Great pancakes and friendly staff. There is also a nice themed play area for the children. Don't let negative reviews influence you, because I let myself be influenced; in hindsight, it was all perfectly fine.

I am not exaggerating when I say that this is the best pancake I have ever eaten. A good combination of crispy and soft. Super nice place, pleasantly old-fashioned. Very nice pirate theme on the right side. And a quiet atmosphere on the left side.

We drove 20 minutes because the indoor playground here had a good reputation. However, when we arrived, it turned out that only that part of the restaurant was closed. This would have meant that we, as parents, would have had to stay with our children in the play area continuously, so we left and went to another pancake restaurant. The slide in the play area was also extremely fast, by the way; our almost 2-year-old could not go down it independently without hurting himself.

We had an absolutely delicious meal! My wife had the strawberry and cream pancake and I had the Sicilian pancake (no. 80) with the delicious dessert "Witte Wieven," or Dame Blanche. The wait time wasn't long! The staff was friendly. Highly recommended.

Nice restaurant and good food. Children can enjoy playing in the play area. The restaurant is divided into two sections, so even people who don't fancy screaming and crying can have a decent meal here.

We had a nice spot under the parasol. The wait staff were quick to take our order, and the pancakes were cooked immediately. The pancakes are an excellent size. I chose plain with two scoops of ice cream. Highly recommended, especially in warm weather. The restaurant is not located on a main road, so you have to make the effort, but it is worth it.

We were here as a family with a small child. The pancakes tasted good, but nothing extraordinary. The service was okay, although we had to wait quite a while and were only served after we got their attention. Payment was a bit annoying: When we asked, we were told that card payment was possible. However, when we went to pay, it turned out that our usual credit card wasn't accepted, and we had to get cash first. Overall, a pleasant visit, but there's room for improvement.

Unfriendly staff and no alternative offered; they would rather see us leave than arrive. And you have to make a reservation otherwise you won't get in. What are you doing here is the question upon entry.

Nice place, really geared towards children with coloring supplies on the table and a nice play area. I didn't like the food as much, but we happened to pick something that turned out not to be really our thing (pancake with meat in a sauce, a strange combination and very filling). Next time we'll just go for something simple again. The atmosphere is good, just a bit dark inside.

We had lunch here, and reservations weren't necessary. It's a nice place with a wide selection of pancakes. Our 8-year-old daughter wasn't too keen on the play area. We were seated in the area reserved for people without young children. It's good that this restaurant takes this into account. The candy store wasn't open, unfortunately. It looked quite charming through the window. Parking is available nearby, but there's no parking at the restaurant itself. It was quiet for us, but I can imagine it being more difficult to find a spot during busy periods.

Fantastic restaurant! We went there with a group of 15 friends, and we were warmly welcomed. The service was excellent and friendly. The pancakes were delicious and tasted great. Got sick. Words fail me. Upon entering, you're greeted by a musty smell. It's an old farmhouse, and I understand it's not super modern, but this was truly awful. Once inside, we ordered pancakes as a group (young families), and they were ready incredibly quickly. The pancakes were very greasy and partially burnt on the bottom. Luckily, with a little syrup, they tasted okay. Then came ice cream. With banana ice cream, I expect ice cream with banana, but unfortunately, this was banana-flavored ice cream. But that's just personal preference. The older children had a great time in the play area, but I wouldn't let my own child play there anytime soon; the hygiene and cleanliness of the space really leave much to be desired. When I wanted to pay and asked if I could pay per family, I was snapped at by saying they don't do that. Oh well, I'll just have to send them myself. Back at the holiday park, someone got sick after two hours, and the entire pancake and the rest of the food came back out. After that, everyone started vomiting, and we were all temporarily cured of the pancakes. We're definitely never coming back. We called the following Tuesday (closed Mondays) with our complaints, and were casually told that people had also gotten sick the week before. They would investigate the source of the problem and call us back. By the end of the next day, we still hadn't received a call back, so I called myself. A grumpy man disagreed with the allegations, claiming there was nothing wrong with their process. Yet, after threatening to leave reviews, they suddenly refunded their money within minutes. If they had been a little more lenient and friendly, I might not have posted this review, but this is simply rude. The fact that you're still open your shop to new guests who might also get sick is simply ridiculous. This is a structural problem and must be solved for the health of others.

We were there for an early lunch around 11:30 because we had small children. There was no staff to be found. We eventually walked to the kitchen. Someone would come, they said. Finally, a waitress showed up. It took at least another fifteen minutes for us to get our drinks (we were the only ones in the restaurant). The children (2 and 4) found the play area scary (dark and smelled very musty) and didn't want to play there. We ended up leaving. We paid €11.75 for a coffee, mint tea, and two untouched soft drinks. The latter is certainly not the restaurant's fault, but I wouldn't have charged guests this myself. Not recommended for the atmosphere and service, at least for lunch. I would advise the restaurant to open later or serve guests well from the moment they opened.

Well, what can I say. There was little for me to complain about.. The service was friendly and good and the food was also absolutely great.. I was on the quiet side so not near the play area.. I absolutely love that you really don't hear anything from the busy play area.. so if you want to eat something quietly then that is certainly possible.. I will definitely come back and then I will also take my kids with me.
