Classic Burger. Good flavor. Good jungle vibes.

Service was slow and rather unfriendly. The meat quality was subpar by today's standards. The selection is good, and prices would be fair with better quality. There was also a real faux pas: the vegetarian burger and the meat were mixed up. Absolutely a no-go.

The hamburger is good. But we went there after reading very legendary comments. It is not bad, but we all know a little bit about good hamburgers anyway. It was a hamburger at restaurant standards. But the place and especially the sinks were not very appealing.

I don't understand why the boss said "Jesus Christ" when paying the bill Baby, did I pay too little? 😂 The burger was dry, the fries didn't offer ketchup...the service attitude was crazy! Everything in Amsterdam is good, except this place, haha! 😂

The burger was average but fresh. The sauce was mayo, ketchup, and mustard. The fries weren't crispy. It was €19. The pulled pork was quite tasty, though. Overall, nothing special.

I went here for the first time as my last meal of my trip to Amsterdam. I ordered the Jungle Burger set. To put it simply, this hamburger was one of the best hamburgers I've had in my life, and it was definitely the most satisfying meal of my trip to Amsterdam. The patty was just the right amount of juicy, and I also liked the crispy texture of the pulled beef. The balance of the homemade sauce and the saltiness of the cheddar cheese was also great. The staff (or maybe the owner?) were also very nice. Considering the quality of the burger, the location, and the comfort of the place, the price seemed very reasonable. Despite being in a tourist area, it has a very private atmosphere, and I hope this restaurant will remain in business for a long time. I'll definitely eat here again if I go to Amsterdam again.

Small place with delicious food, the guy who serves is very friendly and quick to take orders, the music is at a good level for talking, it has a space outside to sit in the sun, I recommend it

One of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten! Highly recommend trying the Jungle Burger—it’s juicy, flavourful, and super satisfying. Don’t forget to ask for the Joppie Original sauce on the side—it’s a game changer!

Burger and fries were tasty, cappuccino was mid. Bathroom sink is so tiny it's almost impossible to wash your hands. Would generally recommend though.

WARNING: Big hygiene issue! The guy preparing your burger is sitting playing on his phone waiting for you to order, touch all kind of stuff then start right away to prepare your burger, he don’t clean his hands! Touching your burger with he’s dirty hands, if you want to get sick then this is the place for you. This place should be reported to the health administration, a tips is to use plastic gloves if washing your hands is difficult.

Worst burger I have had in a very long time... Over cooked meat, dry bun, tasteless cheese. And way over priced for what you get... I hate McDonald's but left Jungle Burger wishing I had just popped in for a nasty Big Mac instead

We enjoyed it very much. The restaurant is relatively small and full at lunchtime. But it's worth waiting. Price performance ratio was good. You pay between €8 and €12 per burger.

Pretty small and there was only one guy there (poor guy had to do 5 things at the same time) but I came here for the sweet potato fries and I’m not disappointed 😂 everyone who loves sweet potato fries knows that they’re either good or bad but no in between. So if you feel like eating some good, thick but also crispy sweet potato fries, check this restaurant out:).

Music was loud, not very atmospheric. Service was watching series on iPad barely a meter away from us. It is cramped, not very cozy and the food is fine but not really special.

The food is delicious. We had the Jungle Burger and fries. The service was ok, but not overly friendly. We were sitting at the entrance and it was a bit uncomfortable because people were constantly coming in and the door closed very slowly. This probably bothers you less in the summer.

I would not recommend this restaurant. I had the bacon & cheese burger. The attached photos show that the burger was raw. It was disgusting. Not to mention the lady cooking it did not look like she was following hygiene guidelines. I mentioned it to the server and in all fairness, they did not charge for the burger. I thought this restaurant would be good since it has around 4.5 stars on Google but I guess I shouldn’t base it solely off that.
