishes themselves were ok, but nothing special. All food was generously soaked in oil. Zucchini were burnt. It smelled cheap oil as it was from a fast food diner. The pizza was ok. I also was disappointed that there are no options to change dishes in the set. For example, I don’t eat beetroot, and I couldn’t replace it with another dish instead. The place located in very unpleasant area of the city and looks cheap (at least the terrace where we were sitting). The tables are too big with awkward holes all throughout. When we had pasta, one piece just fell through the hole on my boyfriend’s shoes. And if someone accidentally knocks over a glass of wine, it will spill all over your feet. No tablecloth. Even a waitress told a guy at the next table that she thinks these holes look absurd and make zero sense

This place is wonderful! The concept is easy and lovely with a set veggie menu. The food is amazing and freshly prepared. The service is outstanding really so so friendly and very understanding of hospitality. 10/10 recommended.

Delicious, down to earth, and great service. We stumbled on this place without a reservation and they made an effort to seat us on a busy day. Once we got the food we felt incredibly lucky. Each dish was memorable, tasty, and beautiful.

Beautiful restaurant. Ella was amazing and so kind! I loved how professional and attentive she was. Food is absolutely delicious, and I’m not even vegetarian… we enjoyed the unique fruit sodas as well. This is a top place in Amsterdam with incredible service! We will definitely be coming back.

After a walk in Westerpark, we felt like having coffee. Since Piet de Gruyter was busy on the terrace, we went next door to Chez Nina. It was our first time here. We were able to get a table and decided to look at the menu. We ordered one cappuccino and one latte, and also a dessert. My husband had the lemon tart and I had the peanut butter cake. Delicious in taste. The peanut butter cake was not too sweet, which was just right for me as I'm not a big fan of sweets. The lemon cake was fresh with fine flavors, also not too sweet. Next time, we might just eat here. The service is good and friendly. We were cheerfully served by the young lady. It's just a pity that you really have to go inside to pay. It might be handy to have an extra card machine so that you don't have to ask guests to go inside to settle the bill.

Amazing food, could be a bit more healthy and less carb-heavy but oh well. I just hope that the service will speed up a bit by time, otherwise one of my favorite places.

The food was good but not wowing, somehow the expectations (also considering the price) were a bit higher. The service was a bit sloppy in the beginning but then Lucas turned it around and really created a lovely evening for us. Good knowledge of wines and helps with finding the right wine for you. The atmosphere was okay but also not amazing, the whole place looks and feels a bit too polished and doesn’t feel very warm. Overall decent but still room for improvement.

Dishes were served far too quickly one after the other. Our request to wait a while was not followed. The table was full even though we had not finished the previous round yet. Felt very rushed. Taste was fine, could have been more special. Not great in terms of wine either. The atmosphere inside is good.

Staff was very nice, quick and professional. we liked the wine menu as well. The food however was very mediocre. Tasted good, but nothing special. We found that certain ingredients are being repeated in more than one dish. For a restaurant that encourages you to pick a course menu, it feels a bit messy. There are fine dining restaurants in Amsterdam that fall in the same price segment

On Easter Sunday I had a nice dinner with my sister at Chez Nina. We chose the full menu. The food was very tasty, beautifully presented and innovative flavor combinations. We only found the dish with the boiled egg to be simple and of no added value. We were served very nicely by one waiter in particular. This enthusiastic boy really completed the experience. He knows what he is serving the guests, knows what he is talking about in terms of wine advice and is polite, friendly and enthusiastic. I hope he will receive these compliments! In terms of price range, it is above average. As far as I'm concerned it was worth it.

Was here on the first day of the new spring menu. I enjoyed everything with 2 particular dishes standing out in taste and presentation. panisse with pickledipp and the Beet Tatrtare. The place is stylish, popular with the female crowd. I'll be coming back for the great food and atmosphere.

Mini menu of 4 courses for €39 pp. Dishes super tasty and well flavoured. Dessert was a disappointment. I was satisfied, but I think the menu price is way too high for what is served. The cocktails were good. The atmosphere and service are very mediocre.

Yesterday evening my friend an I had a great experience at Chez Nina. The staff was super friendly, helpful and flexible. The food was amazingly delicious and the wines were also perfectly matching. You can choose between vegetarian and fully vegan which is great. Its a very cosy/casual/romantic setting and I will definitely come back again as they change their menu every now and then. Loved it, thank you for the efforts of creating this experience.

Delicious food, very creative, but they work with time slots , with 2 hours maximum.... that is very poor for a place like this ..... you have to eat very fast. not very friendly when you ordered a menu with , for example, 5 or 6 courses....

Been looking forward to trying this restaurant for some time. We were a bit disappointed with the dishes, we had the small menu, where you get 4 dishes to share for €39 per person. The pizza was tasty but not more than that, the pasta was extremely salty and the cauliflower bites were not really anything special. The nori was very tasty and so was the zucchini. But for €39 the man, I just didn't think it was special enough. The food arrived very quickly and we had to wait a long time for our wine. Shame!

Had a wonderful Sunday brunch at Nina's! Everything was extremely tasty and very nicely put together. A delight for the tastebuds and a lovely atmosphere.

The three of us had lunch here yesterday. Had the tasting menu of 7. We found all the dishes very tasty. I had read some negative reviews over the past few weeks/months. I couldn't agree with it at all. We thought it was generous portions and great value for money. All delicious, surprising and tasty dishes. Service was also very friendly. Highly recommended!

Delicious food and a nice evening!

We celebrated a birthday with four people. Food was great and service from some not so great. They only had a spot for 1,5 hours. Because table was reserved at 20 o clock. 19:50 they said we had to leave in 10minutes but in the meantime snother table for four became free. We suggested they would already clear our table which wasn’t a option. In the end we where standing in the room finishing our drinks untill 20:20 and both tables still not occupied. We addressed our opinions of having us seated with two free tables would have been a good idea. Instead of a normal adult discussion we had to hit the highway.

I have been living in Amsterdam for two years and this is without a doubt the best dinner I have had in the city for the raw materials used, the technique and the concept of the restaurant. It deserves a Michelin star, preferably green.

I was very pleased with Chez Nina last year. The food is very tasty. But now unfortunately the prices are no longer in proportion to what you get... I also read it in several reviews. So perhaps something to include in your evaluation. For this reason I won't be coming back for dinner anytime soon.

A really nice vegetarian restaurant with a nice concept. It was pleasantly busy and the only disadvantage was that it was all quite loud. You have to make a little effort to please your table companions. Very nice and friendly staff. Everything was well organised

Amazing, best vegetarian restaurant in Amsterdam! So delicious!!

We hebben gisteren met z’n drieën geluncht bij Chez Nina. We kozen voor het 5 gangen shared lunch menu en heel eerlijk: het viel ons erg tegen. De gerechten waren an sich niet onsmakelijk maar veel te prijzig voor de kleine porties die we met z’n drieën moesten delen. Als je bedenkt dat je €24 voor een klein bordje sla betaalt (wat je dus met z’n drieën moet delen) of idem voor een mini kommetje pasta. Ook de service voldeed zeker niet voor een lunch van €200 van nog geen 2uur. Op de vraag welke wijn geadviseerd werd, kwam enkel het antwoord ‘kijk maar op de wijnkaart’, er werden geen lepels gebracht bij de gerechten die je deelt, brood werd niet bijgevuld (waar moet je dan de dips a €24 per schaaltje voor gebruiken?), de koffie was doodgeslagen en gemorst en ook daar geen melk, lepeltje of koekje bij. We zijn alle drie geen veeleisende personen, maar we hadden absoluut meer verwacht van een restaurant van dit kaliber. Het is duidelijk dat die verwachtingen echt niet zijn waargemaakt. Ondanks dat het eten best gesmaakt heeft, vonden we het al met al vooral erg overpriced en teleurstellende beleving. Wellicht dat er meer aandacht wordt geschonken aan het diner in de avond, zowel in porties als service?

Wat een fijne plek! Geweldige service door uiterst deskundige en ronduit charming staf. Indrukwekkend smaakavontuur, opgebouwd rondom een spaghetti-salade combi op 3/4 van de maaltijd. Brood en toetje waren top - wat wil een mens nog meer? Hoewel tevens tikje overdadig: ook in de vega-keuken is less vast more :). Sfeer prima, hoewel niet al te veel van gemerkt - misschien is dat juist een goed teken.

A smart dinning concept and ambience which suits well for most crowds (not only vegetarians) and any occasion. + Kind and accommodating staff. - Price/ quality. 10 euro for two fried balls (the amount wasn't stated in the menu) is a bit ridiculous. Double the amount would have been more fair for the price/ quality. I also think we were highly overcharged for a glas of cava topped with orange juice (12 euro). In the menu cava is 7 euro and orange juice 3 euro, so the price didn't make sense and is usually not more than 8-10 euro elsewhere. My partner had already payed the bill before I noticed. - No menu on website and a bit inconvenient to ask for it. Usually I pick another restaurant if there's no menu.

Really wonderful food. We had a tasting menu which was all delicious and a lot of food! However the waiting staff were not very attentive. I would absolutely visit this place again but maybe ask to sit near the staff. Had to go up to ask to pay at the end of the meal.

Ondanks prima eten blinkt dit restaurant vooral uit in ongastvrijheid. Je krijgt een tijdslot van 2 uur (sowieso al niet bepaald relaxed voor uit eten gaan), en een paar minuten voor die tijd om is begint het personeel je op alle mogelijke manieren duidelijk te maken dat je geacht wordt het pand te verlaten. Als klap op de vuurpijl: een dessert bestellen kon niet meer, daar was geen tijd voor. Sfeerloze bedoeling, als het zo moet. Jammer, want een vegetarisch restaurant als dit had zo leuk kunnen zijn.

We had the full tasting menu and it was gorgeous. We enjoyed every dish and the cocktails were also yummy. As someone with a gluten intolerance, I was so grateful of how they were able to accommodate my dietary requirements, making minor tweaks to the original dishes so i could enjoy the same plates as everyone else. Excellent quality, service and reasonable prices!

I love that they have the concept of fine dining at reasonable prices. I think it’s perfect date venue or even to have a catch up with the girls as I would highly recommend the sharing menu. The Chef is also super accommodating as we requested certain some dishes be gluten free and they catered for this. Food was absolutely delicious.

While the service was amazing, the food was extremely underwhelming. Especially for the price point. We had the 7 course meal. Most dishes were bland, simple in flavor and forgettable.

The brassiere itself is a great place to sit down and take a break from the city. The staff is helpful, friendly, attentive and quick. The food is delicious and the natural wines they have are also very good. I had the deep fried cauliflower that comes with mayonnaise on the side -very crispy on the outside and still with a bit of a crunch inside. And then I got the mushroom tagliatelle which comes in a beautiful rich sauce. The only downside were the warm, partially cooked and sliced Cornichons in the dish. Diced and uncooked would have added a bit more bite. Cheesecake for dessert was divine. Highly recommended.

Tasted the new winter menu yesterday and absolutely loved it. The ingredients tasted fresh. The combinations were warm and thoughtful. Wine pairing was on point especially the 2016 sweet wine. Must visit!

Aanwezig bij de onthulling van het nieuwe menu. Ik heb van begin tot eind genoten. En wilde gelijk al mijn vrienden (die vaak ook vlees eten) nogmaals meenemen naar dit restaurant. En ik ben niet zo van de herhaling. Met deze smaken mis je vlees of vis geen seconde. Deel niet vaak een review maar ben echt heel enthousiast. 🙏🏼

Completely vegetarian menu and wide variety of options including natural wines. We had a tasting menu with 7 courses to share and a dessert each. Overall the food tasted good. However, it is not a typical fine dine but prices were close to it. And required prior payment similar to real fine dine restaurants. The prices are definitely hyped because it is fully green but dishes were just ok. I would have had better experience in Neni or Nela which has alot of vegetarian options and paid similar prices with much better vibe.

What a lovely surprise this restaurant! All the staff are so friendly! All dishes we tried were delish. Good wines too. I gave 3 starts on the atmosphere just because it way too chilly in the restaurant. I was sitting next to a window, had to keep my jacket on. But overall good vibes and wonderful food!
