Boring sandwich and a mediocre coffee

Drinks and snacks were served quickly, which was nice. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't very tidy, so it took a while to find a clean table. The prices are a bit high, which doesn't quite reflect the overall experience.

Too bad they don't promote the cups anymore! Better for the environment, though. Otherwise, great staff and coffee.

The staff was disinterested, and the macchiato was, as always, far too sweet. And it's all quite expensive! Now we remember why we never go to Starbucks.

There were no customers, and yet it didn't seem convenient that we wanted to pay... they were busy talking to each other

Since the shopping mall wasn't very busy, this place was also pretty empty. There wasn't much variety, for example, we asked for filter coffee, but unfortunately they didn't have any.

The coffee is great, the cakes are great but it is so crazy expensive 😭. The lack of atmosphere is due to the location. The outlet is not the most thriving place to be in Amsterdam

Nice to sit outside and see the water but there was a lot of trash and dirty plates lying on the tables and on the floor

Very decent Starbucks for how they generally go. I’m often at the outlet and stop by for a brown sugar shaken espresso drink - always done properly. The place itself is always clean and well-maintained.

Macha wasn't mixed properly, I've ate some chunks of it, and my wife couldn't handle weird taste of latte. We left our drinks barely touched

Going to get a drink today. My mother went for something warm and I went for one of the lemonades with dragón fruit. The staff was friendly but not very attentive. Unfortunately, this happens more often at Starbucks in the Netherlands. The chai tasted good. However, I had to repeat the order again, because it was not passed on correctly. So I don't understand why people at Starbucks branches no longer make a note of all drinks or print out a sticker. The lemonade was 3/4 filled with ice. A bit of a waste of a drink for which you paid €6. Plenty of seating in the store and outside on the terrace.

Coffee was great. Pastries too! But the staff clearly didn't feel like it. Phone was more important. Very unfortunate.

Way too expensive in relation to the quality. 5 Euro for a cup of flat white with a thin layer of milk and weak coffee. Really not possible. Carrot cake very cold from the refrigerator.

I like Starbucks. But here I've experienced the worst coffe from all the locations. We took capuchino and caramel machiato. That was so disgusting. 2 sticks of sugar couldn't hide that taste.

Very rude staff, they were cleaning the coffee during the day and close almost all the tables inside because of the cleaning. If you wanna sit inside go another place:)

The nicest and cleanest Starbucks I've ever been to. It's the only one that doesn't have an unpleasant smell. Definitely worth a visit.

I’ve bought 3 coffees from them and decided to have fries from the place nearby just because all food this Starbucks was offering looked like it was there for a few weeks at least. When I came back to eat my fries and drink coffee I’ve bought from them, I was not allowed to drink my coffee inside. I was told that I had to go outside and eat my fries there even though it was very cold and windy outside. Elders were eating their homemade sandwiches without any problem. Highly disrespectful staff.

While entering two staff members where sitting and chatting. When they saw us the immediately run to the back so we were waiting in the empty restaurant

It's a Starbucks in a small space. Relatively quick service busy in NL! They love Cafe like Seattle does!

The coffee is like hot water, very bad and the bun was very weak and tasteless, the cake was quite ok and the prices were abnormally high.

They do not respect the refill policy, one of the employees with glasses is not very friendly and has little desire to collaborate but hey, not everything is bad, the cashier girl is very friendly. 🙂...

Coffee is fine...too bad the carrot cake is out of the range. 2 stars because of the dirty tables despite the low crowds.

not very nice service, we came to drink coffee and eat the fries we bought next door, and then we heard from one girl that we couldn't eat the fries inside and had to go outside, and other people moments before us were eating donuts there, not from Starbucks, but from another company. I do not recommend

Normaal gesproken vind ik Starbucks een leuke zaak ....helaas moet ik deze zak een slechte beoordeling geven . Het was er zeer rustig de dame achter de balie had niet zoveel zin en dat was aan alles te zien .....vieze tafels en balie ...en wat nog het ergste was de muffins waren droog en koud en smaakten niet echt goed (en dat voor deze prijs) .....maar een plus punt is wel dat de koffie echt lekker is .... Nice terras, however the barista(s) are very new and still need to learn a lot. (eg frapocino goes in a plastic cup. Stevia is a sweeter not sirop)

Personeel is gewoon te jong. alles om de kosten te drukken ze doen maar wat. De zoveelste keer was mijn bestelling niet goed. toen ze vertelde wat er mis was werd mijn dat niet in dank afgenomen . Ombescholft personeel

Vooral heel erg smerig, wel 5 man personeel achter de balie die weinig staan te doen en ook niet heel erg klantvriendelijk zijn. De koffie is op zich oke, echter gewoon veel te duur.

Mooi schoon, lekker gezeten en veel koffie gekregen. De beker was goed gevuld. Sommige Starbucks zijn een beetje zuinig met de koffie maar deze niet.

Wel een grote Starbucks met een ruim terras. Service was wel oké en de drankjes waren lekker.

Ansich gut aber sie hatten leider keine frappucino base/zutaten mehr, wodurch die halbe karte nicht verfügbar war. Der Lime Refresher war eine freudige überraschung da ich mir diesen sonst nie bestellt hätte.

Niet al te vrolijke bediening, vieze tafeltjes... gewoon allemaal niet zo schoon op het moment dat wij er waren. Kan beter toch? We wilden graag wel even binnen zitten om iets te nemen, want het was buiten gewoon te slecht weer. Verder een typische Starbucks met natuurlijk altijd wel wat lekkers om te eten of te drinken.

Avarage Starbucks in a quiet outlet centre. As the outlet centre isn't that busy (yet), there's plenty of seating available. The Starbucks itself is clean and looks smart. Staff is friendly and know how to make their products. Prices are a bit high however this is an issue in all Starbucks.

Low quality muffins. Good & social staff

Never had many issues with this Starbucks before, BUT they have a bunch of new employees who are improperly trained. My matcha latte had MASSIVE chunks of matcha powder. This has happened twice already and also having to keep correcting my order because they are not familiar with the drinks. Although they are kind and friendly, the skill is very very low and it does not seem to be improving anytime soon.

Wer bei Starbucks bestellt, kennt die Preise, daher kann ich ja hier nicht weniger Sterne geben. Das entscheidet man ja vorab. Die Bedienung war äußerst freundlich und zügig. Der Drink hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Und die Tische waren sauber. Was will ich mehr.

Best een aardige Starbucks met een redelijk groot overdekt terras. Maar €5,70 voor een kleine matige koffie milkshake, gaat er bij mij niet in.

Ben en grote fan van starbucks mijn favorieten koffie in starbuckt is latte maciato karemel. En hun limonade is de watermaloen sparkle. Ik geef 10 Sterren.

It's Starbucks. But the service was fast and efficient. I like my iced green tea and cool lime refreshers.
