Graça Coffee & Sweets in Osdorp-Oost

I came to Coffee and Sweets expecting exactly what the name promises — coffee and sweets. The café was not full at all; there were plenty of free tables available. I politely asked for a table to have a coffee and a dessert for about 15–20 minutes. Surprisingly, I was told there were “no tables available.” When I tried to clarify, the waiter responded rudely and dismissively, making it very clear that I was not welcome. Quite ironic: a place called Coffee and Sweets that refuses a guest who simply wants coffee and a sweet. If you don’t want people to sit and enjoy what you sell, maybe the name should be reconsidered. Very disappointing experience and absolutely unprofessional service

After waiting to be seated in a table, they moved us because we won’t order dinner, even though it is 20:00 pm, and no one asked us when we entered. Dissert and latte isn’t good, mojito strawberry is delicious . I gave low star because when I gave feedback the response wasn’t good. I was blamed for not telling them I don’t want dinner. The name of the shop is sweet and drinks (not dinner)

Lovely place. First time I visited for a cappuccino and dessert. It took 30 minutes, and the cappuccino was cold and the dessert portion was small, which is a shame. I'll definitely come back in the future.

We had an event at the Theater Meervaart and were in this part of Amsterdam for the first time. Looking for a café to have a quiet coffee, we stumbled upon Graça. The espresso was truly special and delicious, and my friend enjoyed a cappuccino, which was also very good. Definitely recommended. The ladies and the young man serving were very friendly. Shokran

Very disappointing experience, ordered today chicken parmesan and philly steak sandwiches but both of them taste bad, the philly steak just few drops of cheese, portions of protein in both were extremely poor, does not worth the price , only the coffee was good, had to wait 30 minutes to get my order

Love their desserts selection. Especially San Sebastian cheesecake. Coffee is good! Staff also is very friendly and polite.

We went to Graca for lunch yesterday with our family and I was very surprised by the atmosphere. The concept is excellent and the lunch was delicious. This place is definitely an asset to Amsterdam Nieuw-West!

Went for coffee today with my daughters and partner. I definitely wouldn't recommend the San Sebastian cheesecake, and definitely not the Dubai version either. It tasted like nothing. The ladies weren't really engaged with the customers either. No contact, very unclear. Absolutely zero interaction. It's a truly beautifully decorated place... Two coffees, two slices of cheesecake, and two apple juice cost 39 euros. I'm so ashamed I paid that today.

Excellent. Nothing to say. (Halal food) with prayer room.

We originally ordered a red velvet cake and was told they can serve it in a few minutes. Waited around five to ten minutes to be told that was not available so we just simply went ahead with the lava cake. That took fifteen minutes. Maybe the wait was worth it however I have to say this dessert was prepared so well that we actually enjoyed it even though it was a small portion. The food is all Halal here.

The cappuccino is the creamiest and best tasting you can have in Amsterdam.

They get a big zero. I came to them to satisfy my caffeine needs. Waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken. A simple espresso. It wasn't busy at all. We left again after fifteen minutes because they completely ignored us. The coffee didn't come. Young girls who were more concerned with themselves than with the guests. The tuna sandwich on the menu, btw, was 17 euros. Ridiculous prices!!!! For the prices and the lousy service, I would seriously skip this one in Osdorp. Go to Gusto or Buongiorno for the good coffee and the friendly and fast service.

Coffee is good quality, but the cheesecake is very disappointing. Charging 10 euros for one piece of cheesecake of that quality is a crime.

Had lunch here last Saturday, great restaurant! The food is very tasty, the portions are not small for what you pay and the service is top notch. The coffee was also very tasty :)

Cosy atmosphere Nice interior Great service Great food, coffee, and desserts. Totally loved the place. Had a Croque Monsieur with steak and loved it. The cheese cake was delicious. I'd say this place is a hidden gem, albeit a little expensive.

First time for us, coffee was way too lukewarm. Would we like to pass this on for next time?!! We did get new coffee.

Overpriced and poor service. We waited too long for our food. We couldnt even enjoy it when it eventually came. Nice prayer room though

Food was tasty, we had the club sandwich and Tuna melt; both liked! A bit pricey, but that's the norm these days. Huge plus, they have a prayer room!

Super bad experience, when we were sitting after waiting for a long time, we got up and went behind the tray to order and after we had finally chosen, we waited almost 1 hour and got up again and they said they were coming, waited and eventually left. I can understand that it is a bit busy and there are not many staff, but they can still say something, but don't ignore it like that. The service was a big 0! The people who came for a meal were given priority in everything and the other side where we sat for coffee was given very little priority!

Atmosphere was really great You can feel Dutch culture clearly

I've been to a lot of restaurants, the hyped ones, the famous ones, tradtional ones. Believe me if I say this restaurant is spot on all levels. Good concept, this is gonna be a hot spot in no time. The menu is well constructed and the place looks boujee. The sincere service they offered me, Im not used to see that in the netherlands.

Had dinner with friends last night, great atmosphere, good service. Everything was perfect, but we ordered Picanha medium well, we received well done, this was neatly exchanged within a few seconds, but the meat we received was cold. This was the only negative for the otherwise beautiful restaurant.

Delicious food and enjoyed Graça. Nice and new concept to taste different dishes. Good service and friendly staff. There is a relaxed atmosphere and the desserts are highly recommended!

Tried out this new tent in Osdorp today after seeing all the beautiful photos. The interior is really great. Very clean and minimalist. We were helped very well and the service is very friendly. We took the burata salad and beef sandwich. The mocktails are also highly recommended. The atmosphere and the food are more than just a quick lunch. But the price also reflects that. For dessert we had the Red velvet and lava Cake. The red velvet was really delicious! The only minor downside was that we could not change our babies, but they said that would come later.

We stopped by here yesterday to have a cup of coffee and a dessert. This restaurant had just been open for two days. Very nicely decorated inside. Very nicely done. The service was excellent. The cup of coffee was very tasty and high-quality coffee beans are used and also good quality milk, which you immediately taste in the taste of the coffee. Now you may be thinking; how do you know that? This was explained to me by the owner of this restaurant who took special time to ask us how we liked everything. very well explained about the concept and his restaurant. Highly recommended to come here! next time we will have dinner there.
