CoffeeConcepts SandwichBar in Grachtengordel-Zuid

I ordered here for 20 euros, and my order never arrived. I tried calling afterward, of course, but no one answered. It's ridiculous. It might be a nice place to stop by, so they can't rip you off, but I would never order from them!

Wraps and sandwiches are Really good and people are very friendly and smiling. nice place to chill and have a coffee as well!

This little coffee might have a good concept, however execution lacks in customer service. I went there only 2 times and will not go again soon. First time was greeted by strange looks and man serving coffee looked like I am bothering him with my order. Second time after I walked in I was told in quite rude way that shop is closed since 16:00, it was 16:02 and doors been wide open.

The Asian wrap is delicious. Pretty expensive though.

Good sandwiches with quality ingredients

+ nice bread, fine sandwiches—good, but not exceptional. I used to live near so I've been there quite often to grab a quick coffee and a snack. On the basis of those approx. 20 times I have visited this place I can confidently say that there is only one good, attentive, and kind employee: A mature woman, 45+. Overall, I think the employees tend to be very unhelpful and arrogant—very uncomfortable atmosphere. Prices are extremely high; e.g. ca. 4€ for a slice of banana bread. I have not been to the other locations, so this review addresses only the Coffee Concepts located in the reguliersdwarsstraat.

The sandwiches are fine but they prioritize services like foodora and Deliveroo ahead of the customers in the shop. More than once I’ve waited 15 mins for a simple sandwich while there are 3 employees behind the counter with no one else in the store.

Quite basic, but full. Coffee could be definitely better! 1 out of 5. Two ladies were absolutely unfriendly to their customers.

Cute little coffeeshop the size of a walk-in wardrobe. The sandwiches and pastries are very good. If there is a queue you could wait a while.

I love when you can ask someone who works in a food place 'what's good' and they give you a thoughtful answer. Sometimes when you're as indecisive as I can be, a little guidance can go a long way and the gentleman who served us here did just that. He was fantastic! The sandwiches here are pretty big and they are absolutely delicious. I recommend the chicken and bacon with avocado - very tasty. The carrot cake is also delicious and not to be missed!

Great sandwiches which good ingredients. The salades aren't that special. The cakes are great as well, but I try to avoid them.. 😄
