Very average Cafe. Coffee was luke warm and the toasted sandwich took forever to be served. One of the staff kept sniffing and didn't use a tissue to blow her nose! Overall a very disappointing experience!

Since the opening of the North/South line, I've been coming here regularly as a metro rider, but I'm afraid I have to say this is one of the worst coffee shops I've ever encountered. The flat white is getting smaller and smaller, while the price is now approaching five euros—for what almost resembles an espresso. The service is downright shameful. I've seen some staff members for years, but they still don't recognize you or show any customer focus whatsoever. There's hardly any attention paid to the customer; they seem preoccupied with themselves. In all these years, I've never been asked if I wanted a stamp card—something simple enough to show appreciation to regular customers. That speaks volumes about how little they invest in customer relations. It's a real shame, because you'd expect a good coffee shop in such a central location. I sincerely hope this place makes way for a true specialty coffee bar, where quality, service, and hospitality are actually taken seriously.

The filter coffee is excellent and so is the food 👍🏼 I recommend it

€5 frozen cappuccino is simply ice cubes mixed with a blender.

I ordered a large matcha latte with blueberry and was charged €7,80 even though the price on the menu showed €6,50. When I asked about the discrepancy, only THEN the girl said “Oh we changed our pricing but have not managed to modify the info on the sign yet”. The matcha tasted okay (it’d better be given the exorbitant price) but the blueberry was this horrible chemical straight from a can. Never again.

4.30 for a small cappuccino where the milk is just poured in and you have to collect the coffee yourself is absolutely ridiculous.

Food& service always great- atmosphere not so much. The music is incredibly loud, especially in the working space. Even with headphone volume on 80%+ you can hear it droning on. Maybe some milder jazz? Or folk? Anything but the music usually playing. Edit: asked if it can be lowered/ changed and was immediately helped. :) thank you!!

I'm updating my old 5 star review because even though they make a great cappuccino, I got a croissant and it was really raw inside

I've been coming here for years, but for a while now they prepare the matcha in advance and it sits all day, which just makes it disgusting. a real shame because coffeecompany matcha was my favorite but I won't be coming here again

This is our go to place when we are visiting our son. The best coffee, atmosphere and service.

Today we decide to go for breakast to coffee company and was a very sweet girl and super kind guy that helped us! They made this delicious matcha latte and i definately will Come back because of them! Such a nice vibe! Love coffee company!

I was not allowed to pay with cash. I had a €10 note but I had to pay by card. As a matter of principle, I no longer go to companies that do not accept cash.

Avoid this location - the prices are insanely high for the service you get. Staff no interest, no smiles at all. The guy making coffee is messing up often and throws half of the milk away (WASTE!). They have extra seating but don’t pay attention to this room at all. Dirty empty mugs and plates on every table, sticky tables. People are not used to bring their used mugs back to the counter which is a shame of the customers, but also embarrassing that the staff never cleans up. We had to bring dirty cups from the previous customer back to the counter before we could sit down. For the price you pay, it is ridiculous. When addressed to the staff that there are many dirty cups in the seating area, we got told that they take care of it. When we walked out, the staff returned to the counter without cleaning up. No shame at all 🥴. Better go next door if you want better service for reasonable prices.

I have to state that althought the staff was polite, they were also very very passive. Furthermore, they also didn't know what t8he tosties are with which, for such a big chain, is frankly quite embarrassing... Needless to say that the staff needs to have a good knowledge of what they are selling. Hopefully this can be improved easily, thus this comment.

Nice little cafe, we popped by for breakfast and took the breakfast deal, the coffee croissant and orange juice were really good. Only suggestion is they could have a little more breakfast options.

Very nice coffee. The coffee was very rich, neither strong nor soft; a medium intensity that I appreciated. I ordered a flat white. Then I ordered a raspberry and lemon loaf, it was a bit dry but had a good flavour.

It's excellent that you can order filter coffee here, but it's a shame that it is a big splash of coffee in a gray large mug. A bit bare and without a cookie. Very nice staff.

Not what i expect from a coffee shop… When i told the barista she replied back that art is not required..

overcharged me twice! For a small coffee, which costs 3 coffee credits, they stamped 4 boxes in my coffee card. This happened on 2 different days by 2 different baristas. Never happens at other coffeecompany locations. I was slowly becoming a regular here, but now I don't want to visit anymore.

Had a nice cup of coffee. They did not offer too much to eat, but the vibe and coffee was enjoyable. WOudl go there agin if I only wanted some coffee.

I liked the place. Food and specially coffee are very good. In order to improve, I think they are too slow when you order a sandwhich, even they inform it'll take 10min... but they serve the coffee and I like everything together. The place is nice, they have a spacious second room.

We ordered 2 Mocha S coffees and received a relatively large cup Their pastries are delicious. The price is not expensive at all 2 coffees + 2 pastries for 15.5 euros The atmosphere is really pleasant and quiet

Hier habe ich einen sehr guten Cappuccino getrunken( in unserem 14tägigem Urlaub der Beste bisher). Er wird mit Frischmilch gemacht, nicht mit H-Milch und das schmeckt man sofort. Er war auch angenehm kräftig. Zu empfehlen👍.
