A fine hotel with a beautifull lake view. Hotel does need quite some maintenance. For excample the bathrooms and the staircases in and outside of the hotel. The hotel is really clean. Price/quality is really good

Discriminating 2 baristas when we order 4 coffees for €19. Our order was around 12:50pm on Thursday, 19th Jun 2025. I ordered half-volle melk and got havermelk. I told them it was wrong and they showed a passive aggressive attitude, saying that half-volle melk is the standard so I didn’t need to elaborate on that. This will be my last order of Starbucks at this location.

Aankomstpassage 29There was a large piece and small shards of glass in my mother's coffee... Only after she'd finished her coffee did she notice it and show it to the barista. He apologized, but didn't ask if she was okay. That could have ended badly.

Spicalaan 1-59It seems more like a place where office workers eat. The food is delicious. It looks like a buffet, but everything is separate, so it can be expensive for this type of food. They serve a good portion, and you can be satisfied. The time I went, there was only spaghetti and a sandwich.
