Nice place, fixed price , unlimited shots in given time. However it is a bit pricy. There are a lot of driving ranges in NL where you can hit same amount of balls for 10 times cheaper price.

We organised a birthday event at chi chi with a group of 18 people including snacks, drinks and entertainment bays. The food was delicious and service was great. We enjoyed with our group.

You can eat well there, and it is a fun activity to hit a ball with some friends or colleagues. The systems work excellently.

The service was poor; a drink was forgotten, we mentioned it again, and received the wrong drink. Furthermore, our practice mat had been swapped by other guests, resulting in four people standing in line. We called over a staff member, but he couldn't manage it either; we called over another person, but he couldn't manage it either. Eventually, the guests who had swapped the mat told us that that might be the problem. We wasted at least fifteen minutes because of this. It didn't work to offset it against playing time, although we did get free drinks for the first round. When settling the bill, they turned out to simply be on the account. So, everything was a bumpy ride. Perhaps due to the busyness, that is possible, but an apology would have been nice.

Nice for when you're not into golf. In my opinion, the food could be 5-10% cheaper for what you get. Otherwise, just go there.

I had a work meeting here; it was well taken care of, the staff were friendly, and I finished off with a game of golf. Great.

The golfing was fun! We went here for a work team outing, so everything was on the boss's tab. Which is a good thing, because everything was quite on the pricey side. Delicious chai latte and vegan bitterballen! Golf isn't even really my thing, but the atmosphere was great and it was a fun experience. I would do it again in a heartbeat (on the boss's tab 😉)

We didnot eat much. We mainly played gold and had tea, so I am not sure about the food!

Large parking lot, but no private parking for Chi Chi. Unfortunately, there were no charging points for electric cars. We checked in at the front desk and received a brief explanation there, as we were completely new and unfamiliar with the area. We were told, however, that there would be enough staff at the course to help where necessary. We were on time and were allowed to wait at the bar for a moment. It was very busy there because it was a changeover time for the courses, so unfortunately, everyone was getting in each other's way. Then we started hitting on the course. I am left-handed, and there were no left-handed golf sets available on the course itself. Because of this, I had to hit with my right hand at the start. There was supposed to be enough staff to ask questions, but the first time we saw someone was only after 20 minutes. I did eventually get a left-handed set then. For right-handed players, hitting was also very pleasant; a ball came up automatically. For left-handed players, you had to constantly pick up the ball and place it properly yourself. That is fun at first, but after a while, you spend more time bending down to place the ball properly than actually hitting. It is very annoying to keep bending down, especially when you don't feel completely fit. We also tried out the different games; we were advised to set the difficulty to easy, as that was supposed to make it easier to play. However, even when you did that, you still had to hit the ball very far to reach your target. Because of this, we found the games a bit disappointing. The food and drinks were good, though, and arrived quickly.

I would like to give Sueda from Chi Chi a big compliment! I was a bit confused about the reservation I had made, and Sueda helped me out tremendously over the phone. She was very customer-friendly and understanding, really thought along with me, and ultimately came up with a great solution. It was very pleasant to have her on the line, and I felt really well helped. Additionally, the atmosphere at Chi Chi itself was also top-notch. A nice and cozy place with good service. All in all, a very positive experience! ❤️

Restaurant and bar area - Dangerous situations and very poor service Had dinner and played golf for an hour. Chi Chi in Utrecht does not have its act together. The food is not tasty (fries tough and cold, no vegetables, pork belly soft) and the staff is far too young, inexperienced, and disorganized. The low point of the evening was the safety. During our visit, the fire alarm went off and smoke came out of the air conditioning (it started to smell like fire). The staff did absolutely nothing and appeared to have no Emergency Response training. No one directed guests outside, causing a large portion of the guests to simply remain seated. To make matters worse, the escape doors were locked. I could not get through. The fire alarm blared for 20 minutes and the staff turned it off themselves. This could have ended very badly. A dangerous and irresponsible situation. As long as safety and the standard of the staff are not up to par, it is better to avoid this place. I hope the fire department and the Municipality conduct a thorough investigation and, for now, come to check weekly.

Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. We had only been playing for about five minutes when someone in our group got hit full in the eye with a ball. It hurt so much that we had to stop immediately and eventually went to the emergency room. However, compliments to the girl who worked there and immediately tried to help her with water and ice. She was very sweet and helpful. What we found particularly disappointing is that we asked if we could make up the remaining playtime on another day. Given the circumstances and the fact that we had literally only played for five minutes, that seemed like a reasonable request to us. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no possibility for that. We would have really appreciated a little leniency in such a situation.

During the warm days, we had a wonderful time hitting balls on the driving range and then enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant downstairs. The driving range offers incredibly fun games and interactive options, and there is plenty of staff walking around to help you or take your drink order. The restaurant is also highly recommended: the food is delicious and the menu offers a nice variety. We opted for the Chef's Menu. We received excellent service from the staff, who not only gave us great dining tips but also surprised us with their excellent wine knowledge and taste! If you rent a lane here, I absolutely recommend going there for a meal afterwards.

The golfing system and diverse set of games they had were really fun. I usually like playing at places like Topgolf, but this one disapponted me. Customer service was extremely lacking for our table specifically. We didn’t have help or explanations when we came in and were told to just go find our section ourselves. The waiters would pass by our table multiple times as if they were deliberately ignoring us. Some people came in and were attended to immediately. We had to flag somebody down to finally help us. Everything was pretty overpriced too, like one of the really small coffee drinks we ordered cost 4 euros.

Great fun for an outing and a nice way to be active. Easy to book. Friendly staff. The explanation is good. We had lunch as well, truly fantastic.

A golf lounge like this is just fun for everyone. This is the new bowling outing you had to go to early in the morning with your whole family. The practice green and chipping area are well-maintained and offer sufficient challenge.

A nice location. Unfortunately, our course was out of order, which was quite annoying because the balls didn't return automatically and I had to duck every time. I sent an email immediately that evening. As compensation, I received half the money back into my account, so excellent service. Additionally, the staff was friendly and we had a very enjoyable evening of golf.

Look, it is possible: teenagers who are actually customer-oriented and friendly. It's great that management is paying the right attention to this. Furthermore, it's a nice location; the only thing is that the games don't always seem accurate when it comes to hitting the targets.

Nice location for an activity with drinks and/or food

The five of us went out onto the course to hit some balls. It was very pricey. It delivers what it is supposed to deliver, but you can hit balls and play games at any golf club. You are mainly paying for the atmosphere. If you want to hit balls, you are better off going to a local golf club where you can hit more balls. Chi Chi is more of an outing and an experience, but we thought the lunch menu looked too pricey. So we only had drinks. The people were very friendly though. So overall 🌟🌟🌟

Yesterday, my colleagues and I had a great time playing golf and enjoying delicious food in the garden. The staff were very kind and polite, atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was excellent. It is a very large and spacious venue with a beautiful garden area, making it perfect for large groups. Everything was wonderful, and we had a fantastic experience. Highly recommended! Golf was very fun.

Been there often! Had nice experiences until one time I had to cancel due to someone being sick 5 or 6 hours in advance... they couldn't do anything for me and I could kiss my money goodbye :( Service in that area is definitely hard to find.

My experience with Chi Chi Golf was, unfortunately, particularly disappointing. Upon arrival, we were immediately received unpleasantly. We had a reservation for two people. My wife only wanted to take a quick look around and later join us for drinks and lunch. To our surprise, we were informed that an extra €20 had to be paid for this. There is absolutely no communication about this when making the reservation. Imposing such costs retroactively is not transparent and does not demonstrate customer friendliness. The reception was cold and unwelcoming. In a hospitality establishment where high prices are charged, one should at least expect a professional and service-oriented approach. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Throughout the rest of the day, the feeling persisted that commercial interests were more important than the guest. Ultimately, you pay top dollar for food and drinks, while the service and hospitality fall far below the level one should expect. I came into contact with Chi Chi Lounge through the FC Utrecht business club. Based on this experience, I will therefore not recommend this location within my business network. There are plenty of alternatives where transparency, service, and hospitality are central. For us, this was a one-time visit, and we will not return.

I always enjoyed coming here with my children, but after my last visit, I'm completely done with it. I had reserved an entertainment bay so my children could play while I—due to a hernia—could just watch quietly with a cup of coffee. However, upon entering, I was addressed in a particularly unfriendly manner: I had to pay 24 euros too, otherwise I would be denied entry. This had never been a problem before, and the way it was presented was downright disrespectful. No understanding, no explanation, just a harsh tone as if I were trying to evade something. When you are treated like this as a regular customer, the fun quickly wears off. This feels like pure rip-off. They won't see me here again.

Very tasty, stylish food. The tables are a bit small for the "shared dining" concept. Renting a golf bay for an hour is fun entertainment; a bit of talent for or experience with driving makes it more enjoyable, though.

Great location. Really fun to do. We stayed upstairs, where you could choose your own games to make hitting the ball even more fun. Plenty of parking and easily accessible from the highway.

We were there for a company outing. We had to wait almost an hour for the drinks to arrive, and the order wasn't even complete. The food was okay, but here too, serving drinks took forever.

Didn't eat, so I can't judge. But golfing is super fun, and afterwards I had a few cold beers at the bar. Yummyyyy... the atmosphere was great and the service perfect. Life isn't so bad 👌

We recently had a team outing here. Nice meeting room with a projector. Gave a presentation and had some soft drinks and coffee. Then played golf. Fun and informal. It was my first time, and even though I sucked, it was fun. Afterwards, had a nice meal and some drinks.

The driving range was very nice. The service, however, was ridiculously bad. 5 men behind the bar (staring sheepishly ahead) and 1 on the terrace. Our order didn't go through; that can happen. But for the rest of the afternoon, they didn't even notice us. We ended up skipping dinner because we weren't being served. Where is the manager on the floor?

I went there through work. The golfing itself was fun and we received good instructions. The food itself was inedible; the only thing that was good was the mayonnaise.

It was great fun to do, and a beautiful location.

A nice place to hit a few balls together and go on a group outing. You can sit comfortably at the cozy drive ranges where you hit balls and order drinks. You have to go inside for food. The food was fine, but don't be surprised by the price. It is on the high side.

We reserved a bay in the middle. We arrived and were told that the bay was broken and that we had been given a different one (somewhere in a corner). Once we got upstairs, we saw people simply golfing on the bay we had reserved. We walked back down to the counter to complain, only to be given a lame excuse that another colleague had given the course away to others? It is very strange that you say the reserved bay is broken and yet people are standing there hitting. Because of this story, we were also able to play 10 minutes less… Additionally, the staff is very pushy, and someone comes by every fifteen minutes to ask if you want anything to drink or eat.

Extremely dissatisfied with the policy regarding partial refunds of the purchase amount. When you book a court, you pay per person. If you then call well in advance to say you are coming with fewer people, you cannot get that money back into your account. I really think that is unacceptable. Moreover, it cannot be applied as a discount on the receipt, but only as credit on a Chi Chi account for a future booking. The argument is that this is technically impossible due to ‘separated systems’. Give me a break; in 2026, you can't apply a refund or a manual deduction on the receipt. It is simply a policy choice that is extremely customer-unfriendly, which the employees simply have to explain to a customer (which was also very awkward). I advise everyone to just book a court for 1 person and indicate upon arrival how many people you are with.

We ate here and played golf for an hour. Everything regarding facilities is in order, the golfing itself was a fun experience, and the staff regularly came by to ask if we wanted another drink. What was truly the highlight for us was the fantastic food. Chef Dennis really did his utmost to provide us with a variety of dishes for over 3 hours that were amazing in terms of both taste and presentation. The only downside, personally, was the music, which was actually too loud. This made it difficult to understand each other at the restaurant and forced us to constantly raise our voices. However, the golf course does feel like a somewhat trendier place that apparently focuses more on a younger crowd, so perhaps that was a deliberate choice.

First time here. Received a friendly welcome right away, and went out onto the terrace for dinner on the staff's recommendation. Afterwards, had a delicious meal and played golf. Great evening!

Nice concept. Accessible to young and old, with or without golf experience, based on playing various 'games'. Possibility to order snacks and drinks while teeing off in the bay. You are under cover and there are heaters, so I could take off my jacket. Friendly staff, but it just took a bit long for an order to be taken. The snacks were very tasty. I will definitely go back again. Very fun to do.

Very unsafe! I went here to hit a ball for the first time with my girlfriend, and I noticed that the proportion of people with no golf experience whatsoever is very high. You see balls flying in all directions, and my girlfriend even got hit on the head with a golf club from someone two holes away! The staff's reaction was: 'it happens'... Hopefully, you will take action to ensure customer safety, for example by raising the nets to the ceiling. Otherwise, I certainly won't be coming back here!

Pleasantly surprised! Hitting a ball is fun this way. There could be a bit more basic explanation, though, instead of "only for a fee." Furthermore, the food was delicious and the atmosphere is cozy! All in all, had a nice evening.

Very rude staff who took an extremely long time to prepare meals (an hour for a main course and 30 minutes for a few fries from the fryer). Very disappointed in the intercollegial cooperation.

The staff were very unfriendly and slow; the place was almost empty, and there were eight people standing there, yet everything took an hour. The bar staff, on the other hand, were competent.

A great place to hit with groups of 3-6 people on an interactive drive range. The automatic setup is fast, so you can hit a lot of balls :). If you hit again before the computer is ready, that shot isn't counted in some games: great for some extra practice. The service is friendly, and we were provided with plenty of drinks. There's ample parking. The regular golf course looked okay from a distance, but we didn't walk on it. All in all, it was very enjoyable.

We wanted to book a round at the entertainment bay. We saw a price of €86.25, but as soon as we logged in to pay, the price suddenly increased by almost €20. It was just a lure, but we were being ripped off.

I was at Chi Chi bar/restaurant on Friday evening (November 28, 2025). It's very stylish and atmospheric. The manager's hospitality made me feel immediately welcome. The staff were also very friendly, and I noticed that, despite the crowd, they regularly came to ask if I needed anything. How nice! The young man behind the bar made me a delicious cocktail, and there was a DJ playing some great pop music. Thanks for the lovely evening, and see you soon.

Golfing is great fun, but the food isn't what you'd expect for the price you pay. It's truly scandalous! Don't do the shared dining!

We had a delicious meal and declined. Unfortunately, it was very cold because the heaters weren't on constantly. We were in bay 6, overlooking the entertainment area.

Beautiful modern driving range.

Centrally located in the Netherlands, right next to the A27 motorway. Excellent catering facilities for snacks and drinks. A golf game where you stand on a high balustrade and hit the ball downwards, with distance and speed measured. The winner is the one who hits the furthest. My own 42 meters, others 80. A fun, relaxing experience centrally located near Utrecht.

Chichi Gold is a beautiful golf course to play. The course is immaculately maintained, and the views are truly magnificent. You do need to book in advance, as it fills up quickly, especially on weekends. I found the lunch a bit over the top – it all looks luxurious, but it could be a bit less overdone and a bit more normal and practical for golfers.

The employee on the phone, Monique, is very irritated. Totally unprofessional.

It was incredibly fun, but although the service was excellent, it would have been better if someone walked around to provide some guidance. Inside, I missed having enough seating to eat.

Gosh, I was so wrong about how boring it would be. They've added a really fun element to golf, which makes it challenging. You can eat and drink while playing. The staff is friendly. The only thing that could be improved would be for people like me without golfing experience to take a few minutes to explain which stick to use for what. I'll definitely be back!
