Very few parking spaces, which was a real shame. We lost 10 minutes of our playing time because of this. There was still food on the ground from the people in front of us. We had a great time playing golf, though!

Cool games that make golf more than just hitting a ball.

Very rude staff who took an extremely long time to prepare meals (an hour for a main course and 30 minutes for a few fries from the fryer). Very disappointed in the intercollegial cooperation.

The staff were very unfriendly and slow; the place was almost empty, and there were eight people standing there, yet everything took an hour. The bar staff, on the other hand, were competent.

A great place to hit with groups of 3-6 people on an interactive drive range. The automatic setup is fast, so you can hit a lot of balls :). If you hit again before the computer is ready, that shot isn't counted in some games: great for some extra practice. The service is friendly, and we were provided with plenty of drinks. There's ample parking. The regular golf course looked okay from a distance, but we didn't walk on it. All in all, it was very enjoyable.

A fun outing for groups, also suitable for colder weather. Ample parking and a wide selection of food and drinks.

We wanted to book a round at the entertainment bay. We saw a price of €86.25, but as soon as we logged in to pay, the price suddenly increased by almost €20. It was just a lure, but we were being ripped off.

Cozy, easy to order a drink, fast service, only the parking lot is very dark with a warning sign about active car break-ins... that's not so nice!

I was at Chi Chi bar/restaurant on Friday evening (November 28, 2025). It's very stylish and atmospheric. The manager's hospitality made me feel immediately welcome. The staff were also very friendly, and I noticed that, despite the crowd, they regularly came to ask if I needed anything. How nice! The young man behind the bar made me a delicious cocktail, and there was a DJ playing some great pop music. Thanks for the lovely evening, and see you soon.

Golfing is great fun, but the food isn't what you'd expect for the price you pay. It's truly scandalous! Don't do the shared dining!

We had a delicious meal and declined. Unfortunately, it was very cold because the heaters weren't on constantly. We were in bay 6, overlooking the entertainment area.

Beautiful modern driving range.

Centrally located in the Netherlands, right next to the A27 motorway. Excellent catering facilities for snacks and drinks. A golf game where you stand on a high balustrade and hit the ball downwards, with distance and speed measured. The winner is the one who hits the furthest. My own 42 meters, others 80. A fun, relaxing experience centrally located near Utrecht.

Chichi Gold is a beautiful golf course to play. The course is immaculately maintained, and the views are truly magnificent. You do need to book in advance, as it fills up quickly, especially on weekends. I found the lunch a bit over the top – it all looks luxurious, but it could be a bit less overdone and a bit more normal and practical for golfers.

It was incredibly fun, but although the service was excellent, it would have been better if someone walked around to provide some guidance. Inside, I missed having enough seating to eat.

Gosh, I was so wrong about how boring it would be. They've added a really fun element to golf, which makes it challenging. You can eat and drink while playing. The staff is friendly. The only thing that could be improved would be for people like me without golfing experience to take a few minutes to explain which stick to use for what. I'll definitely be back!

We went to Chi Chi Golf Club with a group. It was a fantastic location for a fun evening with a group enjoying drinks. Afterward, we had dinner, which was a complete disappointment. The service was extremely incompetent. We had to repeatedly ask for the correct drinks. We had the shared dining menu. It was a disgraceful experience; the raw salmon starter was inedible, and the gnocchi was also bland. The main course was cod fillet with an Indian-inspired sauce. The fish was lukewarm, and the sauce, again, was bland. The other main course was an Asian-inspired chicken dish. The chicken had clearly been pre-prepared, making it tough and partially cold. Everyone left the caramelized pointed cabbage that came with it. The dessert, however, was delicious. The bill included too many drinks, and to our surprise, we saw a €107 tip added. I assume you're free to decide how much to tip. Nevertheless, a super nice place, but I would rather eat elsewhere to keep a good memory.

I was here with my buddies, and it was a lot of fun, but as time went on, I felt increasingly unsafe because of my courtmates' shots. At first glance, everything seems safe, but when you play with amateurs, it quickly becomes clear that the barriers between the courts and the "stay behind the red line" rule aren't enough to guarantee safety. Those balls flew everywhere except forward. I would feel a lot safer if every hitting spot were enclosed with a large net, or even better, bulletproof glass. The truffle croquettes were very tasty, I must say.

The golfing is a lot of fun, and the explanations are clear and friendly. The food takes a long time to arrive, isn't very plentiful, and the quality leaves much to be desired.

Much more fun than you'd think. We had a Bay upstairs, good seats, the heater keeps you warm, and you can order food and drinks via QR code. The monitor has several fun games.

We recently had a fantastic experience at ChiChi The Golf Venue in Utrecht! A group of 40 people enjoyed the hospitality, the delicious food, and the perfect combination of business and pleasure. Everything was perfectly taken care of, from the welcome to the beautiful presentation room and the clear explanation before the golf game. Compliments to the team, we'll be back!

My son came up with this idea for his 23rd birthday. It's like bowling, but with a golf club in your hand. It's a lot of fun, but also quite challenging. You can see how far you've hit on the screen. The heathers keep you warm, and the staff comes by often to check if everything is alright. I highly recommend it.

Car thieves' paradise!! There's literally nothing to see in the parking lot; it's incredibly dark and completely devoid of light! Invest in a streetlight or some kind of light. Headlights, rims, and steering wheels get stolen here, and no one sees them. It's that dark! You even have to search for your own car with your flashlight (tel). You're here to play golf and just want to go home happy and not have to deal with car damage :(

A real disappointment at Chi-Chi Utrecht. Yesterday, I made a last-minute reservation at the Golf Lounge, but due to unexpected personal circumstances, I had to cancel an hour later. I immediately called to ask if I could reschedule or get a voucher—but no, absolutely nothing was possible. A bit of a shame, especially since I had called before booking to check if there was room. Everything was arranged perfectly and I canceled again within an hour, but there was no understanding or flexibility. For a place that claims to be hospitable, I would have expected a bit more customer service. Terrible service 👎

Nice location and the teeing off is fun, the food is also fine but at 9 pm someone is behind a turntable spinning the whole place deaf so loudly that you can't even talk to each other.

Fun company outing or a fun outing with friends. It's quite unique how the computer tracks your ball. Various variations you can try: beat the ball, get 21 points, and much more.

A really fun experience. Balls flew back and forth. Luckily, no one was hit by a golf club.

A really nice location. Lots of booths to drive from. You can play a game together in different booths, which you can select on the screen. And the technology tracks when you hit the ball correctly. So, how far, how hard, etc. Very fun. Even for beginners. The food and drinks are also excellent.

The driving range with the games are very fun and a great way to spend a few hours with friends. The facilities are modern and well decorated however the service is horrible. We waited 45+ minutes for our drinks to arrive and we only had a 1.5 hour time slot. Either they need to get more staff or they must remove a lot of things from their menu to make it then easier for the bar to cope. The waiting time is highly unacceptable and I would not advise to anyone who wants to go for the “gezelligheid” but just to go practice your swing.

I'm enthusiastic about Chi Chi's turn-off. The cool thing is that they've combined turning with a digital game element with visuals. It looks very modern, fancy, and clean. I find the service friendly. There's a wide selection of snacks and food available. It's also spacious, and there's plenty of room to linger and have a drink afterward.

A lovely, atmospheric place where you can enjoy a delicious meal. I was here on a company outing, where we started by hitting golf balls for an hour. Two days later, I'm still sore from those muscles you hardly use. Afterward, I had a wonderful meal. Dishes you wouldn't get at home, prepared in a unique way. I really enjoyed it. You could sit inside or outside. It's less suitable for people with hearing aids, as the music and atmosphere are so loud that listening is difficult.

As a golfer, it's great fun to go to Chi Chi with "non-golfers"!

A really fun outing to do; time flies! If you've never done this before, it takes some getting used to. A bit more explanation would be helpful, as we weren't sure which sticks to use for what. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was good, although I felt there were a bit too many staff members milling around. They were often chatting and sometimes getting in the way, for example, near the restroom. Also, three different employees came to ask if the food was good, which was a bit much. For a fun day out and delicious food, this is definitely recommended!

Chi Chi in Utrecht is a modern and well-maintained golf venue that, at first glance, promises a lot: sleek decor, a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly staff. The concept is appealing: you rent a box and can spend an evening golfing or playing golf games with music with friends or colleagues. A box costs €27.50 per hour or €55 for two hours (single-player mat €12.50), which is reasonably priced for a group. However, our experience was quite disappointing. We had booked a lesson with a golf pro, but unfortunately, she didn't speak Dutch and explained in heavily accented English. This created a clear language barrier. Moreover, the explanation itself was very superficial and uninformative—nothing that an average golfer with a handicap of 30+ couldn't have told us. Taking a lesson with six people also proved practically impossible; the time is difficult to manage, meaning you don't learn much individually. The extra money was definitely not worth it for us. The equipment and balls are also a clear drawback. Drivers are simply not provided; The selection is limited to a pitching wedge, 9-iron, 7-iron, hybrid 5-iron, and a 3-wood. The hybrids and woods, in particular, are badly damaged and covered in skymarks. The range balls are also of poor quality and feel unnatural. The food and drinks are simply too expensive, making you feel like you're paying too much for standard snacks and drinks. This reinforces the feeling that the whole thing is somewhat massive and commercialized. Furthermore, the location isn't ideally accessible by public transport. Getting there without a car is a hassle, and that, in our opinion, also costs Chi Chi points. All in all, Chi Chi is a great place for a lighthearted group outing or a fun evening with friends. The staff is dedicated, and the location is clean and inviting. But anyone looking for quality, good equipment, or a true golfing experience, and who relies on public transport, will be largely disappointed.

Chichi golf was fun, but the service and food were exceptional. Because I'm pregnant, I can't drink alcohol or eat raw meat. I specifically asked for a non-alcoholic beer, which I still received 0.5. It happens, no big deal, just order a new one. At dinner, I indicated that the meat really had to be well-cooked because I'm pregnant. My burger was incredibly raw on the inside, bright red. I explained that I can't eat this because I'm pregnant. They took the burger away, and then the second burger was raw again... I received the third burger after everyone had finished their food. I didn't eat it all because I was checking everything more than I could eat. You'd think they'd offer compensation, but I just got the full bill. I thought that was unusual. Then two waitstaff members were hugging each other passionately in front of the restrooms. This was very awkward. I thought I was in the wrong place. In short, a very special experience, luckily the game itself was a lot of fun. So, I wouldn't recommend eating while pregnant.

Went here last Sunday to play golf and have dinner. Everything was well organized, especially the food (shared dining) was delicious. It was very crowded, though, and ordering while playing took a long time. A great place for a day out!

Nice for once. Everything was very impersonal, upon arrival it was a bit of a scramble, and we didn't get any (brief) explanation at all.

I've been twice now and it's a lot of fun! What I do find strange is that when you order snacks at the exit bay, the number of snacks isn't equal to the number of participants at the bay (less than the number of participants, more is always a good thing 😜).

It's a great place to play a game of golf. The catering/kitchen area is also excellent. The dishwashing area, judging by my cutlery and glassware, wasn't quite as good.
