City Café in Stadshart

They close at 16.30 while the department store it is located in closes at 7. I see customers being turned away the whole time. Unfriendly staff and poor service. They changed their coffee from quality Illy beans to meh Nespresso cups. If I wanted to drink that I could've just stayed home. Good pastries though. I think I'll skip this place for a while in favour of all the other options nearby.

Super friendly staff, great coffee and relaxed atmosphere. A nice lady came to bring water to my dog two times, so I highly appreciated the attention. Wifi works great also.

Bad staff doesn't even get helped normally

Central location, delicious coffee. A glass of water and a fresh cookie are standard. The prices were a bit high. I'm not a fan of clearing racks where you have to put your full tray afterward. There are small, handy lockers with several phone chargers. In short, a great stopover while shopping!

This morning I went there and ordered a cappuccino. The ATM terminal of the café didn't work and the waitress treated me very badly and told me that I had to install the facial recognition in the ING app. I explained her that I love here for 5 years and that I had paid 1 minute before 400 euro watch but she didn't care and didn't help me. Just mistreated me. I will never go back there and I will warmly discourage my friends.

One of my fav place to have coffee and pastry after shopping in the mall.
