Dandy Restobar in Brediuskwartier

Recently I had the opportunity to dine at Grande Selene, an Italian restaurant in the heart of Bussum. This restaurant has a long history and is clearly a popular spot for locals and outside visitors alike. Atmosphere and ambiance Upon entering it immediately feels warm and welcoming. The decor is classic Italian with a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. What is striking is the homely appearance, without it feeling old-fashioned. The wood-burning oven, which is central to the kitchen, contributes to the authentic experience. Food and drinks The menu offers a wide range of Italian dishes, from classic pasta to freshly prepared pizzas. I opted for a pizza from the wood-fired oven, and it certainly did not disappoint. The base was thin and crispy, just like a good Neapolitan pizza should be. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, without being overpowering. My dining companion chose a fresh pasta with truffle sauce, which was perfectly prepared and had a deep, creamy flavor. The wine list is extensive enough to find a good match with your dish, and the house wine turned out to be a pleasant surprise: smooth and well balanced. Service The service was friendly and professional without being pushy. The waitress gave some good suggestions and clearly knew what she was talking about. Even though the restaurant was quite full, we didn't have to wait long for our food. Price-quality In terms of price level, Grande Selene is in the middle class. However, for the quality of the food and the ambiance, I thought it was definitely worth it. It is not a cheap pizzeria, but not an overly expensive restaurant either. Conclusion If you are looking for an authentic Italian restaurant with a warm atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious dishes, Grande Selene is definitely recommended. Whether you fancy a classic pasta or a wood-fired pizza, you've come to the right place. I will definitely come back!

Very nice place, great atmosphere and great service

Good experience, the staff is very kind snd fast, i requested an adjustment to something i ordered and it wasn't a problem at all, good experience and the cocktails we're wonderful.

We chose the 3-course menu. Everything was very tasty. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Nice ambience. We'll be back.

Ate oysters here, we didn't think they tasted good so we didn't eat everything. All 4 sick, vomiting. Never again.

The food here is excellent, definitely deserves 5 stars. The price-quality ratio is excellent and is rarely encountered. It's actually surprising that it wasn't completely full, but we will definitely be back.

We made a reservation at 4 p.m., but it was still closed. The catering neighbor immediately called the owner, and within 5 minutes we were able to enter and were immediately welcomed and helped. The scheduled bartender turned out to be ill, which is why the business was not yet open. Package with 2 cocktails per person and choice of nachos/fries from the house. Of course, fries and nachos were also both available at an additional cost. We sat nice and cool inside on a sunny day. Nachos and fries both well filled and not only on the top layer but also underneath with plenty of flavor. Delicious cocktails. The only downside was the view of the track and containers. To be repeated.

We went here to eat with our family. Good quality food at a good price in a cozy atmosphere. The kids had a great time and so did the parents! Keep it up.

Dandy is suitable for every occasion. Wonderful to have something to eat and drink with friends. Extremely suitable for business dinners. Or just relax with a drink at the bar. I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the food. There are few places in Bussum where you can eat such good quality food for a very good price!

Excellent attention from staff and a great diverse menu to choose from. We sat by the outside patio and it was delightful. Highly recommend everything we ordered! The oysters, burger, and chimichurri short ribs were perfectly done. And topped off with one of the best Espresso Martinis I've ever had. Will be coming back to try the rest of the menu!

Great service, just very dead on Saturday evening, which is a shame! Couple of teenagers and no one else. That's a bit of a special atmosphere.

New restaurant in Bussum for good dining. It is placed in a street with bar bars and italian restaurant. So it is a bit the odd one out, but it is a great place for a delicious and stylish diner.

Altijd lekkere muziek. Mooi interieur, heerlijke cocktails! Tot nu toe een top ervaring!

Samen met een stel vrienden hier heerlijk gegeten. De eigenaar is een topper! Lekkere ontspannen sfeer.. goede kwaliteit op de menukaart en niet onbelangrijk: top cocktails!

Eten en service goed. Alleen erg leeg voor een zaterdagavond dus ondanks mooie inrichting wat sfeerloos. Dus een oproep: ga er zaterdag(of een andere dag) eten!!

Prima eten en sfeer. Wij moesten wel erg lang wachten op het voorgerecht, waarbij niemand dit even kwam melden, of kwam kijken of we nog wat wilden drinken.

Wat een goede plek is dit om te dineren. 2 weken geleden zijn wij hier geweest. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar. Leuke cocktails op de kaart die ook goed smaakten. Heerlijk tonijn voorgerecht en een perfecte tournedos er achteraan. Deze plek verdient een stuk meer klandizie dan die avond aanwezig was. Bij deze kan ik iedereen aanraden Dandy te bezoeken :)

Geweldige ontdekking kwam via Facebook binnen mooie gerechten vriendelijke bediening prachtige inrichting echt een aanrader zijn al een paar keer geweest. Komen zeker vaker terug.

Heeelijje cocktails, mooie gelegenheid

Wat een heerlijk restaurant en (cocktail)bar. Restobar Dandy. Voor ons een geweldige ontdekking langs het spoor in Bussum. Hele vriendelijke bediening, en fantastisch eten. Zalm met citroenrisotto en gamba’s, en supermalse en smaakvolle rump-steak met roseval aardappeltjes en gegrilde groenten. Huisgemaakte chocola als desert. Werkelijk alles was top, hoofdgerecht werd persoonlijk gebracht door de kok. Ga hier gerust eten en laat je enorm verwennen! Een aanwinst voor het Gooi!

Lekker eten en lekkere cocktails.

Wat een heerlijke verrassing was dat. Bezoek op zondagavond bij Dandy, samen met mijn dochter Odette voor haar laatste etentje in Nederland. Mooi verzorgde inrichting met chique, warme materialen. Lekker open en voldoende ruimte om te genieten van een aantal heerlijke gerechten. De bediening zorgde ervoor dat we ons direct thuisvoelden. Verder een eervolle vermelding voor de cocktails. Unieke locatie in Bussum, nergens mee vergelijkbaar. Vette aanrader.

Heerlijk gegeten, tournedos en de kaas toe waren verrukkelijk, bediening voelt goed aan dat je wilt praten en lang wilt dineren, aankleding is warm en opgeruimd, 5 sterren waardig

Goed gegeten. Weinig keuze op het menu. Sfeerloos restaurant met kleine porties. Cocktailbar met kleine cocktailkaart. Paar tafeltjes bezet voor een zaterdagavond. Hoop dat ze het redden. De intentie is er wel.

Absolute aanrader! Het ziet er prachtig uit van binnen en de bediening is top. Bovendien hebben ze een mooi menu met gerechten die met aandacht worden bereid door een uitstekende chef, wij eten er elke keer heerlijk. Ook is er een uitgebreide keuze uit cocktails en draait er altijd goede muziek dus zowel voor een avond dineren als een avond uit komen wij hier graag!
