First things first: food is good. Not as good as the Toronto locations, and I wish the menu was more similiar to there. Oatly soft serve was delicious and everything it should be, amazing mango and matcha flavour. Otherwise, I have had their matcha latte a couple of times, and oh boy… Their matcha is not great, and in my experience always bitter and lumpy, which indicates it is not brewed/whisked properly. However, moving on to the rest: Bathrooms are a bit unkept, every time I am here they are dusty and out of handsoap. The service is a bit slow, and the staff don’t really pay much attention to customers /take ages to bring out food even when it is not busy. I also experienced staff turning away from me in the middle of ordering to speak to each other. They could do with working on that.

Today my cousin and I had a wonderful evening in Rotterdam. The atmosphere was great and the young, attentive ladies and gentleman were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. We had a truly fantastic evening. This will be our new hotspot.

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit einem tollen Konzept. Wir saßen auf der Terrasse, die wirklich gemütlich ist. Das Essen war sehr lecker und meiner Meinung nach gibt es hier ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass auf Wünsche bei der Bestellung geachtet wurde, sie sind sehr flexibel, was das Austauschen von Zutaten betrifft. Die Bedienung war durchgehend freundlich. Insgesamt also sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem für alle, die Lust auf ein komplett plant-based Restaurant in schönem Ambiente haben.

Takeaway meal, very very good, however the service is a bit slow, you should know this if you are in a hurry.

For the first time, I had matcha with whipped cream that didn't taste purely of soybeans. The loaded nachos were deliciously full of flavor, and the guacamole aoili and cheese was definitely enough to make it worth the price! The waitress was also super sweet. Unfortunately, there was construction going on outside to the right of the restaurant, but because of the food and drinks, it didn't bother me!

Amazing!!!! My boyfriend and I are both lactose intolerant, so we don't have many options at most restaurants, but here I was overwhelmed by all the delicious things on the menu. I ordered a pumpkin spice frappuccino, which tasted amazing—truly like coffee, but also extremely sweet without being watery, like many vegan restaurants (in my experience). I also had the mango yogurt bowl, which was also delicious. My boyfriend is extremely happy with his matcha (which actually tastes like matcha; we've had a lot of matcha at different places, but this is definitely one of the best) and loaded nachos :)

Copper Branch has very good food with great portion sizes! I went with a friend, and we ordered nachos as a starter. I had the Aztec bowl as my main dish and wasn't able to finish it all. My friend had the Blue burger, but he was so full after the nachos that he also ended up having two or three bites left over. We tend to have good appetites around dinner time, so we usually end up getting dessert when we eat out, but we were too full for dessert! The man who served us was very kind and upbeat, and was happy to give us recommendations when we weren't sure what to get. I have a symptomatic gluten allergy, and I had no problems eating here! I'm still quite full after 4 hours, and haven't had any ill symptoms. My friend also really enjoyed the music that was being played (especially the Daft Punk songs). We highly recommend this place if you are vegan, eat gluten-free, or just want some good food and friendly service!

Rotterdam (et les pays bas en général) ne sont pas des endroits où on mange très bien. Je conseille donc ce restaurant où l'on mange des bowls faits avec des produits frais et où la serveuse (à moitié française) se met en quatre pour vous servir. On y est vraiment bien.

This is the fourth time that I have been here. And three times I just left after waiting for 25 minutes at the table without any service employer reaching out to me. With a 1 hour lunch break, I am not able to wait 25 minutes just to wait for someone to take my order.

Hello! Maybe usually they are good (first time there) but this time (25.05.25) I ordered their burger, cake, and coffee. The coffee was ok. The burger was very late but ok. But the cake was almost unedable. The "Cheese part" was tasteless and the crumb part was dry and hard as a rock. We didn't complain on the spot because my friend ate more than half and only then told me that it was terrible. XD. Please put out some fresh cakes, cause that was not! Definitely!

After waiting 45 minutes to get two burgers we were at least expecting something "award winning". It was small, awful and tasteless. It was very surprising. I prefer any cheap regular burger over these. Really can't understand the hype. Even the bun was dry and old. The price is also very high for what you get. At least the atmosphere is nice. I'm not giving it one start just because I didn't get food poisoning. Won't return here.

We had lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. The service and the food took a very long time, understandable when it is busy, but >30 minutes at lunch is very long. I ordered the inspiring Indosian bowl but unfortunately I was surprised by a garnish of coriander. Perhaps a tip to the restaurant to add this, there are many like me who do not like this either. Furthermore, the food is very tasty and the choice was difficult, it all looked quite tasty.

Best restaurant Rotterdam is a stretch. Iced Latte was basically a tall glass of cold oatmilk with the teeniest tiniest shot of coffee. I didn't taste it at all. Ordered a wrap, was OK, but the menu said it had Romaine lettuce and ended up being a mix with Rucola, so that was ruined. I hate rucola.

The food is delicious, there are gluten-free options, everything is plant-based. The workers are friendly and helpful, food arrived fast (visited on a Sunday afternoon).

You should definitely not go here for a cup of coffee. Had to wait 40 minutes for 2 espressos. Organizationally/logistically a mess.

Very chilled place with a large selection of extremely delicious food - ok, we couldn't try everything but we'll definitely come back! But the best thing was the mega-friendly and individual service, that was a really nice experience all around, thank you!!!

Very hard to imagine that this restaurant won an award for best restaurant. Food was anything but special and tasteless. Onion rings looked very pale and the taste of onion was nowhere to be found. Didn't even eat it, despite being very hungry. Service was good and the place had a good atmosphere. Perhaps the cook was sick and the dishwasher was in the kitchen today.

De smaken waren perfect in balans, de textuur heerlijk, en elke hap was een genot. Naast het geweldige eten was ook de sfeer in het restaurant top. De inrichting is modern en gezellig, wat bijdraagt aan een fijne eetervaring. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij, wat de avond nog beter maakte. Kortom, een dikke aanrader voor iedereen die houdt van lekker eten in een fijne ambiance. Ik kom zeker terug!

Ik ben een jaar geleden naar de vestiging van Copper Branch in Rotterdam geweest. En gezien dat een hele fijne ervaring was en ik er rond etenstijd in de buurt was besloot ik daar weer een hapje te eten. Bij binnenkomst werd ik gelijk vriendelijk aangesproken door een serveerster, ze heeft me een plekje aangeboden om te zitten. Ik heb er een try-before-you-die burger gegeten en een 'chicken'wrap. Ze heeft me achteraf gevraagd of alles naar wens was. Doordat ik voor de tweede keer zo lekker heb gegeten en het personeel weer zo vriendelijk was heb ik ze een leuke fooi gegeven. Bedankt voor de topservice!!!

Cosy, warm place with lots of greenery and a beautiful terrace in the middle of the city. I've cycled around a few times for the grazie mille burger. Extremely tasty, fresh and prepared with attention! It's admirable how they can make plant-based food so tasty and interesting here!

We made a reservation and there was no table free for us (five people). We moved two tables together although there wasn't enough space to sit comfortably. Then we had to wait 1 hour for the food. The sandwiches were very yummy although the lack of service made it an awful experience. A waitress offered a free drink for the table because we had to wait so long, when I paid those drinks were on the receipt. Absolutely rude!

Great place. I came here on Saturday March 15 in the evening and the staff was really sweet, beautiful, funny and everything good (all 3 of them need a 50% salary increase). Food was also delicious and super cozy atmosphere (they play good music).

As a meat lover, I was positively surprised by this restaurant! I enjoyed the Grazie Mille Burger and a Red Fruit Smoothy – both were incredibly tasty and well seasoned. Unfortunately there was a small downside: our coffee was forgotten. Nevertheless, a nice experience!

It was delicious plant based burger that we ate. We preferred Grazie Mille burger and it was incredibly tasty and moist. Ceasar salad was lacking salt but chickens and Ceasar sauce was tasty. Salad was plant based as well. We really recommend here if anybody wants to eat some plant based foods !

We sat here on a Friday evening, with unfortunately only two other tables occupied. The fries arrived 5 minutes earlier than the burgers and since the portion of fries is scandalously small for the €5.90 we paid for them, they were already gone by the time the burgers arrived. Both fries and burgers were lukewarm and didn't really taste fresh, which we didn't quite understand since we were almost the only guests. Nevertheless, the burgers were very tasty, the aïoli we ordered was even tastier, but we thought they were on the pricey side. Especially since it doesn't even come with fries. It's nice that they have gluten-free rolls. I think this is a nice place for lunch, but we wouldn't recommend it for dinner.

Cuando abrieron en 2022 no me impresionó tanto. Hoy en día, me encanta! Su envoltura de pollo es increíble, la Grazie Mille Burger es increíble y los nachos cargados son increíbles. Los postres son bastante azucarados, pero son geniales para cualquiera que tenga un diente dulce. Me gusta que pueda pedir con mi teléfono o en persona.

Had dinner here. It was decent, but unfortunately I just found it much too expensive for the area. I got a burger, plus wedges, plus a lemonade/tea thing, plus ketchup,.. and all together it was 27 euros. Then after a suggested 10% tip it was 30 euros. And unfortunately I was still hungry. Other places youll get fries etc., for free., and although it is normal in the netherlands to charge for sauces I still find it a bit of a rip off.

I had a very tasty crispy 'chicken' burger and the service was very friendly and on the ball. The only thing that could be complained about was the preparation time, which was to be expected given the size of our group, so some people already had their food while others were still waiting for theirs.
