Great burritos. Fresh ingredients. A tad too expensive. The only real option for tex-mex takeout in Utrecht, in my opinion. The seating is weird and the music is loud, but I'd definitely eat here again.

Unfortunately, yesterday, 14/11/2025, we ordered from this place via Ubereats and both of the people who ate the food got extremely sick. We believe there was some kind of contamination in both burritos. One thing is for sure: beans were very undercooked. As it’s known, this can lead to toxins that are poisonous to humans, which was probably the case. Avoid this place at all costs. It was our first time trying their food but we will never eat there again.

I haven't been so impressed with a meal in a long time as I am with my chicken burritos here! Absolutely amazing, from the tortilla to the sauces!! We just wish they had a sauce like sour cream or crème fraîche or something similar :)

I've ordered and went to the restaurant many times in the past, but since a year or so they always take at least 1 hour longer than advertised to deliver the food, or they won't come at all. Worst thing is that you are not updated about the status of your order at any point, also if they don't come at all, you won't know until you call them. When you call, they don't seem to care either, so you'll just have to wait in limbo and pray that the food arrives. Won't order again.

I appreciate that the ingredients in my burrito were shaken up a bit, so there isn't a lot of one thing all at one place.

These guys have no idea what they're doing. They used to, and it was pretty good. But now they're just full of people who constantly watch for water to burn. I ordered online and got a message that it was ready for pickup. Once I got there, I stood in the regular line, and only when it was my turn did they actually start working on my order. I've been here many times, but today was the last time :)

Ate at Chidóz on Biltstraat for the first time. It was definitely worth coming back. Delicious, fresh, lots of vegetables, and a top-notch guacamole. The meat could use less salt. The only downside is ordering, which is only possible through Thuisbezorgd and Uber Eats, which I generally avoid. Being able to order and pay directly through the website and pick it up yourself would be a welcome addition.

EN: Chidoz has repeatedly ignored my request to replace the spicy sauce with a milder one. During my last three delivery orders, I clearly stated that I would like a sauce replacement for the quesadilla sauce for my child, who usually enjoys it. I always include this request in both Dutch and English to avoid any confusion. I find it disappointing that such a simple request is ignored time and time again. This lack of attention to customer preferences does not reflect the level of service and friendliness you may expect. For that reason, I have decided not to order from Chidoz anymore. Today was the last time. EN: Chidoz has consistently ignored my request to substitute a spicy sauce with a gentle one. Very tasty food and the prices are fair. We came in at 1605 and the food was in our hands at 1609, you can't have it fresh any faster. Ordered the classic burrito twice which is very thickly filled. We estimate the weight around 700g of which at least 200g meat.

It’s fastfood and for fastfood they had a lot of fresh ingredients to choose from. The lady at the bar was super friendly and helpful. But I do like a real taqueria or other restaurant better if you want to have food that is made with love and not practical. Other than that. Very good for fast food/to go. And they have Fritz sodas which was really nice!

Delicious food! You can put together your own burrito or bowl with super fresh ingredients. Everything tastes fresh and well seasoned. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff friendly. Perfect for a quick, but tasty bite!

Amateurish, food arrived 45 minutes after the stated delivery time. Ordered 1 chicken and 1 veggie burrito. There was a 'vegetarian sticker' on the chicken burrito and a 'chicken sticker' on the veggie burrito. Because we couldn't see what was inside the burrito from the outside, we only found out after a few bites. This was very annoying because my father is a vegetarian.

It was absolutely DELICIOUS! I don't know about the atmosphere, because we had it delivered as a Christmas Eve dinner. It was so bizarrely tasty that I worry about this food becoming addictive. Fresh strong flavors and perfectly filling, I think the nacho bowl was one of the healthiest I've ever had. Afterwards we were really surprised that Mexican food can be so healthy. Filling and delicious was less surprising, but very nice!

I believe this place has the most friendly staff I have had before. I am going to do a Chidoz tour around Holland. They have the best burritos I have ever had. The classic and the power are my favorites!!

Ordered via the site where they offer two subcontractors. They don't want to do it themselves. Via Thuisbezorgd and with tip in advance. We (family) waited for 2 hours. We thought the other Chidoz reviews with long wait times were exaggerated. Unfortunately. Not recommended.

The service was excellent—the waiter was incredibly attentive and polite, which left a great impression. Unfortunately, the food fell short. I ordered a burrito, but it was overloaded with cilantro, to the point where it felt more like a "cilantro burrito." This overwhelmed the flavor and spoiled the overall dining experience. Despite the lovely ambiance and outstanding service, the food didn’t meet my expectations, so I don’t plan to return.

Yummy food and really nice staff my friend got a stomach ache after it but i was completely fine she had the vegs i didnt so maybe stay away from the vegs 😅

Enjoyed a delicious quesadilla and tacos at Chidoz. The flavors were fantastic and the portions were just right. The employee was super nice and gave us advice on the salsas, which made the experience even better. Definitely recommended if you are looking for good food with top service in a nice atmosphere!

Visiting Ultrecht and stumbled upon this Mexican food restaurant. Was greeted by a friendly face and great service from Claudio. Would definitely come back again thanks to him! The meat could be a bit better in my opinion, but the service by Claudio made me feel right at home. 😊

It's not a place you go for a night out, but you can sit and enjoy the best Mexican burritos you can wish for.

Hands down the best burritos in Utrecht

I have been coming here with my parents for years. I have never had a bad experience with this amazing tent! the chicken they make here is extraordinarily delicious, we enjoy it every time! everything here is perfect, the interior, the fresh ingredients and especially the staff are great! Super sweet every time and I still can't figure out how they roll those burritos after so many times hahaha! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves Mexican food like I do!

Magnificent experience, classic burrito has opened a world for me. The first bite was a hit, and yet it got better with every bite. This has been my go-to take away in Utrecht for a while and when I introduce it to new people they are always immediately sold! Good service, also nice that you can put together your own burrito. Very nice concept and location is also great! It is highly recommended, the chipotle sauce is always really great!! You can also sit comfortably and cozy with the perfect music. But be careful!! After eating here once, you won't want anything else😉

I chose to get tacos soft 3 pieces.pork-beef-chicken….. I didn't have time to take a picture I fell on my face they looked so delicious. Very good choice will become my favorite shop

Even though there is already a Mexican restaurant close to my house, I consciously choose to travel a bit for Chidóz, because they make the food much tastier here!

The food was really delicious. We had burritos, quesadillas and taccos. Everything was super good :) The sauces are also very tasty

Cozy and quiet place. Food is prepared quickly and fresh. Choice from standard menu or put together yourself. Multiple vegetarian options and other allergies can also be taken into account. You can order on site or order for home delivery. Music is present but nice, service is good and friendly.

I've not had a burrito in a really long time and this one was such a good choice! Really tasty and just the right level of spice for me!

Ordered the wrong thing here and received it, which was also cold. Called and was told it would be delivered. I then receive a text message that everything has been cancelled. When I call again, the first time I am pushed away in the middle of the conversation and the second time no solution is offered and it is downright hopeless. Pay 22 euros for one thing, wait 1.5 hours and get nothing.

I’ve been ordering here since 2017 and the food never disappoints. Yesterday I ordered a meal with black rice, which turned out to be uncooked. When I told them they were super nice and took responsibility over it. They fixed it immediately for me and offered me great service, making up for the bad experience. I loved the approach of the woman with black hair (was she the manager? She had great vibes!). So despite this, I still rate my experience 5/5!! The food was great as always.

Ordered yesterday at 8:30 PM, but not delivered until 9:45 PM. We then received our food cold because the delivery person cycled past another address that was not on the route at all. We regularly order from Chidoz but are now completely done with it.

It's a lower quality Chipotle but at higher prices. Ie., a rip off. Save your money for a fast serve restaurant at Chipotle quality level or higher. Also, I don't know why but they charged €5 total higher than the prices on the board. So either they're in the extortion business or they haven't updated their prices. Normally I'd complain but this time was too busy to. So, enjoy the €5! Hopefully you reinvest it in better quality meat.

De wraps, bowls met zwarte rijst zijn onze favoriet. Daar op locatie eten vind ik niet gezellig. Dus oppikken of delivery prima.

Have ordered often here but delivery times can easily take up to 90 minutes where as 30-60 was promised. Not great when you have small children.

Top tent! Bij drukte werkt het personeel er keihard aan om de take-away bestellingen zo snel mogelijk af te handelen, en de gasten die in het restaurant zitten daarvan op de hoogte te brengen. Eten zeer smaakvol. burrito’s en nacho’s worden rijkelijk gevuld met vlees. Prijstechnisch waar voor je geld. Ik woon niet in Eindhoven maar ik kom hier zeker nog eens!

Hele fijne afhaalgelegenheid, ook om ter plaatse te eten. Super aardig personeel, fijne sfeer en goed eten. Burrito en nacho-schotel waren perfect klaargemaakt en geheel naar eigen smaak aan te passen. Aanrader!

Chidóz offers great value for the products they provide. A lot of choice (even vegan options) and it is made clear what is contained in the pre-assigned choices. You can also build your borito from scratch. Food is delicious and definitely worth the price. I would highly recommend everyone to atleast try it out once!

Great Mexican food. The original chicken bowl is the best Mexican bowl I have had in a long time. Very much recommend!

Voorheen kwam ik hier vaak maar recentelijk worden de burritos mager belegd of ontbreken de helft van de ingredienten en dat terwijl de prijzen verhoogd zijn...

Heerlijk eten van enorme kwaliteit en aardig en behulpzaam personeel.. het menu is erg duidelijk en je kan zelf alles samenstellen. De sfeer van de plek is prima en je kan er ook zitten. het is meer praktisch ingericht dan heel chique dineren stijl. De meeste mensen halen dan ook af. Ik vind dat persoonlijk wel fijn, want ik kan er altijd zitten. Vergeleken met andere taco plekken in Utrecht , vind ik dit de beste qua prijs/kwaliteit en service en plek om te zitten!

Been getting all my burritos and nachos here, food has always been great! Service was always very good, if you go in for food to take home they prioritize you, even when it’s busy with online orders :)

Haal hier vaker burritos, altijd prima. Echter laatste keer zat er zand in - kan gebeuren, sla wellicht niet goed gewassen. Gebeld, namen niet op. Teruggegaan met de aangebroken burritos, uitgelegd dat er zand in zit. Medewerker inspecteert de meegebrachte burritos en vraagt me waar dat zand dan vandaan moet komen?! ‘Want ze wassen alles zo goed.’ Huh, moet ík uitleggen waarom er zand in jouw gare burrito zit? Wie is hier de snackbar?! Medewerker lijkt annoyed dat ik terugkom. Maakt 0 aanstalten eea nog een keer te wassen. Wel twee nieuwe burritos gekregen. Helaas zelf aan moeten sporen de sla nog een keer te wassen. Anders sta ik er over 10min weer, naast 5 andere klanten. Verbazingwekkend.. Twee sterren want de vorige burritos waren prima en een andere sympathieke medewerker fluisterde nog snel ‘sorry voor het ongemak’ bij het overhandigen..

Zeer lekkere verse ingrediënten, je kan zelf je burrito samenstellen. De pittige sauzen zijn niet te pittig maar ook niet te mild, de burrito's quesadillas etc vallen niet uit elkaar, alles (van het vlees tot de nacho's) is goed gekruid. Het personeel is zeer aardig en je krijgt je eten binnen 5 minuten zelfs als het druk is. Ik heb alleen maar goede ervaring gehad hier, zeker een aanrader!

Erg lekkere burrito gegeten bij Chidoz! De ingrediënten zijn vers, de mensen die er werken zijn aardig en het is voor een fastfood tent ook nog eens gezellig ingericht. Aanrader als je voor niet te veel geld lekker en redelijk gezond wilt eten! Ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug.

Nu twee keer iets gehaald hier. Lekker vers eten met veel groente. Lekkere smaak. Goede porties. Deze blijft op mijn lijstje!

Es una buena variación en un snack bar. Sirve buenos burritos y tacos razonablemente saludables. Mucha variedad, incluso vegana o vegetariana simple. No es un lugar para sentarse para una comida larga.

Local donde puedes comer burritos legendarios o a la carta. Muy buenos condimentos. Atención muy buena.
