It was exactly like the cafes we see in American movies. The large windows and street view were very appealing. When we went, it was 20 minutes before closing time and completely empty. So we took a few nice photos. The Americano was a smooth and delicious coffee. I don't remember the price, but it wasn't expensive.

We went here for breakfast yesterday I got an Americano and the breakfast special for four euros extra with the fresh orange juice and croissant. The croissant was better than another place recommended in the city . Unfortunately, they didn’t have too many people working and there was one lady processing orders and making them so it was a bit slow but other than that amazing.

The café makes a very nice and modern impression at first glance. Unfortunately, the coffee and cakes didn't live up to our expectations at all. The coffee was rather average in taste, and the cakes didn't seem fresh. It's a shame, because based on the good reviews and pleasant atmosphere, we had expected much more.

When I ordered something at the till and I asked one of your staff members (the one I think is south Asian) to clean the table, he refused and instead gave me a napkin to ask me to clean the table. It‘s ridiculous. So he literally asked me to do their job. Although I will never come to this coffee shop in the future (and I know you may not care), I suggest that everyone avoids coming to this coffee shop

Not open on a Saturday at 11:00?

Service is unbearable - got ignored for 10 minutes straight today. She was even opening and closing syrup bottle caps... Even the guy behind me was shocked. The product doesn’t matter when the service is this bad. Thanks.

The coffee is delicious and the matcha too!! Plus you can sit in the sun (we were lucky enough to have sunshine and 18 degrees Celsius)

Pro tip: Get the bourbon vanilla latte!!! Its so good! Also love the songs they play! It fits the vibe!

First place (by chance) I visited when we arrived to Amsterdam, but we saw it multiple times when we were cruising around the town! nice and cosy…

A horrible experience. They charged us for a sandwich they didn't have. After waiting 15 minutes, they still didn't serve it, and when we went to ask for a refund because we were in a hurry, they refused. Very poor customer service.

After a long walk around the city, this was the perfect spot to take a break and enjoy.s shootout to the chili girl on the counter always ready to smile for all the costumers.

I usually really like coming to this chain cafe, I really enjoy the coffee and the modern vibe. This location unfortunately disappointed me:( There is a lot of dirt/sand on the floor, the music is very loud and the used coffee cups/plates lay quite long on the table before someone takes them. If you are coming to work here I would keep in mind that there is only 2/3 places to charge your laptop and they are close to a side bench and not the big table in the middle, which is not the most convenient set up for work. There is some work being done outside so it is possible that its not always the case with the dirt/sand inside. I thought I would leave this review because those things are easily fixable for the future, and can make the experience more pleasant for others. And to end on a nicer note the coffee I ordered - latte tasted really great. So I would still recommend someone to come here for take away coffee plus snack.

Stopped in at 10:45am, asked for the cc cooler to be told they only sell it in the summer (despite it being on their permanent menu behind the bar, make it make sense), then asked for a smoothie to be told they don’t have any, then asked for 2 medium sized orange juices to be told they only have enough for 2 smalls. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and was lovely, but it just seemed like a waste of time coming here when we could’ve gone somewhere else that actually had things available.

The coffee is delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. There's a free water dispenser inside. The banana bread isn't perfect, but it's good.

So, the service is great, the place is adorable, and there are power outlets for those who need to work on their laptops. But €3.90 for a pain au chocolat??? Yes, a baguette, you can tell this isn't France…the average bill doubles because the pastries are almost the same price as the drinks.

The place is mediocre, the coffee is mediocre, and the bathroom is a disaster and not recommended. There are graffiti and drawings on the door, and one bathroom for everyone, and it's dilapidated. Honestly, there are better and more upscale cafes out there.

It's a shame that the waiter is working at his own discretion at 6:30 a.m. and refuses to serve coffee in glass saucers, only paper cups. This, despite the rule that coffee must be served fifteen minutes before closing time. This is unacceptable, as customers prefer their coffee in a glass saucer. Amsterdam

The barista was very friendly and did her job very well. She made the best coffee I've ever had in Amsterdam. Thank you. Sitting facing the street and sipping it was a pleasure. The prices are also good; a medium latte is 5.7 euros.

loved the coffee, and it has a lot of different beverage options. the food was AMAZING, but there were not many savoury options. if you seat in the communal table, you have a really nice view, and the service is great. only downside is that the prices are a little bit high, and it is a bit busy. other than that, I really recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy cafe in Amsterdam :)

I really appreciate the atmosphere of the coffeeshop. We were there on 27th of December. The WC was very dirty with a puddle on the floor and piles of trash, there was no soap and paper towels. To be honest, I have tried better americano in my life. However, after I added some oatmilk (I like that here you can pour as many milk you want, they have regular milk, rice milk, oatmilk and etc.) it got better. And they have a little isle where you can pour yourself water if you want, that’s a smart move. Actually we came here for coffee and stroopwaffels but there were not any that day. You can pay here only by card, FYI.

Quality coffee. I had a cortado, which was punchy and flavourful, my wife was very good too. We also shared an apple, pear and cinnamon cake which was 👌 They have really stepped up their game, well done!

This was my least favorite branch compared to their others. The staff were indifferent and seemed to mock me when I asked them questions. I don't think we'll be coming back to this branch!

Honestly, it was a casual spot, and we ordered a latte with almond milk. We didn't try their desserts, but the latte was a 10/10, and I expect their desserts are delicious because the place was popular and the seating was good.

This is the first CoffeeCompany I ever visited. Then, I fell in love with this specific one. It has become a ritual for me that whenever I'm in AMS, I had to come here for my coffee and breakdast and work on my laptop. I enjoyed the friendly conversation with their barsitas and their helpful tips for coffee. Apparently Europeans have their own way to make and drink coffee. If you do go, get check out their breakfast deals and enjoy the view!!!

The driest, untasty cinnamon bun I have ever had. Also, the hygiene in the coded bathroom is horrible. Disgusting! Never going again. I had orange juice it was ok.

A truly lovely café! It's regularly packed, but we understood why after visiting. Their hot chocolate is wonderful, perfect for warming up before wandering the streets of Amsterdam in the wind and rain. I 100% recommend it!

The coffee was delicious but a bit expensive. The cake was good. Tables were cleared late or not at all. We got a table outside. It was a bit too warm inside. The restroom, unfortunately, wasn't particularly clean.

Nice place on the first floor, less well-maintained on the second floor, where the bathroom wasn't clean. The waitress was really unfriendly, the only unkind person I encountered in Amsterdam. Prices were high (€3.40 for a small espresso), the only positive aspect being the free water bottle.

Best cappuccino in a long time. By now, I’ve gotten used to receiving cappuccinos that are far too hot and far too milky. Even my wife now drinks cappuccino, since with a latte this issue is even worse. Here at the café, the coffee was prepared with great care. Every parameter for a good coffee was taken into account, resulting in an excellent cappuccino. Unfortunately, it always depends a lot on the person making the coffee. I was lucky to have a motivated staff member who put in a lot of effort. If I’m ever in Amsterdam again, I would definitely come back here for another coffee. The only downside was the location in a busy pedestrian street.

Unfortunately, I must report that the service was terrible. We were drinking coffee and a waitress aggressively approached us to take away our cup even though we hadn't finished. We told her we hadn't finished our coffee, and she replied, "It looks like the coffee's finished to me," and walked away in a huff. This behavior is unacceptable.

For me, this place was a safe haven amidst all the smoke and drugs, where I could sit and watch people through the window. I ordered a strawberry drink, but it tasted mostly like water with just a faint hint of strawberry, and it wasn’t particularly enjoyable.

Popped in for a morning coffee and lite bite. The food (the only option with meat) wasn’t great necessarily, but it sustained me. I’d say their sweet pastries would be much better. The coffee was delicious though and the service was very pleasant. A little seating outside with a few tables. Perfect for Amsterdam people watching.
