The coffee was fine, but service with a smile is not to be found here, which is a real shame.

We normally drive 25 minutes to this Starbucks because it's one of the better ones, but now I'm never going back. Today, August 14, 2025, there's a woman working there. If I were the owner, I'd fire her immediately. I always have my usual drink (pink drink with strawberry puree and vanilla cold foam), and as soon as I arrive, she looks grumpy. I order, and she says, "We can't do that." I come here weekly, so I told her about this order. She was going to try it, but the first one wasn't right. I thought, "Maybe I didn't quite understand." My friend went back inside and asked for a new one. I'm not kidding when I say it honestly tasted like coconut milk with water, without any pink color at all, and no thick vanilla foam layer either. I pointed it out again, but unfortunately, she couldn't do anything else. I think if you can't make drinks, you shouldn't be running a store all by yourself, but that's just my opinion.

I have never had such bad coffee anywhere. They made the wrong order and made a hot latte instead of an iced latte. Still, I did not say anything. I said coffee is coffee and got 2 lattes but I have never had such a bitter coffee, not hot, but bitter. Apart from being like water, it has a different taste. I have a stomach ache right now. Even if we sue you, it will not be enough.

I paid €5.05 for a small mango dragon fruit. It was gone in 3 sips! For €5.05 I expected a little more refreshment.

The sausage rolls here are super tasty, as are the minced meat balls. The coffee is also very good, so you don't have to go to the overpriced Starbucks.

I go to many Starbucks locations, but people work here who have no interest in their work at all. The filter coffee was gone... At every other Starbucks you hear: "Would you like to wait four minutes? Then you have fresh!" Here they simply say: “It's gone!” So I say, “I'll wait four minutes,” to which it is said: “No, I am not going to put any more.” WOW! And last time I had four new stamps and one old one. The employee says: “No, this is no longer valid, old stamp.” I thought, okay, fine. But I still had four other stamp cards with the same 'old' stamps, which I could simply hand in at other locations without any problems. Here, at the Starbucks along the A4, they are always difficult. In any case, I won't stop here for a cup of coffee again.

In itself, Starbucks is delicious... but 6-7 euros for a cup of coffee... not many people will be willing to pay for it. I recommend lowering the price and making profit from quantities instead of big margins on a single cup of coffee.

Omdat we niet vaak bij Starbucks winkelen, namen we de tijd om iets te kiezen. Helaas vond ik de service wat kiel, zonder een professionele glimlach, en mogelijk merkte ik op dat de medewerker met zijn ogen rolde toen ik mijn tweede drankje met een vertraging bestelde. Mijn zoon was een beetje onzeker over de beschikbare opties. De koffie was wel lekker.

Heel goed bediend! Mevrouw was heel aardig, heel fijn na een lange reis.
