The short Asian barista could use some intensive customer service training. Gossiping about customers in English while they're literally standing right next to her... And when you make it clear you understand her, not even a second of eye contact or an apology. That's how you lose customers. This employee won't be staying at Coffeecompany long. Mark my words!!!

Always delicious coffee/matcha here and lovely employees who bring the coffees.

Full of people on laptops, can’t get a seat, nothing cleaned or wiped down, questionable hygiene for all the cakes sat in the open - better places in the hood.

By the time you've had your coffee, it's time for a glass of wine. Friendly and dedicated staff. Dramatistic (or maybe just no management at all?).

Great quality, drinks & food made with care, creativity and precision, extremely good and friendly customer service from Lindy even on such a hot & busy day is just the cherry on top. :-)

The people here are great - super friendly and always doing their best, even when the place is clearly understaffed. The coffee is usually solid, and the food is honestly better than most spots in Amsterdam. Plus, the location is perfect and tends to attract a nice crowd… most of the time. Now, for the plot twist: there’s a special group of dog owners who seem convinced that everyone must adore their dogs. These aren’t tiny pups either, we’re talking big, hairy dogs that don’t really respect personal space. If you have a dog allergy (like around 2 million people in the Netherlands), tough luck! Just the other day, I tried to dodge a massive dog brushing up behind me, and the owner actually said, “This is the Netherlands, we have dogs here.” That comment really sealed it for me—maybe this just isn’t my kind of hangout after all. To be fair, I totally get allowing small dogs, but letting in giant ones seems a bit much. So, if you’re not a fan of dog hair (or dog owners with big attitudes), you might want to pick a different spot. For some, it could even be a real health risk.

Love the flat white, barista’s were super nice and explained there special single origin coffee beans! Had it with some lovely carrot cake. Definitely will visit again!

Nope. Its really bad how they make cold coffee, basically blending coffee with ice and voila, mish mash which taste tiny bit like coffee but more like an ice, you cannot drink it, just eat it…

Our favorite coffee in Amsterdam, friendly, kind and fast staff. Coffee (unfortunately) not comparable to what I usually drink, but excellent cappuccinos and croissants!!

This might honestly be my favorite coffee spot in the neighborhood. Their matcha is top quality definitely my go-to matcha place! I even got a message on Instagram the other day inviting me to try their new matcha varieties for free, which I really appreciated. You have to give them a try. We tried the mango matcha and the strawberry one, both with oat milk. The flavor combo was incredible we loved it! My new favorite drink is definitely the mango oat milk matcha. Also, the staff is super kind and professional. So glad you exist, Coffee Company!

coffee: very expensive, paid 4,80 for a small latte and it isn’t even with a cookie or something special service: not nice, almost angry service who started arguments with each other atmosphere: nice bus always busy for the small space

Good location, friendly staff, but expensive and average coffee, certainly not bad but for this money I expect the best.

Not even the best coffee, expensive, small cup cost 5 euros, facilities are awful. The toilet is disgusting, outdated, dirty, no paper to dry hands! Horrible! Why do i pay 5 euros for that????

This place is so cozy and nice! The staff were incredibly friendly. The coffee was great, and if I lived in Amsterdam, this would definitely be my go to spot. Highly recommend it!

The worst service and horrible looking Cappuccino. When you have so many new coffee roasters and good coffee nearby - I wonder how they serve such a bad coffee in Amsterdam?

They sell loose leaf Oolong tea, what more do you need to know? Go.

The coffee is delicious and not expensive, and the service is friendly. It's okay to sit there all afternoon while working.

Fast and friendly service. Pleasant seating areas. A small downside was the very old (and ugly) toilet room.

Very pleasant coffee place. Went here for a special Sabrina Carpenter drink edition. Would love if this became a usual drink, was very sweet and tasty

Super delicious crunchy buttery Croissants and great coffee! We forgot a bag outside and the staff were really nice and cautious and kept it safe for us to go back and pick it up.

Great place if you want to share your cake with a dog! They could at least ask dog owners to sit in a particular part of the cafe. Otherwise, they put their dog next you and expect you to be very happy with that when the dog is sniffing and touching you. Unfortunately, dog owners don’t have the reasoning ability to see not everyone must be a dog lover. Coffee company must do something about it or place a sticker on the door to warn people with allergy to dog hair not to enter. Edit: I have no problem with this place is for everyone. Contrary, that’s what I like about this place. But, getting a dog sitting literally next to you on the bench and feeling its nose on your body is beyond that. We have to respect each other’s personal boundaries.

Stopped for a latte and a break during a rainy day, I loved the customer service and coziness of the shop. Many seats are available, good spot for dates, meeting a friend or by yourself to read a book. Bought one of their coffee beans selection, they have a good variety. I did not try their food so I can't write about that.

Nice coffee and breakfast place. Good communal indoor seating -must for fall/winter- not easy to find with coffee houses.

Viby but calm place. Coffee is delicious while the food choice is limited. Good place to have a breakfast in the morning while other places are closed / overbooked. Start with espresso to test their skills, and you won't be dissapointed

This was my one of the 5th Caffè ", which was serving coffee in cups, but all other coffee shops were offered in thermal cups or plastic cups, so this is the reason I liked this Caffè . It's a bit bust but good.

Druk bezocht. Meeste bezoekers zijn aan het werk op laptop. Leuke uitstraling. Bediening chaotisch, lijken niet met plezier te werken.

This one is a quaint cafe for a quick bite and great coffee. It’s lovely to sit by the window and look out into the street. Tried their croissant- was good.

A ver, el sitio es mono y el café está bueno. Sin embargo el menú es muy básico con pocas opciones para desayuno. Sobre todo si lo que quieres son unas simples tostadas para desyunar. Lo peor del sitio el personal, con poca experiencia y muy mala atención al cliente. No sirven en las mesas ni te hacen mucho caso. Supongo que si es para pedirte un café para llevar el sitio está bien. Para desayunar tranquilamente pues mejor otro sitio.

Nice place for a quick breakfast! There is a very wide choice of coffees and lots more. I reccomand it for a quick coffee on the go!

Today is July 23 at 3:33pm, I went to this location and grabbed two ice latte with oak milk and coconut syrup. I met a super friendly and helpful barista. She was the only one that I met who provided the great service and coffee was great!! I wish all the barista like her. She made my day!! 🤩

Good latte, okay-ish banana nut bread. It didn't feel very banana-y and was a bit sweet for my taste.
