we studied there it was so good the top floor is dedicated to working!

perfect place to come by for brunch, hanging out with friends, work, study, and even read some books! I specially love the area! The first floor have a really nice vibes where you can meet a lot of different people and sit while reading books while upstairs ITSSSS VERY COZYYYYY!! You can seat with the table facing the street and it’ssuper calming, you can also open your laptop on the 2nd floors <3 very comfortable! (But there are only a few charging spot) ♥️ there’s also toilet here~ about the drinks & food they have a lot of optioooonsss, from coffee to matcha, hot to ice~ their pastry is also good! Try the pain au chocolat nyam! Will def come back again to work or study or read~📚

Coffee is really good, though it's tough to get a spot since it's so small. Heads-up: we ordered takeaway, but they served it in.

The matcha was so nice, we just got from Japan and the matcha was easily up to the standards! The owner was working and told us that they just opened, really nice place that I recommend! Props to whoever made the playlist!

This cafe appears to be run by talented young baristas. They're lively and friendly, and the smoothies, especially the cafe lattes, are excellent.

Charming coffee shop with unique caffeine products, from specialty coffees to Japanese teas. Friendly staff. One downside is that they only have one restroom. That could be better.

One of the best espressos I had in Amsterdam, specially because of the lovely staff!

We stood for several minutes at the counter as the only customers, unable to place our order because the two staff members were absorbed in a private conversation. This is simply poor service.

Overpriced & bad service. 5.20€ for a medium cappuccino 😳. I ordered and told the girl where I was sitting but when coffee was ready it was just at the far end of the counter. Super poor service. Would not go back

As a student, I’ve often come here due to the convenient location, long opening hours, and generally friendly staff. However, I had a deeply disappointing experience today. While chatting in English with my friend waiting for our orders, a staff member—a Dutch man on the shorter side—mocked my North American (Canadian) accent in a condescending tone and made inappropriate comments about internationals right in front of us. As a young Asian woman, I found this behavior xenophobic, racist, and completely unacceptable. We were simply having a cheerful conversation and did nothing to warrant such disrespect. I won’t be returning after this experience.

Nice Cappuccino I had here in Coffee Company. Coffee taste was strong. Medium size mug quite big, reasonable price. Nice atmosphere and good service. Recommend.

I visited this place after a very long time today, hoping to do some work on my laptop while having a great cinneamon bun. Upstairs was full so I was about to settle downstairs and noticed the "no laptop" signs. Seeing the people already on their laptops, I asked the store manager if it is allowed or not, he said it is not. Naturally I asked why are these people are allowed, expecting me to be allowed as well. He said becouse upstairs is full. I asked, shouldn't I be allowed as well then? His explanation to his double standard was that; becouse he is the store manager, he can choose who to be allowed and who not. Once I pointed out that this is a problematic situation, he chosen to tell "have a good day" with an extremely rude attitude, completely unncessary. And hit the coffee in an unusually loud manner. He didn't stop there and while I was walkling out, shouted "byeee byeee" with a cynical attitude, expressing his unsolicited satisfaction with the outcome. I know it is difficult to find good people to hire these days but a store manager, who is not able to manage a store and with an attitude? In a company like coffee company? How is some branches have extremely good service, very nice people and some branches fail in even very simple things?

I got an iced latte and it was very delicious. I really like to taste the coffee beans in my coffee and the iced latte had that taste. The coffee bean taste is very present and it was very refreshing for me. Id say a bit overpriced.

Cold, dirty, unreliable wifi, and lower food selection than other coffee company locations..... Also the work area upstairs has only 3 outlets for 30+ seats.... Other locations have outlets at every community table.

Coffee is good! But the staff, if you don't want to work, stay at home, so unfriendly, sour plums! And preparing coffee so slowly, no team work at all when there are 2/3 of them standing there.

Very nice place to stop to have coffee, matcha or hot chocolate. Inside it is very cute and the matcha was delicious. It is quite big, there is also room to sit upstairs and there were many people with computers studying or working.

Very chill and comfortable coffee shop I came in and bought two cups of hot Americano. The best thing is that you can choose Large. I think the portions in many coffee shops are too small The portion size here is just right! It's cold when you hold a cup of coffee on the street so it doesn't get cold The coffee tastes rich and delicious I will try some desserts next time, like banana cake!

I normally like this place OK, and come pretty regularly, but today I was charged €8.20 for a cup of tea and a pretty basic pastry. When I queried the price (different to what I normally pay), the server (who had already taken her time to acknowledge me) was very rude and dismissive. She has put me right off the place-there are plenty of other Cafes in the area where the staff actually care about their customers. Tried again this morning (11/4/24). Just as bad. Staff don’t even acknowledge you-all it takes is to say “I’ll be with you in a moment”. But no. 🙄 UPDATE: Went back to try again. Now €8.65 for the same and still miserable service. Game over.

This place is near the Albert Cuyp market, and is popular among the mobile workers as there’re plenty of seats especially the 2nd floor area. Unfortunately their coffee didn’t quite measure up IMHO for both their normal and decaf flat white. Both tasted a bit under extracted and the milk emulsified caramel sweetness was abit lacking. However the red velvet cake was moist and dense. That saved our morning somewhat.

Google times are not correct. I got slightly rudely interrupted in a meeting at 3 o’clock telling me they were closed. Internet also hasn’t worked last 2 times i worked there.

I’m surprised this place doesn’t get better reviews. The service I got today was absolutely stellar, as was the single origin Guatemalan coffee I drank, rivaling the coffee (from the same region) I had while in Guatemala, and actually rivaling many of the best coffees I’ve had over the course of many years devoted to single origin coffees. As you can see from my photos the place was absolutely slammed and even so managed to deliver good service and equally special coffee.

Food and service is good, but it can be quite difficult to find seating during busy times. Laptops are allowed

Great place to work overlooking the canal with lots of natural light. Plenty of desk space over 2 floors. the WIFI is open, but only a few sockets around.

I went for a coffee, I asked where the beans are from, the 3 girls had no idea, I asked what the flavour is of the 3 coffees displayed, they had no idea, they made the coffee worse then I would have done it at home, no idea how to handle coffee. Avoid.

I have never seen such a disgusting toilet at a coffee company. This must be possible better. Really not possible. The coffee is normally tasty, but I immediately left without ordering.

A good place to work and study. Wifi is okayish. The space on the table next to the windows is sufficient & the windows can be opened for some fresh air. Prices are coffee company typical expensive - quality is good. Overall a good public cafe to work for a few hours. Toilet was clean. Stuff is friendly and chilled. Usually it is busy and a bit loud.

Screams student hangout and ersatz study hall. But if you like that kind of thing... Either way, the brownies are fantastic, and it was a charming place to get out of the rain, off one's feet, and into the book you swore you'd read while you had some time.

Okay smoothies, although I'd recommend going to one of the three smoothie stores nearby for smoothies. They initially didn't want to make 2 smoothies, because they always make 3 at a time and didn't think anyone else would buy the third one at that time. When I asked if we could buy 3, they made 2 for us 😄 People only study upstairs so you shouldn't go there to talk. Downstairs is much better for talking. Nice natural light.

Great café with friendly staff and a good place to go study / work. The wifi is very bad however. So I do not recommend doing any internet intensive things here (can’t even properly use google docs due to the bad wifi).

Słodycze pyszne, ale ceny kosmiczne. Klimat raczej jadłodajni studenckiej, proste drewniane stoły, samoobsługa, więc poziom cenowy trochę zaskakuje.

Jako ljepo mjesto i objekt među stambenim zgradama Amsterdama. Dosta mjesta za goste. Osoblje vrlo ljubazno i ugodno te profesionalno odrađuju svoj posao. Usluga vrlo brza i jeftina. Ambijent iznutra prekrasno uređen i sve je čisto i uredno .

Odlična kava, internet je dobar, na katu je dosta mirno ima studenata koji uče tako da je praktično ako želite malo mira. Dosta izbora svakakvih kava, ima kolača i nekih jela ali nismo stigli ništa probati. Malo smo duže čekali na svoju narudžbu.

Odlično mjesto za popiti vrlo, vrlo ukusnu kavu. Tu sam prvi put probala kolač od mrkve i ovaj me oduševio. Osoblje jako ljubazno, veselo i stvaraju atmosferu kao da si kod kuće. Svaka preporuka za posjetiti i popiti finu kavu i pojesti neku slasticu

Cappuccino voor 4 euro en dan krijg je het in een kartonnen bekertje omdat ze geen tijd hebben om de afwas te doen? Belachelijk! De hele tent, boven en beneden, zit vol met studenten op laptops. Wss de hele middag op één kopje koffie waardoor wij in de vensterbank moesten zitten. Ga ik naar het toilet: geen toiletpapier, geen tissues voor je handen…. Een Dixitoilet ziet er schoner uit! Toen ik doorgaf aan personeel dat toilet vies is en geen papier aanwezig zei ze: tja we hebben het druk. Mij zien ze daar niet meer! Wat een ballentent.

Mi lugar favorito en esta área para venir a trabajar, sirven un buen café con una variedad de diferentes tipos de leche (normal, avena, coco, seguro). Puedes pedir un pequeño postre aquí y comprar una taza para guardar. Puedes pedirles que sirvan café en tu propia taza. En el primer piso, tienen un espacio de trabajo donde puede venir con su computadora portátil y trabajar aquí. Además, puede llevar café o tomar un desayuno europeo con croissant y jugo de naranja.

La primera vez aquí, generalmente lo evité debido al lugar bastante popular, por lo que está un poco abarrotado. La hora 6:00 pm, bastante vacía, ¿entraste y tomaste uno de los mejores chai lattes hasta ahora? Por lo general, son demasiado dulces para mí, pero este fue suave y un poco picante. Tan delicioso. Lo inhalé jajaja. Definitivamente volveremos por otro. También parece tener un segundo piso del que no me di cuenta por un tiempo, por lo que tal vez no esté tan lleno como pensaba originalmente. Volveremos a mitad del día y veremos. ¿El WiFi también es genial? El servicio estaba en punto. Tal vez la única cosa que podría picar palabras es que la música que suena es un éxito fuerte. Pero eso parece ser algo en los restaurantes de Pijp, así que mi problema solo probablemente jajaja.

Un pequeño lugar de café en una zona tranquila, en su mayoría no turística. El café es de alta calidad y los postres también son excelentes.
