Small coffee bar at a large gas station; not really neat inside, but good for a quick cappuccino or coffee it's fine. The staff, however, wasn't very helpful; you really have to know what you want, because explaining exactly what a specific coffee is, they find that too difficult.

Had a coffee at Frenkie Hoofddorp. I ordered a caffè latte at the counter and mentioned that I wanted to dine in. They told me they would come to the table, so naturally I thought someone would come over to take the rest of my order. After about 5 minutes, they simply brought the latte to the table. My point is, what if the customer wants to order something else? If you say you'll come to the table, then come and ask what else the customer would like rather than assuming the coffee is the complete order. Coffee-wise, it was okay, but I really dislike being served lukewarm coffee. I could practically drink the whole latte in one shot—that tells you how warm it was. 😪☕️ Decent coffee, but the service flow and coffee temperature definitely need improvement.

It seems more like a place where office workers eat. The food is good; it looks like a buffet, but everything is separate, so it can be expensive for the type of food. They give you a good portion, and you can leave satisfied. The time I went, they had only spaghetti and sandwiches.

Rude and unhelpful. "Closed" to us, but serving others 2 minutes later? Make of that what you will.
