Really awful. I received the wrong order—I called to say it was the wrong order. They said they'd look into it. I called back a day later and still haven't heard anything. They said they were going to inform the manager—now a week later, I still haven't heard anything. A real waste of money, and a real shame when you're just hungry.

The food was great! Very cheesy and still warm. Very satisfied, delivery was fast and the guy was polite.

It seems like they only use a teaspoon of chicken. It was much better with the previous owner. It's become a bland mess. The advantage is that you have quick digestion afterward. Hence, a star rating.

I've ordered from here before. But after my last experience, it was also the last time I'll order from them. The order was delivered promptly. When I took a bite of my quesadilla, I felt something hard between my teeth. It turned out to be a piece of iron. I called, but no answer. I filed a complaint via the website, but haven't heard anything yet.

Got takeaway, then threw up all the next day and was sick for 3 days. 0/10, would NOT try again

This place is awful. The food is overpriced and not good, as you would expect, but they're also very bad people. Today I saw a visually impaired person bump twice into their delivery scooters which were blocking the entirety of the sidewalk. I had to close the food box doors on the scooter so this guy could get by, and when I suggested to the delivery drivers (who were right there and saw this happen) that they could make more space, they rejected that idea, saying "this is our spot" and gesturing and the entrance. One of them then said "If he can't see the scooters, that's his problem". So yeah, that's the type of people they are.

The saddest Mexican fast food I have ever seen. Besides getting my order wrong the food itself was also very bad especially for that price! Like I paid 1,80 extra for sour cream and don't even get a full tablespoon of the stuff. I tried to contact their customer service but the online form doesn't work and they do not respond to emails. Just go to TacoBell in Leidsche Rijn if you want decent Mexican Fast Food.

Ordered a bowl and quesadilla. Didn't take very long to get it done. The boy behind the counter was friendly. After cycling home for 3 minutes, I had a nice meal, as I expected. The nachos were extremely tough, the rice was extremely dry and the quesadilla was more tortilla than substance. I've been bawling for half an hour now. Not worth repeating. Better to go to Chidoz, if they are not already closed later in the evening.

More than 40 minutes late and there is no drink. Rip-offs.

This place is sooo underrated! I had a pregnancy craving to eat tacos, so decided to try it at Taco Mundo. Since they don't deliver in my area, I asked someone to pick up the food for me. When I got the food I noticed it wasn't complete. Taco Mundo decided to deliver the 'forgotten food' to me itself. What a GREAT promotion! I am very satisfied! So many restaurants and other places can follow this example! And not to forget the free extras I received as a compensation. Super attentive! Tasty food, fast delivery and super friendly staff. What else do you want?

You guys are really crazy! If it were up to me, I would seriously eat there every day. I love it so much, it's pricey but it's worth everything!

I've been ordering there for years (mostly take away), they never disappoint. It's fast food and no it's not "authentic" Mexican food, good luck finding that anywhere else. They do what they're supposed to do and they do it well.

We just wasted our money! The food is bad! There was Not authentic Mexican food. Just wanna be Mexican. Burritos were sour due to an added cheese. Terrible! Poor quality food for a lot of money! Never again and we don’t recommend!

The last 5 times we ordered with the request on onions. All 5 times was with onions and my girlfriend has an onion intolerance.

Sorry, but how dare Taco Mondo let its employees deliver to Utrecht during the Vuelta. You can't get through anything. And so you can't expect your delivery people to be able to do that. Really incredible. Bad. And adjust your service.

Price/amount ratio is borderline okay, considering that it's more of a niche, though I'm not surprised that others don't find them too pricy. However, biggest issue is the fact that there's a high chance that they make mistakes in the delivery orders. Mixing sauces, forgetting items. For me, there was an order in which I wasted 8€, just because they forgot drinks and messed up sauces in a nacho item.. Couldn't call them. Left a review, and it's been around to 1 month and I still haven't heard since. And I hear I'm not the only one. Order at your own risk, would be my overall comment

The order was delivered within 1 hour 45 minutes. We called twice to ask where our order is. During the second conversation we were told that we should be happy that the restaurant is open at all and that they cook for us. We PAY for the food and services, it is not a favor. Food was mediocre: burger dry, fries limp, little cheese was put on the tacos. Ordered here for the 1st and last time!

The food was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes, but it only arrived after 1 hour and 10 minutes(!). The quesadillas were tasty, but the street tacos were dripping with water and grease at the bottom and were completely soggy. Bah. Haven't ordered from here in a while, but won't do so again. Ordered this for the first time, but I will never do that again because I ordered nachos, the sour cream tasted like some ready-made sauce that has already been spoiled in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. Nachos taste like those chips from that bag that you once opened, put back in the cupboard and then started eating again after a month. Now at home with a stomach ache. Quesadillas were very tasty

There are about two times every year that I dare to give Taco Mundo another chance. It's almost amazing how they manage to completely screw up the order every time. The last 3 times I have ordered from here I have had to deal with: Forgotten products Delivery 2 hours late Excuses on the phone Unfriendly delivery people Spoiled products Products that were expired. In short, if you want to imagine yourself in an episode of Save my holiday, order from taco Mundo, because the "cucarachas are in the kitchen here". What a filthy place

Amazing food and amazing service. But they have no tables. Mostly take away. However they allow you to sit and eat. But it's not too comfortable without tables. But the food is really good.

It's not like Mexican tacos but it has its own exquisite flavor. They also have a vegetarian menu. I tried the taco burger, a burger with taco ingredients and fries (the classic) Delicious, I leave some photos here

I've never eaten there, but the stench they dump on the street is nauseating. I really don't understand how anyone can walk past that, smell that and then decide to eat there. Fortunately, this stench is there from opening time until after closing time and it is blown (very pleasantly) straight into your face. This tent is definitely worth cycling around, in a very large arc around it. I have never dared to go in and ask what the smell is for. I'm afraid it will smell even worse inside.

The worst thing to ever happen to mexican food. If they werent the only place I have found in NL that sells Jaritos, I would pray for the wrath of the gods to destroy this testament to indecency and terrible food.

Ordered a Cheeserito Veggie with the Salsa Verde on a Sunday. For the amount, the Cheeserito quantity was more than enough. The taste was not very great, but certainly not unpleasant. The order was right on time. Excellent delivery person. I am also very satisfied with the packaging that you receive. Easy to eat and also well designed in appearance. No less than I expected.

I tried the hard shell taco and it was very delicious but I think the amount of meat is not standardized and low , I preffer a taco full of meat rather than more vegetables compared to meat amount but in any case I guess they make the best taco in town. Give it a try!

If you don't mind to wait for almost two hours after you ordered online and if you are prepared to hear fake excuses on the telephone why you have to wait for so long, this is the perfect place for you. If you like to order and get your food in a decent time span (without fake excuses in case the delivery takes much longer then expected), it's better to order everywhere else but at Taco Mundo Utrecht!
