Incredible food, incredible service

⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 We had a chicken burger, a burger with a veggie option, coleslaw salad, truffle mayo, and blue cheese spread – and it was absolutely delicious! Every single bite was a delight. What's especially cool: Every burger can also be ordered with a vegetarian option – super flexible and perfect for those who don't want to eat meat. For us, Dandy Burger is clearly the best burger joint in Amsterdam. The quality of the ingredients, the perfect preparation, and the creative sauces totally won us over. Highly recommended! We would advise everyone to come here – it's simply worth it. We'll definitely be back!

The food is genuinely brilliant, very fresh and clean taste. Crispy Chicken burger was really up there with the best I have had. Owner is really friendly. Very glad to have this in the neighbourhood. Will absolutely be back!

Best place in Netherlands! Been there yesterday and today as well and I just had to modify my review from amazing to absolutely the best. We had a chance to try Chicken Burger which was the best combo I had of this kind. But after we were done owner brought us some buffalo wings to taste and oh boy that was something. I never order wings anywhere because most of the time they are average at best. Wings in Dandy were not food, they are experience you need to have to understand. I travel quite a lot and try different foods and I think that those wings were best, most complex and awesome thing I ever ate while traveling. The climate of the place and a passion you can instantly sense is the reason why I would consider flying here just for the wings again. Absolutely the best experience I had In Amsterdam. And if you think weed gives you the joy, try those wings :D

I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich burger and it was the greatest I have ever experienced. I'm pretty consistent in my burger orders, so I feel confident in saying this was the best. Staff was so friendly, the ingredients all divine and I hope I can make it a regular thing. Incredible.

These burgers are seriously good!!! The chicken is succulent, tasty and full on yum. My friends recommended the lamb - was hesitant bit I was so pleasantly suprised, it's insanely good. These guys know what they’re doing!

Favorite burger place in the Netherlands. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and it's all so good. Have no idea whether anything could be any better. What also stands out is the consistency - perfect meal and perfect service every single time. Only thing we miss: the basil mayo 😢

This place is freaking amazing. The burgers were delicious, the dandy sauce and the garlic aioli, the fried oyster mushrooms all to die for. Six of us descended on the place and the owner took great care of us!!! Tried all the fries.. my favorite were the Italian ones with pesto and roasted tomatoes.

I explained I was pregnant, and they prepared a well-done burger for me; it was great! Everyone was very friendly; we had a great time and ate delicious food. Their sauces were excellent too. Dandy Burgers is absolutely amazing and it has became our go-to spot anytime we crave a burger! From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by the very friendly staff, and the owner Dara, who has wonderful energy and goes out of his way to match you with the best burger according to your tastes ( and spice tolerance). We were so impressed by their burgers and the amount of passion and dedication that goes into creating a well balanced menu, full of creative specialty options and homemade sauces. Delicious beef burgers, we tried truffle with homemade mushroom marinade, was super fresh. Good sides and souces, very friendy staff.

Dropped in on a Sunday evening for a meal. We were greeted by incredible staff who took great care of us. The food tasted great the menu had many different options for those who love burgers. They even brought us some of their homemade sauces and wings on the house (don’t sleep on them)! Recommend to anyone visiting the area. 5/5

Off the beaten track where the brands trade, it’s 15m walk from more central areas and well worth it. No frills joint but where all the focus is on the plate. The team were super friendly, explaining about the meat, the patty mix, and its provenance. The burger sauce was sensational - home made with a nice subtle kick. The slaw was just tremendous - again packed with taste and zing. We were 4 with 2 teenage kids and we all loved Dandy’s. Appreciate the welcome and the skills fellas! JD

Only thing better than the warm friendly service were the burgers itself! Cooked to a perfect medium with super crispy bacon and fresh tasty pickles. Don't know what you put in that Dandy sauce but don't change it one bit! Top it off with some onion rings and complimentary chicken wings - 10/10 will be coming back!

This was the best burger that I’ve ever had in my entire life. I will never, ever eat another burger ever again. We are definitely coming back! High quality service, food was excellent I had the holy burger which is the biggest one they serve, it was excellent and cooked to perfection, the turkey bacon was so juicy, highly recommend eating here, I’ve been twice now and definitely see myself going a third time.

If you have ever eaten good food in your life then these burgers will bring back memories. The beef burger is amazing, cooked the way you like, it should like (rare) and with great taste. The caramelized onions brought me back to an Australian farmer market, the patty which has a great bite will trigger your meat senses and the bun are like a crispy love handle to hold this together (it deserves to look better though). Great burger, a preferred for a pickup.

I had a fantastic experience at Dandy Burgers! The burgers were absolutely top-notch – juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a great meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel truly welcome as a guest. A special shoutout to one of the team members in the kitchen – a guy with a beard – who had me laughing and added a wonderful personal touch to the experience. Was quiet when we arrived and the owner made me and the kids feel very welcome with plenty of chat and helpful recommendations. Burgers were tastey and moist and we all left full. We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, it was undercooked, almost like rare, and gave us stomach cramps afterward. We also felt like the spice was missing—it wasn’t as tasty. Plus, my drink was missing. This used to be one of my favorite burgers in the city, so it was really disappointing :(

The burgers and fries were incredibly delicious. The staff were very friendly and did everything they could to ensure we had a lovely evening. The sauces were homemade and therefore really tasty. a shop with heart and not a McDonalds. Next time amsterdam, dandy burger, for sure!!

Burgers are good, but if it is a busy night it is not advised to dine in, as waiting times are very long.

I wondered why they had a perfect 5 stars, but after eating there I totally get it. Food was great, lamb patty was juicy, sweet potato fries was decadent. And they had great Australian hospitality (with jokes to spare)! They recommended to try the beef (their specialty) so will aim to try that next time.
