Spica - Merin in Hoofddorp

It seems more like a place where office workers eat. The food is good; it looks like a buffet, but everything is separate, so it can be expensive for the type of food. They give you a good portion, and you can leave satisfied. The time I went, they had only spaghetti and sandwiches.

As a vegan, it's always rather difficult to find something tasty to eat in restaurants outside of the big cities. During my last business trip in Hoofddorp, I was so happy to come about a place like Spica, where I too can order off of the regular menu. I loved the energy of the place, and the three meals I had there were very relaxing and pleasant. I particularly recommend the hummus and veggies sandwich, I could tell the ingredients were really fresh.

For a few weeks now, Spica has been my go to place for a delicious, healthy and reasonably priced lunch. The atmosphere is very laid back and you really get the chance to get away from your busy daily schedule. The service is always impeccable, and everybody who works there is very friendly. I would heartedly recommend stopping by.
